Best extensions ever. The service, installation and quality of hair is top tier. She is the best, super kind and will go above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy with their hair. I’ve been going for almost 2 years now and the extensions are still amazing. She knows what she is doing and genuinely loves it and you can tell through her work.

I was a loyal client of Grachel for over 2+ years and always respected her time. I never missed an appointment and consistently booked my maintenance appointments on time. However, I recently experienced some disappointing behavior from her. She rescheduled on me with short notice a few times, which was inconvenient but understandable. However, when I had to cancel due to unforeseen financial challenges, she refused to pay me back for a prepayment of $350 that I had made towards my services. Despite my loyalty and responsible behavior as a client, she was unwilling to work with me in this difficult situation. To make matters worse, when I initially made the request, I did not receive a response from her for over a month. I made sure to give her at least 2 months notice. I had to follow up with her again to get a response, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would like to note that I gave her a flexible option of either holding onto the prepayment until I could commit to seeing her, or refunding it to me. This would have ensured that I did not lose my money and could still continue to be a client of hers in the future. Unfortunately, she chose neither of these options and instead kept my money without providing any service. While I appreciated her skill as a hair extensionist, this experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I will sadly not be returning or referring anymore clients over. As someone who valued our professional/personal relationship, I was deeply disappointed by her lack of understanding, empathy, and timely response.

Grachel is big on protecting the natural state of your hair and advertises that the same hair, with proper care and maintenance, can easily be used for 1-2 years.
