Horrible customer service over the phone. I had a simple question over prices and they can't seem to understand what the term a rough estimate on tooth extractions? or how much does it cost to get a simple x-ray and prescription for an infected tooth? I don't have insurance and don't want to pay an arm and toe. I thought it was simple. Tooth extractions start at $150 and depending can go up to .. $500, kinda of thing? What do you mean $35 for limited exam plus Doctor fees? I was really hoping that this could be the place, but due to the unclarity off prices, I don't want to start something and then not have the money to pay for it. or see that the first visit is cheap and then find myself paying $300 for an extraction that down the block charges $150... That's not fair practice. If you have insurance I'm sure they treat you better, but I'm also sure the patients aren't looking for the price it cost them.

First off ALL THE REVIEWS ARE RIGGED! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am. After waiting an hour and a half they finally decide to call me in at 12pm. They did xray immediately which took about 10 mins. Asked that I wait again. Another hour. Finally at 1pm the Dentist comes in searches my mouth roughly, explains what I needed done. Asks that i wait again.. almost 15 mins go by I'm impatient at this point I stand outside the door entrance to be seen, the receptionist walks up apologizing and picks up my papers she left on the side. Starts explaining what my insurance does and does not cover. Asked for a regular cleaning and they said no because my insurance doesn't cover the DEEP CLEANING. and that has to be done first. BullS*** ive had cleanings before. And you would think they would at least have done a basic cleaning after wasting my morning. They didn't even bother explaining why I was waiting so long. They barely speak english. They do not treat you like family. The last reviews had to be done by actual family because theyre all lies. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE TO ANYONE. EVER.

I really wish I could give 0 stars, they don’t do stuff how they say they would. I talked to them to put on my braces and 5 month went by horrible. Every month I would be missing something from my mouth I pay really expensive for a bite plate which I don’t have because it fell off and it shouldn’t have. I want to take my braces off alr because I have pictures that I need to take without them and before I put them on I talked to them clearly and told them if they would charge me to take them off and then put it back on they said that they won’t change to take them off but to put them on it was gonna be 400 it was ok but I sad alr, today I went to take them off and they want to charge me 200 when they told me that it was FREE that’s not how u do it because u talked me the patient and assured me that it was free today that I don’t even have the bite plate they wanna charge me 200 it’s not fair.my braces in all are more that 1500 and it hasn’t even been a 6 month. I don’t recommend this place at all don’t waist your money. You do there to get a simple procedure with ur insurance and they try to make you do stuff that it not included in your insurance do you have to pay them directly to them DONT I REPEAT DONT GO THERE

Dr.Marta is THE BEST and soooo caring and sweet! She asks how you are doing and if your okay through out the whole procedure! She explains what she’s doing and why she doing it. And makes sure you are helped in the beginning of the appointment! She definitely doesn’t beat around the bush like other dentists, will try to take care of everything in your mouth except what you ASKED for first! She definitely DOES NOT do that! She will take care of the probably FIRST weather it’s pain management or cosmetic! She’s very reasonable and does very lenient payment plans, you pay what you can when you can! And when your halfway though almost paying she will start the work!! I love Marta so much! She has saved my smile and brought me back the confidence In the way I look TWICE!! I recommend her to everyone I know!!!

Awaited my kids 6 month dental checkup, called to make their appointment and I was told that they are not taking medicade at the moment. How inconvenient and no one bothered to call me so I could find my children another dentist office it has now been longer then 6 months since my kids have seen a dentist.
