It’s always the same story here. I live quite close to this Publix so I find myself using it often. And almost every single time I’ve come here I’ve found the same issue. The first 10 items or less line is closed, and the second one is overflowing. Why is this the case? I’m always forced to pay at the front desk area because I’m just trying to pick up one or two items and I find myself in LINE to do so. Not to mention that they allow people with more than just 10 items use this lane, I’ve seen people with near-full shopping carts at this cash register and no one batting an eye at them. Plaes…

I have been a customer of this PUBLIX store for over 30 years! Always pleased with it’s service and products. Even during Covid I went in-person (with my mask on) and appreciated the showing experience! I want to submit a “compliment” not a “complaint” in regards to a young manager named Nelson Pena or Peña. I asked his help in finding a particular item that was missing from the shelf and he tried his best and couldn’t find it in this store. Gave me a rain-check and I went back three days later and again, no luck. He called a nearby Publix and ordered the item for me. Since I couldn’t come back he asked for my name and number and this young man personally delivered it to my front door! I was so happy and thrilled that he went out of his way and time to deliver it to me in person! I need Nelson Pena and Publix to know that there are still employees that care and customers that appreciate service with a smile. Thank you !

Has more of a selection of premium products than other stores, with a much livelier atmosphere. Friendly staff as well.

Very nice and clean store like all the Publix stores I've been to. Kind of cool design being on the second floor with elevators and escalators as well. But could use more customer service help

They are all very friendly. Now I have my prescriptions at Publix! Which is great. A one stop deal. The only set back is the pharmacy staff do need help. Sometimes there are people in line, they are calling doctors offices for mistakes the doctors make on their prescriptions and the phones are nonstop ringing, the flu shots, COVID shots and people in line. Come on they need help. All that is going on and these staffers in the pharmacy still have a smile on their faces. I’ve been there when people have been very rude to them and they still tend to those loud and unbelievable rude costumers. That pharmacy deserves a metal of honor!

Very clean, organized, & Customer Service Staff are always friendly and accommodating. This location is also very convenient and accessible. Unfortunately, they have yet to bring back one of my favorite products; Julian's Butter & Garlic Traditional Baguette (2pack). Please bring it back to your store; they're fresh & delicious♥️

This store had a whole new attitude in customer service . It's non-existent . Waited for the 40 minutes for a butcher . Any Butcher ....Anyone that could do a Butcher's job . Nothing . Went to customer service. Ilka did not know when a Buthcer would be there or if he even had one today . She waves over to another official looking lady who makes a call on her cell phone . I asked if she was calling the Butcher . She didn't answer because the produce manager came walking up behind her on his phone. They were talking to each other . How do I know it was the produce manager? Because I had enough time to study the 4 pictures of the different managers this Winn Dixie has. I can go on, but it's not worth it . The old Winn Dixie had better people and better service . I am very unsatisfied with this Winn Dixie location now.

Went in shopping around ! Went to the fish counter was looking into the sushi. I was reprimanded by an an employee over the counter not to turn it . I was told to put it over my head to see the nutrition information. REALLY, Publix!

I went yesterday and they did not treat me well. When I asked to speak to the manager,i felt that she was making fun of me. I do not recommend this publix, Horrible experience.

Excelent customer service. I like there are enough employees and cashiers any time to attend in the registers. the store is plenty of excelents brands with excelent quality .the store is very organized and clean. I love the bakery and the cakes , its products are excelent !!!

Clean. Professional & friendly. Pretty fast cashier's. I've gone many times and never wait too long even at busy times. Sandwiches and food made is good quality. It is on the 2nd floor. Plenty parking and in parking garage, which is great when it rains.

Waiting times at the deli are ridiculous. It seems they absolutely prioritize phone/online orders. I had to wait more than 10 minutes with only one customer before me, three employees serving at the front. Think this Publix is slowly becoming another Sedano's ;)

Had to get an Awesome Sub from their Deli. To my surprise the Boars Head "Ultimate" is on sale! So I picked one up. The girls were a bit slow or disorganized but no big deal. Why go to any other sub shop when you have the Best Deli in SFL; Publix Deli!!!

This is a place from another world, hidden at the very heart of Miami. It has an undercover parking space beneath the store, so you'll have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor to access the Publix shopping space. Very impressed with this store, the cleanliness of the site and exquisiteness of the people and staff walking/working here!

Clean, spacious, plenty of parking. It's on a second floor, so there are elevators and electric stairs. Good customer service.

Very good neighborhood supermarket, you always find what you need & in a timely manner. Stock is always organized, there’s always BOGO deals, & staff is helpful. I’ve been coming here since their grand opening! Definitely recommend.

I have been going to this Publix for years and I love it although, I made an order at the bakery for my sons fifth birthday, and I asked them to make a number five with the cupcakes all together which they make from their decorating book I saw. So this is what I thought I would get vs what I got……….. I could have made this myself!

Great service from Jennifer today, helped load groceries to my car. She is a perfect example of customer service.

Forget trying to order anything online ahead of time. At this point, I think I'd be surprised if the deli actually had my order ready and right. Despite having an hour to make a single sub, it again just didn't happen. Unfortunately, the deli disarray is consistent.

I returned some products because I took the wrong card and at that moment I bought them again with the correct card, the cashier told me the return has already been made to the card and charged on the correct one, I left quietly waiting for my refund and today Monday I went to the bank and there they told me there is no pending return transaction, I had to go from my house which is in homestead and with an eye problem to go to a publix in this town to find out what happened, I had to spend my time, gas money and sick as I was to get my money back. I asked the manager for compensation for the mistake, I understand that we are human and we can make mistakes, but the gentleman must understand and I, having explained to him that I told the cashier that the return receipt did not say credit but change, that meant that I They gave me cash, but she insisted that they would return it to my card and I left until I had to come back today The only thing that I asked the manager for a separate reimbursement for the cost of gasoline from homestead to that location and he told me in a very heavy way that NO

My previous post was for the Winn-Dixie at 87 Ave and sunset . This Publix is great . All the people from publix are nice and always help when asked A far cry from Winn-Dixie. I can't figure out how to delete my eronious post .. when I figure it out I will .

El sabor de Publix. Small and crowded. No auto check out. You can get out fairly quick. Deli not so fast. Parking good luck

Great access for someone with kids and elderly has an. Elevator and electric stairs for customers and their shopping cart

Like at most Publix delis, one has to have very low expectations of having one’s sub ready at the time you ask for it in the app. I ordered one on a tight schedule only to have the staff prepare it after I get there to pick it up. Add a disclaimer to the app or something. But don’t say a sub will be ready at the time you enter when it won’t be. Food is good. No complaints there.

I go to this Publix on Miller and 94th Ave in Miami almost everyday. I made it a point to write this review today because I wanted you to know what a wonderful person you have in the Deli Department. Her name is Mariela and she makes the best Subs in the world. She is such a wonderful person. It makes going to Publix a real Pleasure. Thanks Mariela, we really appreciate you.. Love this Publix. Everyone is helpful and courteous. Store is clean and well stocked. Even though I live 5 minutes from the Dadeland Publix, I am willing to go out of my way, to go to this store.

Been going to this location for 4 years on and off. Location is always clean, organized, stocked and you can easily find help or asked if you need help. The seafood area there is usually a person standing in the front of the display asking if you need help to find anything. Its always a great shopping experience at this location. Hopefully they also get the self check out update that would be a nice touch to the location.

I go to the pharmacy here mainly. Kind and gentle pharmacist. They make sure that each client understands how to take their medications. There is not much of a line here. But again, I have only gone on weekdays from 10am to 1pm. So can't generalise it for the weekends and the evening rush.
