Honestly the most knowledgeable staff and best service I've ever received, a true artist craftsman is the owner, he makes good on his promises and delivers the highest quality work on schedule and on budget. Also his workers cleaned up afterwards which is always a plus. Highly recommended.

Eric was very professional and got the job done in time and within budget as promised. He is able to offer the full package from rock work to plumbing to landscape to aquascape and fish included. He demonstrated to have a great eye for design and was able to recreate nature with the rock work. He did a great job and I was very pleased with the results. In the event I ever consider to expand my pond in the future, I will certainly be contacting Bella Aquatic again.

KILLED ONE OF OUR KOI! Very disappointed in this company, previously known as POND PIRATES. We hired them to maintain our Koi pond during the months we are not home and all they did was neglect us. I had to reach out repeatedly to ask them to replenish our fish food supply and to clean our pond. They used steel wool which any professional knows NOT to do, the fish ingested it and died. In addition to this, the pond was so dirty, the poor koi were slowly dying of lack of oxygen. They are clearly not training their employees nor do they care about the fish. When I told the owner, Erick, that our fish died as a result of his negligence, he replied "I told you the pond needed to be cleaned!". Very unprofessional and disappointing, they did not care at all that our beautiful fish we've had for years died. BE WARNED!
