Elizabeth U, is my professional waxing specialist and I have not words to describe her. She is a professional on her field and make you feel like you are the only person who is important to her. I’ve been getting my Brazilian wax with Elizabeth U for three years already and thanks to her my skin has gotten so much smoother with no ingrown hairs which I suffered from. I can’t imagine doing my wax with anyone else. She’s the absolute best totally recommend her for any service!! And Anaiah has always been so sweet and helpful in the front desk she’s great in explaining all the services and price break down!

Just left this place. Me and my friend got our eyebrows done by someone named Gloria. Not sure if shes new or not but she destroyed our eyebrows. I dont recommend this place. Really bad experience. Zero shape, she took off so much off the middle.. I could have done this at home honestly.

It was great!! The customer service are very kind and patient, the place is very clean and amiable! It’s my first time going after a year and Kayla did great at making me feel welcomed back and not scared. She was quick and did a great job. Thank you!! I would love to go again.

Went for my first time ever to EWC. Kayla and the assistant manager at the front (I’m so sorry I forgot her name), were absolutely the sweetest and made the experience great! Very excited for my next appointment. I did my eyebrows and upper-lip and was pleased to see how they came out! I am trying to grow my eyebrows out and get it to the shape that I’m content with but the experience was great and Kayla was so sweet throughout the entire process.

I’ve had a few different wax specialists but Alexandra is by far the best. She’s super nice and welcoming. She’s also very approachable and easy to talk to, we chat through the whole session. Makes it easier to tolerate the pain haha. Book her on your next visit, she’s awesome.
