I’ve been buying pizza from this location for 10 years. Ten years ago a gentleman named Manny was the manager. He had the store working like a Swiss watch and the pizza was phenomenal. My orders are usually supreme and five meat. Unfortunately corporate took Manny from this location and sent him somewhere else. Since then only one out of every five times the pizza and service has been good. I recently contacted head office and complained. Today I ordered a supreme and a five meat through the portal and when I got home the supreme had no green peppers and almost a can of sliced olives(supremes aren’t supposed to have olives). Both pizzas also seemed to have stale bread as if they took two pepperoni pizzas that had been sitting around for hours and added everything else for my order. This was the last time.

They don't answer the phone, they want you to order on line, I ended up going in person and observed 4 employees and the phones were ringing off the hook. Pizza just ok. If you go half an hour before closing they tell you they don't have certain things in order not to make them.

Horrible place paint is chipping off floors are chipping off. It Looks like the roof is coming down. The whole plays looks like a violation. the pizzas are not ready for a supposedly place that has pizza ready. Apologies if this review affect any employees.

WORST LITTLE CAESARS OUT I HAVE LIVED IN THE AREA FOR MY WHOLE LIFE AND THIS LOCATION JUST GETS WORSE AND WORSE. I WENT TO ORDER FOOD FOR MY SON AND THE WORKERS JUST LOOKED AT ME AND LEFT ME WAITING IN THE LOBBY WHILE PROCEEDING TO TAKE THE ONLY PEPPERONI PIZZA THAT WAS READY AND EAT IT AND SHARE AMONG THE CO WORKERS. MIND YOU THE PIZZA HALF BITTEN WAS LEFT ON THE COUNTER WHERE FOOD IS SUPPOSED TO HE MADE. AFTER 11 MINUTES OF WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO EVEN BE TAKEN I ASKED FOR SOME ASSISTANCE AND GOT TOLD TO WAIT THAT THEY WOULD BE RIGHT WITH ME. AFTER ANOTHER 6 MINUTES OF WAITING I SIMPLY WALKED OUT AND WENT TO A SAFER AND HEALTHIER ESTABLISHMENT TERRIBLE SERVICE

Pizza may be hot,but NEVER READY.All i come here for is a hot n ready pepperoni,right?Youll be standing around with the rest of them on the inside.They dont care if your standing there waiting on an order..Im not sure how many people work here.sometimes i feel like its 1 or 2 people.I had to literally yell to get someones attention.I also feel like they may combine pizzas cus one of mine had thinner slices and yhe other half was thicker.Why not hire more people?.Its usually a zoo and lines are equivalent to dmv waiting times.

Don’t ever order delivery here I ordered delivery and they did not deliver my pizza and they charge me a total of $27 that included delivery charge I called customer service and they said they could not refund my money . They stole my $27

We order pizza from here all the time. Let me we have been using the pizza portal exclusively. It’s wonderful. If you have not tried it download the app. Are used to hate standing in line waiting around for the pizza. But now I just walk in and enter my code into the pizza portal and walk out with my pizza. No waiting. I think they have the big companies like Pizza Hut and Domino’s on the run.

Food was neither hot or ready. Ordered online and ended up waiting long than people ordering in the store. Expectations were low ordering this pizza and let me tell you that this was an exceptionally bad pizza and even worse service

Manager was super rude. Didn’t even let me finish my question before blurting no. Total disregard for decency and basic manners

When I got there, my online order wasn't there. After MUCH debate, the cashier decided a prior customer must have taken it and called her asking her to bring it back to me. When the customer answered in English, the cashier freaked out, since she didn't speak English and frantically had a customer speak to her and ask for the pizza back. The customer obviously declined, and it was only at that point that they started making my order again.

I am giving one start because there is not an option to give cero! They don't answer the phone. I ended up going in person and observed 4 employees and the phones were ringing off the hook. They said 15 minutes for the order to be ready, they were only talking, talking and talking!!!. I had to wait more than 25 minutes and then my order came wrong. The name lady that took my order is Zaima A. But once I complained to them, there was a guy named Christian ( per he said, he is the Assistant Manager 😪) and he refused to do so. They do not know what customer service means, they do not have a clue!. They do not respect customers at all. Before me, there was a gentleman that his order also came wrong after waiting for half an hour. In addition, the store is not clean. All ceiling presents water stains, and also it looks dirty. the staff works manipulating money bills and coins and without cleaning their hands, they start working cutting the pizzas! Nothing hygienic at all!! That store is a complete disaster!!! Ii personally won't visit it again!

Today March 5, 2021, I did my online order and the system indicated I'd pick up my pizza at 8:16 pm, an hour later my pizza wasn't ready. Tonight I wasn't the only one, most of the clients complained about the delay and the terrible attention received. This is the worst Little Caesar I've ever been to. I hope I never have to go back to this place. "Terrible"

No such thing as hot n ready thin crust summer here they never have anything ready they never answer phone either 67 n bird is the best location

lousy service, horrible the lady who picks up the orders in front unprofessional does not recommend anything. And not even a medium pizza can be eaten, they only have one size. horrible .

Orden# 1037054 Jul 5 2022 1:26pm We bought a thinkcrust pizza for my daughter's school because it is the only pizza that comes cut into small pieces but Mrs. Saidy or Saily decided to cut it into slices because she says that she does not break the pizza so at the end the school of My daughter had to poke her with her hand because this lady decided not to follow the Little Caesar Rules. Only 2 people and no pizza ready, they said 15 minutes. HOT N READY? Those guys talking,talking and talking 😀
