You cannot beat the experience, expectations, and cleanliness of the grounds or it's bathrooms on the ground in the middle of Kendale Lakes. I have live in the for over 45 + years. Property tax well spent. Especially the rental price it's less than $125.00. Parking spaces galore. It beats Tropical Park madness. Oh, you don't need to lug chairs, tables, or shelter pop up tents, neither. Hoorah , Miami Dade County Park.

Cute neighborhood park with no water. Quite popular soccer fields on the weekend. Great paved pathway around park for walking, jogging, or kiddos to ride bikes. Plenty of parking. Playground was power washed and cleaned in 01/22. It shaded with sand. There are plenty of clean bathrooms. Great place for all ages of kids since it is fenced from roads, and a shaded location. Shelters are booked on weekends for parties since it is an easy place to host one.

This is my favorite local park! Table Tennis club. Opens on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 till 9:00 PM. Open for everyone $5/night. The park looks small but is big enough for many recreational activities, mostly for families.

Very nice park, with shade

I love this park. The park has a huge parking area and the playground has a cover so it’s perfect for the kids to play without the sun directly hitting them. The park is always clean and it’s great for parties.

Decent park, bathrooms are not to clean though. Almost always locked so bring a portapottie!!

Decent park with picnic area and lots of parking space

Nice park to come and spend some time. There's a lot of people just hanging around enjoying the day. On the weekends you can catch a kids soccer game.

It's a small park, but it's really nice. Very well kept. Take a grill, chicken, steak, burgers, hotdogs and the fixins'. Take plenty to drink, it gets hot out there. If You have kids they are going to love the playground area which is like a little adventure structure with places to run around and a slide too. There is an indoor center where you can hold celebrations, it has chairs, tables and a kitchen area. I'm not sure if it's for rent. Plenty of parking as well. I guess you should call them for more info...

This is a great weekday place to walk. The pathway is even and shaded for 3/4 of it's 1/2 mile loop. The NO DOGS signs are mostly ignored and not enforced. On weekends the soccer fields are well patronized by yout teams.

Another Miami Park that seems to forget that the heat here is like Hell. The Park should be covered in Trees. Otherwise is just an empty green space that can't be used for anything

I was here for a soccer match and the fields are average, nothing special. There are picnic tables scattered around the park, plenty of parking, a restroom section which I didn’t get to visit. It has a nice walking path around the park which there were several people exercising walking and kids running everywhere. There’s a guard and they were very strict as to where we stood and sat while the soccer game happened. No one was allowed not even on the picnic tables nor you could sit on the cemented walking path. Side note: there’s lots of dog poop on the grassy area, so be on the lookout. Miami should really start charging fines for dog owners that don’t clean up after their dogs.

Good place to walk, run, and play outdoor activities

We like to walk/run around this park. The playground is nice too. Under construction right now. Never used the soccer field but the open area can be used for different games.

Tried to walk my dogs outside of the park area but a maintenance lady yelled at me cause no pets allowed and I apparently cannot supervise my kids from where animals are allowed. There was no sign before turning into the parking lot and I surely wasn't trying to put my dogs on the playground. Just needed them to have a chance to do their business while my kids were entertained. First thing in the morning. I will not be back
