Let me start the review by saying that every staff members were extremely nice and friendly. I appreciated that. This is where my 2 stars are going to. However, it was NOT a relaxing day! The real issue comes from poor management. - All drinks are served in plastic/paper containers. There’s only 2-3 snacks to choose from that are served in plastic boxes like they were just purchased from the grocery store. Very limited choice of teas. - The relaxation room is anything but relaxing. It’s extremely bright and loud. You hear constantly the doors and drawers slamming in the background. - The staff is way too loud for a spa. You can hear personal conversations and work comments at pretty much all times. - The steam room fits 3 people and is outdated. The sauna was not at the right temperature and is way too tiny. - The 2 and only showers were not functioning properly. The pressure was so low that I could barely rinse myself. - The staff is always running and moving things around, it feels very busy and it’s beyond distracting. - The massage is very basic, like you could get anywhere else for 50% cheaper. If You are looking for an awesome and relaxing spa experience, skip this one tbh… I enjoy coming to the Biltmore on a regular basis. But I will not be back to the spa. Some improvement needs to be done asap! The manager should go take a spa day at the Faena, OneHotel or the Four Seasons to realize what a REAL spa experience should be…🥴

I’m delighted to share with everyone my amazing experience at the Spa today, after a hectic work week, and Saturday night filled with fun, I decided to try the spa here at the iconic Biltmore hotel, I drove 45mim from where I live to experience this place. And let me share with you all my time here was exquisite, divine and pristine, I absolutely recommend this place, starting from the greeting from the FD located in the 7th floor, with a sweet smile from Caroline she checked me in, then I was walked to the areas where I would be relaxing and enjoying every second. I came in around 1:30pm to arrive prior my service at 2:40pm to start relaxing and well let me continue with more. I enjoyed the steam room ( I would say could’ve been a little hotter but was good) then I went to the sauna and finally used the amazing cold shower, please check the pictures I took, Tania, Jesus and Martha the attendants of the common areas were kind and courteous, then I had the incredibly pleasure to meet Patricia ( she is from Colombia 🇨🇴) and let’s just say she want above and beyond for me, she is truly expert of costumer service, she kept checking if I was needing anything at all times and made my day absolutely relaxing and magical which was my point on booking here and giving it a try. She showed me more of the spa, the area for the nails and facials, she gave a delicious coffee and don’t forget to ask for the sweet biscottis (couldn’t resist a few of those lol), then when the time of my service was due, I was called by Judith, she took to the massage room, and I haven’t felt such a precise way of massaging in a long time, she was professional and delicate with her touch, and did fantastic job with the “balancing massage” which was a mix between Swedish and deep tissue (yeah I felt sleep a few times during my massage lol it was that good 👏🏼), I finished and Patricia came back to check on me and offered me a mix of water, lemon 🍋 and mint, then sat down for a relaxing view of the Coral Gables city from the co-Ed lounge area, and let me just conclude when you need to relax, decompress and enjoy your time this would be an amazing idea. P.s: already thinking on coming back for a facial and possibly a couples massage 💆🏼‍♂️.

The spa is clean and a nice design but not relaxing. The staff here need training immediately. You also can’t even use the pool after paying for a day pass. Your staff is insanely loud: how do you walk into the tranquility room halfway YELLING? I can also hear them clomping down the hallways, slamming cabinets and doors. Constant noise. I would never come back here again. Also asked to book a massage and got an unclear answer if the therapist would be available. No follow up from staff after an hour and a half.

Men's locker room sauna is small and fits 4 people, if 2 don't mind a cold outside air on there legs and backs between guys sitting above them between legs. Light was falling out, the steam room light was completely out, and cold shower sensor was hit or miss. The regular(2 showers 1 handicap one not) had 1 setting off water, hot around 125f. The staff were friendly and great, received great facial, ok massage(left with more neck pain then I went in with) great mani pedi lady. Got mixed information as over the phone was said if at spa could use fitness and pool, then email said only hotel room guests can use pool. It was an ok experience yet I wouldn't go for the price again. No coed area except the small waiting area. Since on 7th floor now, you have to go to lobby to get any other food or drinks.

Not relaxing and would not recommend. I went to the spa on January 12 for a couple's massage. In the women's locker room, it felt very cramped and loud. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. I could hear the loud talking and conversations from the staff and also from the other guests. Moving into the waiting area, again, the staff did nothing to ask the other guests to modify their talking (although signs were posted). The massage was nice, again, the room felt tight. The women did a great job with the actual service. After the service, there was nowhere to relax. Finally, I raised these concerns with the woman when I checked out, she took down my concerns and information, and never reached out to me. I feel like it was $444 and a lovely afternoon wasted, and suggest you go to another space for a valuable experience and where you will be a valued customer.

Complete disaster of an experience. I booked a men’s facial expecting the Biltmore spa would be great. I arrived 3 minutes late to my appointment. (THREE). I was asked to put on a robe, I did. And the facial by someone called Michelle started. I got one cleaning mask and extractions and I was told the facial was over because there was no time left. That’s it. I went to the front desk to complain. I was told they would not charge me. I asked for an explanation because in my whole life I’ve never experienced such bad service and ridiculous attitude at a spa. I was told they would find out more and follow up with me. They never did. It’s been a whole week and no one has reached out. Not single email or call. And even though I was told there would be no charges, I can see a charge of 7.18 in my account which is unexplained. NEVER going back here again. Worst spa experience of my life. And I am in my late 40s!

I was supposed to get a deep tissue with ibis. She did good pressure point work but the sweeping motions were more like a relaxing Swedish massage, lacked a lot of pressure. The service in the relaxation room was nice. The ladies are very attentive and hospitable. The only thing is that they don’t control the noise volume and there were very noisy guests, super disrespectful and loud. I get this is Miami but they literally were in a room called “the relaxation room” and were so loud and disruptive. Terrible. The facial was fine. Products burned my skin but the therapist was quick to remove them.

Went to the spa had a Lotus Rose Sanctuary massage in the middle of my massage there was a celebration going on and I was not able to relax I brought it to the attention of the massage therapist he informed me there was a wedding going on and the noice was from the celebration. Then I spoke to management they said they weren't aware of any noise at the time of my massage even though there was a wedding going on and dismissed me. Unprincipled. I've been going to the spa with my family since October 2004 every year for my birthday celebration 2022 was and will be my last time celebrating at the Biltmore spa. Also rented a cabana and even though I rented the cabana from 9am - 5pm there is was no one to attend my guest and I till 11am. The television did not work so we could not play music on it. The fan was broken and it was hot. We were in cabana 1. My experience was not pleasant. I expected so much more for what I paid. We Disappointed

I am very disappointed with your Spa Services at The Biltmore. As a Christmas present I booked my Husband Vladimir an 80 minute Deep Vine Therapeutic massage for today 01/10 at 10:30 am. He got there early, they gave him his robe and he was waiting to be called. As he saw everyone getting called. He was left there alone and no one came by to check on him. He is the one that had to ask employees that walked by if they could see why he wasn’t called. One employee said ok and didn’t even come back. The guy at the reception never went to check on him, but was sure to remind him not to be late as my husband had arrived extra early and had time to go back for his appointment. Finally someone came by and he asked him what was going on and he explained to my husband that his masseuse had an emergency and she didn’t go in today. We all understand things can happen. However, I am in shock with the lack of customer service and professionalism from your employees. I really never expected this. You have a client waiting and you can’t even check on them, explain the situation and find a solution. Just leave them waiting and employees walking by with no acknowledgment of a customer waiting to even ask them if they have been helped! If my husband didn’t ask no one would have approached him? My husband is playing Golf there and you can bet he will never go back to your Spa. You have lost what could have been an excellent recurring customer. You ruined my gift to him. This was really an unsatisfactory experience to something we were looking forward to. I will never recommend someone to your Spa services. A very unhappy customer! Your customer service is horrible. Biltmore spa is great. The masseurs are always top notch. The online booking system is not reliable, so it’s better if you call in. That being said the staff are great. It’s overpriced IMO, but so is a lot of stuff in Miami. Basically I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t so expensive. As a coral gables resident, it’s a nice amenity to have down the street - wish they had discounts or specials for locals tho.

My daughter and I had a facial by Michelle and massage by Brenda who were both fantastic!

Never going back there again. I booked 3 massages for 3, 16 year old girls. I very clearly put the correct date of birth. An hour before the massage was scheduled (I was eating breakfast at the hotel) I got a call saying massages were only performed on 18 year olds and older. Mind you this was never specified anywhere! I have been here with my family many times and my underage daughter has gotten a massage every time. We fought but they didn’t do anything about it. We called the Four Seasons at brickell later. The spa at Equinox is cheaper and has way better installations.
