Just had the absolute BEST experience at the W Flagler location of Five Star Jewelers. I never take my jewelry off (it’s all sterling silver) and I have worn it everyday for years. Somehow overnight two of my bracelets (including a very precious family heirloom) became severely tarnished. I chose Five Star Jewelers because of their amazing google reviews and I am so happy I did. They provided excellent customer service (Mari was incredibly kind and helpful) and had my bracelets cleaned and looking brand new in under 20 minutes (check out the before and after photos to see the true miracle they performed). I greatly appreciate how they treated my very precious jewelry with such care and attention to detail. Very fast, efficient service and an overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking to have pieces cleaned or looking to purchase some new jewelry (they have a beautiful selection with more than reasonable pricing). Unfortunately my experience with this store was not the best. I went with a ring I've had for 5 years (never took it off) which needed to be repaired since the middle stone fell off. I went the first time an excellent customer service but, they took the ring and apparently fixed it, I don't remember how many days they were on the task, but it was for more than a week, most of the 3 times I went, it lasted 2 days and then fell off again, I ended up going through the same process for 3 times and it couldn't be fixed because of "Problems with the ring", so ok, "give me the money back", their answer was: NOT possible. I went to another store and it is brand new again...Total waste of time.
