A gem. In today's world of convenient online purchases, this brick and mortar location of Books and Books is a beacon of hope for those of us who like to browse among a collection of intellectual writings. The store is well organized, and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The cafe and store blend well together and often stay open way later than closing time. Truly an awesome asset to the community.

Come for the books and the atmosphere. Great to walk around the U shipped building to see all sorts of genre of literature but it does take a long time to get your order of food and drinks.

Amazing Chop Chop Cesar Salad with grilled chicken for $20! Great service, atmosphere, and something around there smelled really clean... Not sure what it was. There's also a plethora of books, and I found the one I was looking for 😇 Go there. You'll love it more than your typical bookstore!

Un experiencia An extraordinary experience. Live music in a unique environment. The attention of the workers of the place was perfect and the spaces are comfortable and the prices are affordable.

The sandwich was delicious and filling! The hot chocolate wasn’t very chocolatey but it was good milk haha Wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere :)

So glad we found this place while visiting Miami for the day. The staff is very friendly and we were able to stay for a while and work while waiting for our evening flight. The turkey panini and chocolate banana bread were very tasty. The vanilla cold brew was good too. There aren’t many outlets but there is plenty of seating. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Lovely place, pleasant atmosphere, great music! We sat at the outside bar. Excellent weather, no humidity, to our favor last night and a great view of the moon in the courtyard. We had Yameet with classic jazz who apparently features last Saturday of every month. I had the Quinoa Chop Chop which was nice + filling with a Magarita. My only pet peeve & gripe with drinks at some bars is when your drink is missing anyyy taste of the alcohol, tasted more like virgin drink sadly and after the day I had I NEEDED that drink! Finding parking was not easy.

A MUST HAVE!.. "Miami Jungleland Book" what a treasure to the eyes and soul. A true cultural trip into contemporary Art. This book is truly.. MIAMI PRIDE. Every local and Art lover should have this book! One of my greatest finds of all times!

Place is great. Very large book selection, a bar outside with draft and canned beers. They also have bottled wine and occasionally live music. Manager is fantastic.

Been a Palm Beach county resident for 27 yrs but 1st time Coral Gables tourist. Discovered this gem of a bookstore & loved, Loved, LOVED it!!! Went in gift hunting for a client of my husband's but ended up buying books for myself too. They had book reviews from patrons & staff alike & that sold me. Who could resist buying a book called "The Wall" reviewed by Gael which said something like "must be the most beautiful book I've read"? & the other bonuses---the cozy coffee shop, & best of all, super friendly staff!!! Special mention to Robert, who was so energetic, charming & engaging! He made my experience in the bookstore more memorable by being inclusive. & for the young lady (so sorry I could not recall your name 😱) who did her best to gift wrap my book & a baseball cap, thank you! These employees set you apart from the rest, & your luscious books (someday I will purchase an Assouline coffee table book) are a huge plus too!!! Can't wait to go back again!!!

I always come to Books and Books as I enjoy supporting local businesses. Their bookstore is amazing. However, their cafe has been slacking and continues to. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to give me just a menu. I was sitting there making eye contact with the waiters, and crickets. Very disappointed with the customer service lately. Do not eat at the cafe.

Great food and even better desserts, portion sizes aren't the biggest but the atmosphere is amazing
