Save your money and go somewhere else if you value having a good night’s sleep. Pillows were too thin. Asked for an extra pillow. They said they had no extra pillows because of a full house. Made me wait at the lobby for 10 minutes while they were looking for extras. Breakfast was good. They spoke English well. But I guess asking for an extra pillow was too much :)

Ok so our airbnb was cancelled after reaching Miami and we had to look for accommodation for us and our parents last minute. Best western suited our needs. Nice value accommodation with free breakfast. Breakfast is the ok. Loved the coffee machine available during breakfast- best thing! Staff is really accommodating and goes above and beyond. Clean large rooms! Value for money.

The location is so good there is so many nice restaurants and markets nearby. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice and enough. Thanks to everyone, we stayed 4 night and I will come back definitely.

Excellent hotel at a great price and location. Rooms were spacious and clean with modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and clean with plenty of towels. We all had an excellent sleep. The breakfast was abundant and delicious with eggs, toast, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, cereals and a high end latte and cappuccino machine. We were all very happy with our stay.

I've stayed at this hotel now 10 times in total since 2018, every visit I'm met by amazing service and staff. The staff Frank and Lina were amazing, very helpful and friendly.

Aixa working at reception went above and beyond to make my stay great. We came in early to prepare for a wedding and she helped ensure we had a room available. I really appreciate her going the extra mile!

The place was so clean! It is hard to find places where people take pride. The outside looks great and so well kept that you look forward to going in, rare find these days. The inside is clean and people are so friendly and accommodating. GREAT BREAKFAST!Super friendly staff!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean the services were great, everybody was friendly. We stayed for a week and our next trip to Miami has to be there. Very nice experience 👌. We highly recommend.

This was the cleanest, most comfortable hotel stay we’ve ever had. My wife celebrated our 7 year anniversary this past weekend. We live in Ft. Lauderdale but stayed here to go to a restaurant in the area. This hotel was amazing, I don’t have any complaints. I already booked to come back here next month, to take the family to Zoo Miami, and we are so looking forward to returning to stay here. We’re returning in late July just for a getaway

Nice quiet hotel for a night or so on the road. The staff were very friendly, and while the property was dated, the rooms and lobby were clean. Also, the breakfast was good as well!

We stayed there for a Celebration of life Function room was perfect hotel went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed. We had booked 10 rooms for out of town guests hard to believe not one complaint for over 35 ppl. Rooms are beautiful (shower is outstanding) free breakfast was convenient and delicious The greatest was the staff I have never met such wonderful employees that accommodate everything! Very poor cleaning first found baby diaper under bed and sneeze the whole time there! But remove there comforter do to personal reasons and brought my own bedding! We husband and I left and got we was charged $90.00 for comforter! But they can plainly see off cameras we didn’t take there comforter!😡 Am very disappointed because of this and I was I wasn’t getting my money back sad!!

Luis C. is one of the most incompetent hotel employees I've ever encountered, and I will never stay at another Best Western because of him. He was rude and unprofessional he turned a simple miscommunication into an opportunity to stroke his ego and gaslight a guest. He failed to do his job when I gave him the name on the reservation, and he called the wrong room. He never apologized to me once for his mistake and continued to insist it was my fault. Frankly, he's lazy, and his appearance reflects that which is not a good luck for a front desk person. This will be my last stay at any Best Western. The pillows do not provide good head support, so I used my own. The button for the front desk on the hotel's phone didn't work in my room, so you need to press 0 😑 And if someone from the hotel replies to this review, my room was booked by someone else for me.

Very friendly staff. Definitely some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever had at a hotel. Good prices. Very prompt with breakfast tho the breakfast isn’t exactly scrumptious. But for a complimentary breakfast it does the job. Got a swimming pool and hot tub. Got plenty of chlorine in the water and it burns the eyes and skin. Cleaning ladies do a good job of cleaning the rooms. Rooms do seems but small but overall for the price this is a good place to stay. Don’t usually give 5 stars but for the price it deserves 5 stars for what I got during my 5 day stay.

As a charter bus operator and I practically live in hotel rooms this is one of my favorite places. The rooms are designed totally different than most hotels. It's nice the air condition does not blow on you, but you can keep your room nice and cool the rooms are very quiet you don't hear anybody around you. You don't hear the water rushing through the walls. Very good place to get some good sleep. Also, it's totally different here. The owners are not greedy. If you want to get an apple or banana after the breakfast area is closed they keep them out. If you want to get water they give you water. The breakfast is totally awesome with so many choices available and they have nice long breakfast hours Has a nice large parking lot and you can drive a charter bus right up to the front door overall, l've had a great experience at this hotel beds are super comfortable showers are great. The bars of soap are huge all of the things that other hotels are skipping on nowadays this hotel is top notch. You get more here than you can get at the most expensive hotels available. Really nice experience, as usual with Best Western Plus. Location is very great, there's restaurants, stores and even a cinema near. Rooms were very clean, the pool and spa are a great addition too. The service is very amazing, it was a great experience, every person at the staff was kind. You can get to a lot of different places in 10 minutes. I'd totally come back to this hotel.

Very friendly welcome from Frank. The hotel is not as modern as some, but has clearly been updated and is clean and well maintained. Room was quiet although the AC unit was quite loud! Breakfast was excellent - lots of options (great oatmeal) and several different coffee roasts. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Not recommended for asthmatic or respiratory issue people! Front area is cleaned with massive amounts of Clorox that is not safe, instead of using a non toxic chemical. Rooms are somewhat clean but not fully, very dusty shades - curtains. Shower is set up to only have one door so half of the shower is completely open. Bathroom door was warped probably due to open section of shower. Breakfast was the basic not good for you generic food. Stayed for over one week while working virtually. Office section set to be free and open to use but housekeeping older lady along with what appeared to be an older manager kept watch. Housekeeping older lady seemed to always have a stink eye. Overnight dark hair young lady was exceptional! Overpriced hotel and neighboring rooms entire conversations were heard loud and clear with full details of flights, prices, etc. Most likely this hotel if not yet will be experiencing a great deal of mold in the near future.

This hotel is very clean! I stayed for four days and the breakfast each time was probably the best that I have had at a hotel in a long time. You have so many options to choose from and the area is kept clean. The bathrooms were perfect, I didn’t see any patchwork, no rust on the door hinges or shower areas. The manager was really nice when I checked in

This is the best Best western we've stayed at..breakfast was very good with variety, the beds are comfortable, there is a pool, gym, laundry. Rooms are clean and the location is exactly where we needed to be with so many food choices around.

Here we go again. I gave this place another opportunity for good service. But your front desk fail again. On a Sunday, here on business for Monday, not vacation. Arrived at 2pm, but the front desk seem to be committed determine to say NO. Why, if I always leave the next morning no later than 6 or 7am. Do I get a credit for leaving 5 hours earlier before checkout?? Of course not. This is not good hospitality... Thank you for treating me like a number, and not building a rapport with a loyal "ex" customer.

We called 4 different hotels to book for just one night for a funeral of a loved one. This hotel was the first one that had availability for our family to stay together. Brian at the front desk answered my questions and was very accommodating. Great hotel and good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was excellent. Hotel room was pretty much clean except like a odd spot underneath the soap dish, a little bit of mold, little bit of dirt around the cap of the toilet bowl on the floor. Weird is t h e towels had a bad smelled like they were washed with washed with a grease rag by mistake. Staff was more than helpful and friendly and making sure I got what I needed
