I want to give the biggest shout out i can to not only the managers at this store but also the stuff under their leadership. I have been here multiple occasions where staff have been blatantly abused by customers and i love that the managers can advocate for and support their staff in such a loving way. As someone who had such a supportive manager in retail and now has a leadership role in a team, i cannot express the amount of gratitude i feel for these workers. Keep trying, do your job, earn your money and have a sulk where you can, these customers mean nothing. You are doing the best you can. These managers need a big hug and a pay rise and all staff deserve some more respect. I’m proud of everyone there.

After you finish ordering you must go back to the top of the page and press pick up in store, after you've paid and everything and get order number, person writing code doesn't use the app, then get told they don't have what I ordered, another 10 mins later, then get told they can make some, another 10 mins, Staff are wonderful though, very polite, even tho I was angry but never said anything. Useless store, Cranebrook is better but not by a lot.

Teen staff too busy having a conversation instead of serving customers. A lady waiting in line had to interject and ask for service. Then we waited over 20min for barely warm chicken & half a bun that looked like they took a bite & just threw it in the box. If this filth is bad just demand a refund

Potentially one of the worst KFC’s out there. Been a couple of times, not going back again. Every time I go the bigger girl with glasses is so rude and slow. Not wearing a name tag either . Wonder if it’s because she would get too many bad reviews otherwise … They only have one nice worker, the one with the name tag I believe saying Liana. Always the one solving the problems with a smile as glasses girl rolls her eyes and takes her time, showing no basic respect to customers . They should have someone else packing the orders because glasses girl is a guaranteed 10 minute wait for simple orders at the least … Good luck working in the real world …

The staff were all teenages and were to busy messing around then actually doing their job. Didn’t even care costumers we’re waiting and we’re also eating the food right in front of everyone.

Best KFC, fresh hot, crispy delicious best workers, Lisa, she got out of her way to help me to order on my phone

Eat there 2or 3 times a week great food friendly service 2 of my favorite s chilli fish Quick stick prawn laska wok king awesome

I went here and they threw my order and I had to ask them to give it to me they have bad customer service

Went pick up order was served by Ping very bad customer service she was rude and was annoyed when I asked her for a bag. She had to put my chicken in the bag and it was like an ordeal for her. Crack a smile Ping it won't hurt.

Went on boxing day, and the three girls were a total mess. I understand that it was a busy day, but that is not an excuse to provide poor food to your customers. The gravy was too thin and looks like water was added as a last resort. The chicken on the zinger was undercooked, and the chips doesn't have salt. Totally disgusting.

Food is always fresh. Got a zinger crunch burger and was made beautifully & presented well.
