I was a patient here for many years and I really enjoyed the doctors BUT the office staff is horrible. First off, very rude everytime I went in. Secondly and most importantly they would balance bill me and after almost three years and having hire an outside firm to handle, they have still not reimbursed me after my insurance claim was filed and paid. Not to mention, one of the claims was filed using the wrong insurance information of which I had to follow up on many times even though it was their error.

Beautiful practice located in the heart of Coral Gables. During my visit I met Dr. Sadeghi, who is a very knowledgeable board certified neurologist specialized in migraines and regenerative medicine. I got the intravenous vitamins and detox treatments that were really helpful to boost my immunity and after the treatments I felt so energized that I already booked my next appointment.The staff is very quick and friendly including the practice manager Marisol. They are all bilingual wich makes everybody that walks in to feel included. The office is gorgeous, clean, and full of beautiful art pieces.

I went to the headache institute in early 2020 back when Dr. Escasena was there. I’ve recently needed to collect my medical records from them, and they completely lost them, no record of me whatsoever. This is detrimental because he’s the first doctor I saw for my migraine condition, and there was important diagnostic info in those records. Extremely frustrating to have such little care shown for sensitive medical info.

This was the second micro needling procedure I’ve had. I was so pleased with the results of the first one and can’t wait to see the results of my second treatment. As alway, the staff was efficient, professional and truly concerned for my comfort. I sincerely recommend this office for all aesthetic needs.

This place is truly unique. My experience is their approach is different insofar as Dr. Sadeghi and his team determine what is actually going on and make treatment recommendations based on the diagnosis. They really care and look to make a difference. Some of the treatments aren't covered by insurance, but that's the insurance companies! I would like to express my satisfaction with Therapist Janeatte Garcia at the National Headache Institute in Coral Gables. She is a great therapist. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. She is a holllistic therapist. I go weekly for her to treat me. Both my headaches and neck pain have improved greatly thanks to her magic hands. I highly recommend her.
