Dr. Jimmy Lam, is a very pleasant & extreemly professional GP. As are many of the other Doctors that work here, I have never had to wait long for an appointment. The staff are all very nice & understanding, if for some reason you cannot arrive on time or need to change your appointment they will do their best to accommodate you. 5 star practice with reasonable $$ pension prices for day procedures, requiring nursing assistance also. Nothing bad to say 100% + Definatly keep coming back. Also very thoughtful when it comes to Covid19 & the need for phone or zoom appointments to maintain personal safety of individuals. Plenty of parking in lower car park. With 3 disability spots at the main entrance.

took the wife for tests, and we sat in the reception for close to half an hour without attendance, a dreary place and not so made up at all. ceiling was blotted, carpets were dirty, chairs were terribly uncomfortable. at least they have some toys for kids and magazines. not impressed!

Management here is horrific - been trying to get a file transfer done as my doctor moved practices, have been waiting three weeks for some incompetent practice manager to process this request, been told twice that she doesn't work the day I called and she'll call me back the following day, of course no call back, no progress on the file transfer - absolutely useless. Would definitely not recommend going anywhere near this practice, unless you're happy to wait for simple processes to take several weeks longer than necessary.

They charged me for a phone appointment to get my blood test results without informing me that there were charges for phone calls. I was not a regular patient and had no idea. They then decided to just ignore my emails and kept harassing me for payment. In the end, I had to pay the price for a mistake made by one of their staff members. There was no explanation, apology, or accountability. Absolutely disgusting treatment by people who are supposed to “care”. In addition to this, one of the doctors tried to manage my Graves disease by medicating according to TSH levels (instead of going off T4 and T3) which is not advised in the literature as it can take well over a year from the initial start of treatment for a patient’s TSH to return to normal. This is why I was starting to experience hypOthyroid symptoms which were completely dismissed by the doctor. If you don’t know how to treat something, then maybe you should refer people to specialists. But of course, there’s no money to make in that! I will never return to this clinic. The logic of short term gain always leads to a long term loss.

I have been a client of the practice (and its predecessors) for more than 40 years. There does seem to be a turnover of administrative/support staff at the front desk but my experience is that they are professional and generally helpful. The practice seems to have a diverse demographic of clients including eldely and people whose English is limited. I noted with interest the comment about advice by mobile phone. One would presume the practice would know if a client did not have a mobile phone? But there wouldn't be too many in that category in 2021?

Their online booking is not reliable. We booked online and arrived for our appointment only to be told there wasn't one. The website booking doesn't state that you will receive an email or sms conformation. We didn't receive one so naturally assumed it was locked in. When we booked I had to provide Medicare details etc so clearly their system doesn't work reliably. Fortunately the kind receptionist booked us in as an emergency.

Yep, five stars for adiqluate car parking. Enjoyed a read while waiting for my spouse who had a medical appointment. As far as anything else goes- no idea!

I booked a swab test for 6.25pm. I got there at 6.24pm and waited in the car park. After 10mins of waiting I called the medical centre and was told that they had stopped collecting swabs for the evening. I told them I had an appointment booked and the receptionist confirmed my name and said sorry. I asked why they didn’t call me before coming there and she didn’t reply. Very disappointed with the way it was handled.

Worst experience ever, rude staff and unfreindly doctors. This centre cares only about money. Don't waste your money and time with them

Dr Navid Nazarid would have to be one of the best practitioners I have enjoyed encountering in a long time. Not only is he genuinely concerned about a patient's well-being, but he's also pleasant to talk to on every occasion. He is patient and kind and explains all aspects of your health with an outstanding bedside manner. It's very rare to find a doctor who combines personal contact and patient care as someone with exceptional quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient!

Took my parents in law to do cataract surgery here today with Dr Foo.Nice and friendly staffs,professional nurses and anaesthetists always take care of patients gently.The best eye hospital in Melbourne. And thanks for everything.

I made an appointment last minute, and got booked in to see Dr Sunday. I attended a little early, but didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes after my appointment time to get in. The admin staff were all helpful, and very friendly, despite being obviously busy, and the fact that I could barely talk due to what I suspect is laryngitis. Dr Sunday was patient, courteous, and very attentive, and the whole appointment was done very quickly. Couldn't recommend this clinic more highly!

21 September. Sat in Nursing Station for 90mins. Nurse from the station spoke to another patient, for 25mins, on personal issues. Very confronting. The entire conversation was heard. My partner and I heard the entire conversation. I reminded the worker that this conversation was inappropriate and unprofessional. There were several patients who experienced the conversation. One made the same assessment and agreed with me. There is a time and place for these conversations. Definitely not in a Dr's waiting room!

I was admitted on Oct 31, 2023 at Manningham Med Centre for my right eye operation (cataract) and very happy that it went so well I was very impressed to the 2 doctors the anaesthesiologist and of course to Dr John Monolopolous who conducted the operation really excellent and after the procedures I was taken to the rest area and the nurses offered some food and drink and I get to choose what to eat that I was so thankful with the services given to me and I am coming back for my left eye on Nov 21 thank you everyone and hopefully I will say goodbye to my glasses and can see clearly Dolores Cowen
