I have had many MRIs, but none have been as pleasant as 3T. First, scheduling is a breeze, as is check in. The waiting room is comfortable and modern. Their MRI machine is brand new and it is state of the art. The images that are generated are superior to most. Also, the width of the machine is larger than any other MRI machine I have ever been in. I am a large person and normally my shoulders are squished, but not here. Great experience and I will only be coming here in the future.

I had an excellent experience here good service easy to find location. Vanessa at the front was very helpful and had everything ready for me. Dr. Carl was very thorough and explained the procedure to me In a soothing manner and is excellent and getting veins. The entire process took about 30 minutes and I left with the disc in my hand and a smile on my face, you don’t see customer service and expertise like this in many places anymore.

EDIT: 1 year later, after using them many times, everything is the same, except they are busier. I can no longer get in when I want and now make an appointment from 3-7 days in advance. However, they have moved me up when an opening developed. They're as good as I first thought, only now I know it for a fact. ------------------------------- My first visit. I called in the morning and requested an appt for that afternoon for a CT scan, which they made. Office is modern and clean with courteous and friendly staff. I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. I'll use them anytime I need radiology services.

Scheduling easy, but you wait hours once there when not even many people are waiting! Yesterday I waited 1.5 hrs then a power shortage occured. Today over ONE hour and another before me has sat 2 HOURS! I may walk out. Nice people with zero sense of time

This place is terrible! I had a 10:30 appointment I arrived early like they said. Once I was there they said they are running behind and I needed to come back an hour. I did this with no problem already filled out all the paperwork and they charge my card for the test. When I get back an hour later the lady tells me I'm going to have to wait another hour and a half. In the lobby there were two other gentlemen one that had already been waiting almost 2 hours and another one that came today prior and they could not service him and told him to come back the next day. I do not recommend this place at all!

My wife and I had a very good experience. The Receptionist and clinical team were friendly and are experts in what they do. Things happen and appointments get delayed (at my age I’ve been to enough doctors office to tell you it’s the norm) but these guys will take care of you. So don’t get discouraged if you have to wait a little bit, It is worth it.

I had an outstanding experience at the 3T. The staff, especially Kareen — was incredibly professional and friendly, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to my confidence in their services. The CT scan itself was quick and efficient, and the results were provided promptly. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of top-notch imaging services.

This is definitely the place to get a CT done in Coconut Creek. The entire staff was incredibly nice and walked me through exactly what was happening. Carlos who does the CT scans was a superstar. He talked to me the whole time so my anxiety wouldn't get the best of me. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area.

This was the worst experience ever!! First of all, they change my appointment to a half an hour earlier just to have me waiting 2 hours for my MRI. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the disc with images which resulted to be BLANK! I had to come back the next day to try to get another disc that actually contains the images. When I talked to the lady at front desk about this, (her name is isabella), she argued with me, telling me that I was lying. Long story short, she burned the same empty disc once again, it did not work. She had to use a new one and it finally had the images. I spent another 45 minutes in that process. Also while I was waiting somebody else came to complain about his report. At this point, I am getting a new MRI at a different place because after all of this, I cannot trust them!! Please avoid going to this place for your wellbeing! I hope they can improve their customer service and their waiting time.

7pm appointment did not get in till 7:45 in the machine for over an hour yet was rescheduled for bad reading. 3 people waiting for their appointments no notice there was an issue. My son fell asleep in the machine and was not woken by the technician. Past experience has been good at this facility the technician this visit needs a new profession.

I recently had a Cat Scan and Utrasound here. Everyone here are Top Shelf. I would endorse them 110%.

Good fast service at front desk. Was taken in for the test only 20 minutes late. It's up to you as to what you think of that

Appointment at 9:30. Walked in at 9:15, filled out paperwork, got called back at 9:25. Had my imaging done within 30 minutes. I walked out of the office at 10:04. This place is efficient and the staff are incredibly kind. Highly recommended.

I’m very pleased to have choose 3T RADIOLOGY & RESEARCH for my recent MRI done last week. The whole process was a breeze because you have a great customer service! Starting with the girls answering my calls when I was trying to set the appointment, they were very helpful, to the girls at the reception when I arrived, they were very pleasant. And finally Angie, The Technician, who to me is the most important person you need to deal with, was very caring, patient and understand very well my nervousness and concerns through the whole process. Thanks for really making it a lot easier to me!

I unfortunately had to get an x-ray due to a dog attack, however the experience I had at 3T Radiology & Research hands down was an amazing experience. The staff from the front desk to the x-ray tech wonderful. Thanks so much for making this experience a great one!!

I had a MRI last Saturday and I have to tell that everyone was very kind, (Stacey, Alex & Carlos) Professional and in a very timely manner. I was called in on time. Explained what was going to happen. Very nice Professional Staff. I would refer anyone I know to use them. Excellent service and place.

3T is a state of the art radiology facility. The appearance is refreshing and immaculate. Personnel from the receptionists to technician are friendly, informed and efficient. The procedure, CAT Scan, was explained in detail by the technician. Having worked in the medical field for many years I would not hesitate to recommend 3T Radiology.

I have been there twice and each time was able to have an easy time from the setup, the actual exam, and waiting for my CD-DVD copies. In fact, on my last appointment, they happened to have run out of CD-DVDs, and one of the people were able to have us wait for just 15 minutes for them to get the stock supplies so I did not have to come back. And for anyone who may complain about needing to wait a little longer than expected, you must recognize that this is a specialized testing place, and the patient(s) in front of you can easily make your wait longer if they happen to be moving around during the testing. Be patient, especially since it is a nice waiting room, and recognize that you are fortunate enough to be with a good group of technicians who can not control how others cooperate when in the machines. Everything from appointments, billing, the process and the testing results is appreciative by me.

i would not recommend this facility, especially if you're unable to advocate for yourself. 2:25 pm, I received a call from the facilty informing me that they did not have authorization from my insurance company to perform a STAT CT scan....my appointment was at 3:00 pm. “You give a patient a half an hour notice that insurance hasn't been verified, and you've had three days days to work on the requisition?” (Mind you, two days prior to my appt., I was told all was status quo….I was good to go). Unacceptable! My husband informed the facility that we were coming in, despite no authorization and that personnel neeeded to take care of this immediately. Sure enough, after waiting in the waiting area of the facility for approximately ten minutes; an authorization appeared! Someone isn't doing their job.....incompetent and lack of regard for the patient's time and well being. This is not how an imaging center should operate. A patient's health is dependent upon these tests. Clearly, that's why they're being sent to you. Dealing with medical issues is stressful enough…… personnel at 3T Imaging should be accommodating and doing everything possible to provide best practice to their patients. On a positive note, the imaging tech. was professional and very nice.

The staff were extremely kind and considerate. They let me know of a delay in my appointment time because of technical issues (and these things do happen, anyone who is not prepared to deal with issues like this lives in a fantasy world) and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process and with every patient I saw them interact with.

I had a test done at 3T Radiology Coconut Creek recently. I'm so impressed by the service and personnel of this place. Thank you for taking such good care of me and I think there is many others feeling the same way. You guys are top notch! You are appreciated ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
