Been here for almost 8 months now and so far we are very pleased. Janella has been beyond phenomenal from the start—we’ve loved her since we took our first tour of the building! Britney and Janella are both always very welcoming and helpful and always go above and beyond. Maintenance is great and quick to respond whenever needed as well. We only wish the guest parking could be reconsidered as it gets pretty pricey and street parking is scarce. Aside from that, we really enjoy the amenities as well as all the events and food trucks for the residents. Overall, we are very happy at Windsor!

Janella and Brittney have absolutely amazing at answering all of our concerns and really gone above and beyond for my family and I! We are blessed to have the two of them as part of the team in our building. Also, the cleaning crew is amazing at maintaining the ground and pool area clean. Maintenance is super fast and very pleasant—specially Henry! We love him and trust him.

Moving to a new building can be both exciting and overwhelming, but with the invaluable assistance of Britney and Janella, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the very beginning the process felt like a breeze. I really like the apartment with the modern and industrial look, but the best thing is the location, I'm 10 minutes from work and close enough from everything I need. I'm extremely happy not gonna lie. The amenities makes you feel like you live in a resort instead of Miami. Everything is clean and smells amazing. I recommend this place 100%.

Great place to live! The process for renting is super smooth and the office gives an amazing customer service, they help you with everything! Britney, Janella and Sofia are super kind and always on top of everything, 10 out of ten. The community in the building is one of the most important things and the amenities rock!

Beautiful community with wonderful staff. The apartment layouts are nice! The amenities are top notch. Maintenance has being quick to fix any problems I’ve had which haven’t been many. I love calling Windsor Ludlam Trail my home!

I have been a resident at this amazing community for the past year and I can't be happier. The unit it self is very comfortable, the amenities and the event offered and far apart from anything close and lastly, the staff make ALL the difference. I look forward to many more years together. After Living here in Windsor Ludlam Trail, I can honestly say the experience has been absolutely amazing. They take luxury living to a whole different level. Britney and Janella really love what they do and it shows with how much effort they put to create that luxury living experience to their community. The entire staff in general is amazing. On top of that the amenities are just incredible with the best gym there is when it comes to apartments, to a heated rooftop pool and a movie theater as well. There is always things to do here. If i could live here forever i would. Awesome place, I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I’ve been in this propriety from 9 months and I have no complaints, just grateful about the staff! Britney, the manager and Janella are awesome. They host events each week and really take care of all residents. It’s a respectful community, everything is well maintained, clean and beautiful. I strongly recommend this place!

Nice building, perfect location next to a highway and main road leading into downtown. Like every complex it has its fair share of things you have to deal with by Janella and the team do an amazing job keeping up with requests and complaints. Highly recommend this spot.

The move in went pretty smooth Janella at the front desk has helped out a lot. We love the amenities and the community seems to be pretty quiet so far. A few downsides in the week since we’ve moved for one the apartments denying applicants who have no financial responsibility whatsoever which I don’t see how it could be a problem when I’ve been approved and have had my income verified. Another complaint is having me remove my ring security camera from my front entrance when there is no mention in the lease at all of what kind of cameras are allowed or where you can and can’t mount them. Finally, there is no guest parking at all without having to pay $8 a day (unless you’re a sheriff then I guess you’re exempt and allowed in the guest parking nightly) which I’ve seen others leave reviews about, but obviously nothing has changed in the last year. That’s on top of charging $50 for resident parking with no reserved parking, so God forbid you get home late you’ll be parking on the top floor of the parking garage. I hope some minor changes are made soon I have faith in this beautiful complex and the wonderful staff that runs it.

Recently, I visited for a tour here with Janella. The apartment itself was a true haven of opulence. Every detail, from the tastefully decorated interiors to the high-end furnishings, showcased a commitment to luxury that was truly impressive. The dedication of the staff to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in the apartment was evident throughout my stay. It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and capable team that genuinely cares about their guests' well-being. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Been here for 5 months and happy with the decision so far. Leasing team Janella and Brittany are amazing. The team is always helpful with any concerns or doubts presented. Maintenance team is also great as they are quick to address anything and the cleanliness throughout the property is well appreciated. Only wish they would reconsider the charges for guest parking which can be pretty expensive if visiting for a few hours.
