Please avoid this smelly place at all cost!! This location should be closed ASAP. Dirt is not a problem for this people, the entire place is disgusting, employees lack of hygiene is a red flag. The kitchen looks like an abandoned restaurant. I wish some kind of authority could verify my words and shut down this place for good.

I am a haven’t always been a good fan of Chili’s but today I decide to give it another try. I had really high expectations that I was going to be pleased but I just couldn’t eat my steak I really don’t know how to describe it but it wasn’t good. I think I will come back but I will try something else and maybe not have so much expectations this time

Loved 😍 our experience at this location waiter IAN took our order and was very nice , quick and very attentive .considering I haven't eaten out in a while since the pandemic ,glad this experience was a great one thank you always chillies for also having some great choices on your menu.

I have come to this place many times, they have always had good attention and excellent food, but for several months the experience has changed. The staff is rude, the food is not that good and the time it takes to be served is eternal. My last experience was the worst I've ever had. It turns out that through the chili's app you can make a line and not have to wait at the restaurant. I make my line and the application tells me the time I have to be there. When I arrived at the restaurant the girl at the door with very bad manners told me that I have to make the line there, and that they don't have reservations. I show her the app and I tell her that the location is there, that she should have it and if she can check. Without raising her head from what she was doing, she tells me that I have to sign up for a line that takes more than 50 minutes, I never come back to that restaurant.

Wow, this is a great restaurant. Fast and efficient, this staff is always on the move. Menu selections were very good. Nice to have some variety in the side dishes. Very tasty soups. Great choices for the kids menu also.

The establishment was clearly understaffed on that day, also it seemed like they had a late start in the kitchen but the waitress was absolutely awesome. She was hustling and willing to get the orders in and out and although had way more tables and a crowd at the door to manage still had the ability to check in ....the food was not great I ordered the fajitas yes because of the picture...lol...but the rice was fridge cold..I actually didn't even eat it but I wasn't going to complain for that waitress to have to pay...but let's just say the bartender was doubling at the bar and the kitchen. I am sure they have better days and this was maybe an off day...but the food was meh and because they were clearly understaffed the atmosphere felt weird, not fully functional.

Burguer was ok, just like any normal burguer. I would have expected more since its not a fast food chain, but its not better than Wendys or Dennys burguers. It took 25 minutes for an entree...and if you ask, that white stuff? Its supposed to be some kind of cheese...I didn't eat it though...margaritas are mostly ice...meh..this place sucks...

We had such a terrible experience a at this location. The food came out tasteless and burnt. We are hard working and deserve to receive quality food and quality service. We spoke to the manager there at the time who acknowledge there were issues in the kitchen and he would refund our entire bill. Well that never happened and we came back to follow up and encountered Emily who seemed to not be concerned with resolving our issue. She was very rude and disrespectful. WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND WILL DEFINITELY FOLLOW UP WITH CORPORATE. Emily needs to go back to what she's most familiar with which is possibly dish washing because customer service and management is not it.

Food was immaculate. I will say that the service to be seated was lengthy for appearing empty, but I presume they were probably short staffed that day. Background music choice was perfect for the atmosphere.

So many choices... Always delicious food... The restaurant has been renovated and it looks to a new place. More modern and more light

This is a cool spot for watching sports games with friends while sharing some appetizers and having a few drinks. The food is just okay for a sports bar, so don’t expect much or you will be disappointed. The “suggested tips” on our bill for a party of two was 18%, 22%, and 25% on the already overpriced items on the menu! Are you kidding me?!!! This is a sports bar, for God’s sake!! 😡For this restaurant’s caliber these forced exaggerated tips are extremely excessive! The latest rules of tipping: How much to tip in 2023 - common consensus says 15-20% is considered a normal tip. Chili’s Grill & Bar does not merit your ridiculous forced tips!!! 🤬 We will gladly pay 20% for excellent service at 5-star restaurants; Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Morton’s The Steakhouse, STK Steakhouse. Sorry Chili’s Grill & Bar, you’ve lost the two of us and our friends as customers!

I enjoy chili's in other states. I have fought with this chili's about incorrect orders, staffing issues etc., But I understand the necessity of feedback. I'm very grateful to come back to this chili's and find minor improvements here and there. My favorite waiter was working the other night when I dined in, I'm very glad he is still hard at work here providing exceptional customer service, anticipating our needs and accommodating us. Thank you Josh. Stay fabulous. I can't wait to see the changes to come

Food was great and served quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and recommended some great things nearby to help us become familiar with the area.

Steak was delicious. Long time waitress wait to check on us. Beer was served warm. Other than that, it was fine.

This is the best Chili's I've been to in Miami. The servers actually acknowledge you which is more than I can say for most places here in Miami. They're very nice and sufficient. The food was fresh and came out very quickly. I will definitely be back.

Bar tender was awesome wish I would of gotten her name, food was good!!

We were very happy with our experience at the restaurant that wasn't only clean but had amazing staff. The service was quick. The food was good. Highly recommended.

The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The only thing I did not like much was too much black pepper for my personal taste but it was good overall. The star of the night was our server and to my shame I don't remember her name, but she was awesome!!!

Good margaritas and drinks but the food is really just a step above fast casual food, with some things like the baked potato soup being better from somewhere like Wawa! Very apathetic servers that were hard to get the attention of and the restaurant was super noisy even with not a ton of people there. They’ve taken away a lot of my favorites from the menu (it’s been a while since I’ve been here.) The ribs and salads are still great though, so I’d stick to that and drinks in the future … and probably take out.

Honestly our favourite place in Florida so far! Everything was amazing from the food to the drinks to the service. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this location for probably 9-10 years, and it has never failed me! Ordered to-go today for the first time on Uber, and everything was cooked to perfection and packaged perfectly, really satisfied. Service is always amazing here and it’s definitely a nice atmosphere, the food is just 10/10. Thank you!! :)

Worst chilis I’ve ever been. When we went the place wasn’t even packed and the service was still horrible. We ordered a margarita with our food and had to ask our waiter to please bring it to us since our appetizer were brought before drinks. Worst margarita I’ve had in my life please see the picture. Our food took about 45 minutes and 1 of the plates never even made it to the table. I had to ask for the food to go at the end cause it had been about an hour and nothing. Our waiter only came by our table once and it was when it was time to order and bring us water. No check up, no fillups, or even to see how our food was so far. We asked for the manager twice to 2 different staff members and not even the manager came to our table. There was nothing sizzling about the fajitas, overcooked cold steak with onions and two small pieces of peppers. Never again going to this place not even if my food is for free. Save your money and time.

The only star was for the nice greeter at the door.. otherwise I sat and waited for someone in the bar area to at least acknowledge my presence, offer some water a drink or say something to let me know they see me and will be with me. After freezing my buns off, reading the menu repeatedly and observing the other 2 tables being assisted I decided this place wasn't for me. It wasn't busy so that's no excuse.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS! Save your money! My family and I walked in and the hostess told us that it would be a twenty minute wait. Mind you, the restaurant is at maybe half capacity but okay… I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were understaffed. The waitress went on break and was replaced with some young incompetent kid who began to call guests out of order. The host was also serving as a busboy but would forget to seat guests at the tables he just bussed. Needless to say, he was inept. He would walk around the restaurant aimlessly. Where was the GM? I eventually had to approach him when he began seating people who showed up after me.. we had the same number of people. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to be seated. Once I was seated in an empty section of the restaurant, the restaurant was FILTHY. Fingerprints and smudges all over the windows. The waitress was okay although she got the order wrong. The ribs were full of fat and we felt like they forgot to peel the membrane prior to cooking. NO BEER ON TAP bc they forgot to place the order. NO MORE TWO FOR ONE MARGARITAS. Everything is just downhill. It is overpriced and the food is mediocre. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! Avoid this place!

They have some great chips and salsa. The prop that work there are super nice and helpful. The drink don’t cost to much.. it’s was a really good experience
