I
had
the
pleasure
of
dining
at
this
restaurant
as
a
food
critic,
and
I
must
say,
their
food
presentation
was
absolutely
on
point,
earning
a
solid
5
out
of
5.
The
dishes
were
not
just
delicious
but
also
exquisitely
unique.
However,
my
experience
with
the
rolls
was
a
bit
of
a
rollercoaster,
earning
a
3.5
out
of
5.
The
Tuna
Tartar
roll
was
a
letdown
with
an
unpleasant
and
unexpected
bitter
flavor.
When
it
came
to
dessert,
it
was
a
bit
of
a
mixed
bag,
deserving
a
4
out
of
5.
The
Thai
donuts
weren't
thoroughly
cooked,
and
the
fluffy
cake
had
a
surprising
hint
of
blue
cheese,
which
doesn't
align
with
the
expectations
of
a
traditional
cheesecake.
The
texture
also
lacked
consistency.
The
stars
of
the
show
were
the
Strawberry
Basil
ice
cream
and
chocolate
rolls,
which
provided
a
delightful
ending
to
the
meal.
In
terms
of
service,
it
was
decent
but
fell
a
bit
short
of
my
expectations,
especially
for
a
new
restaurant.
The
staff
wasn't
as
proactive
in
addressing
an
item
on
the
check.
However,
I
do
appreciate
the
gesture
of
possibly
receiving
complimentary
glasses
of
wine,
even
though
I
can't
quite
recall
if
we
were
charged
or
it
was
a
compliment.
