Took a bad fall exiting the store carrying several bottles of wine in the turn of sidewalk toward the parking lot. To my amazement there were several store employees that saw what happened including the manager. They all ran to assist and all I was expecting was a place to discard the broken bottles. They were more concerned about me than the merchandise, and I must say the Store Manager deserves any accolade the store grants, as he was extremely attentive and authentically concerned about my bleeding cuts and scrapes. He asked several times if I was ok and insisted on my well-being before anything. I was provided alcohol swabs and bandages, and all employees were extremely helpful. I was not expecting for broken bottles to be replaced, but the Store Manager made sure every broken item was replaced. There are few places nowadays that provide this kind of Customer Service and Humanity and I give the Store Manager all the credit as he leads by example. If anyone deserves a promotion this Gentleman does, as he goes beyond the call of duty making the store a success. I will be certain to shop in this location of Trader Joe’s as much as possible, and will make sure all my contacts are aware of its quest for excellence. Thank you, and much success!

I’m not sure what to make of this particular Trader Joe’s. I went several times to this location and had an amazing experience shopping alone. The niche food items and affordable pricing intrigued my mother in seeing what all the hype was about. Going on a Saturday evening with her, parking was busier and congested (as expected from reading other reviews) with one driver cutting us off for available parking space. It felt like modern Sparta as we were unnecessarily fighting to the death for these spots. Once we grabbed our grocery items, we made way to the checkout counter. With one of the cashier workers “slowly”scanning our items, a female coworker next to him began mindlessly chatting about college drama and made comments about how this particular friend was an “absolute b$^#>” and many other inappropriate pejoratives. I was at disbelief with how the conversation was openly being discussed in front of us. Not only that, completely ignoring customers throughout an entire transaction is beyond unprofessional. I even had to do a double-take with my mother who was appalled at what she heard. It completely soured the experience for us both, especially as I consider Trader Joe’s to at least pride themselves in providing excellent customer service.

Just recently started shopping at Trader Joe’s and now I can truly say this the only place I shop now. It’s very affordable and the quality of the food is amazing. The staff is so friendly and always in a good mood which makes the experience even better.

My favorite place to shop. The people are so friendly and happy to work there. I always get exceptional customer service and love the selection of all, starting with flowers. You can find just about anything you need. Products are so fresh and well organized. Makes me want to buy it all!!

What they have is good, make no mistake. It's just that their stores are much smaller, so by necessity, their selection is much weaker than a traditional store. Their prices are a bit higher than a regular store, but nowhere near the whole food's stratosphere. And they have some items you simply can't get anywhere else. I am, however, completely gutted that They no longer sell maple butter.

Actually this is one of my fav places to buy groceries. Everything is so fresh and perfect. They have their own brand and everything is delicious. I’m in love with the sweet and salt popcorn, the kibbe, an appetizer that have onions and cream cheese.. OMG. Everything is amazing, people are nice but veeeery nice and I love that most of the products are organic.... so 100% in places like this.

My first visit. Very good experience. Very competitive prices and very good merchandise. All the fruits and vegetables look fresh and many of them are well packaged. If you want fresh products with good prices, I think this is the right place!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Trader Joe's in Pinecrest, and it's truly a gem in this amazing neighborhood. As a real estate enthusiast, I can't help but appreciate how this grocery store enhances the value of the community. My kids always pick out specialty items after school. They are well priced, fresh, and a good value. Another great perk of living in Pinecrest.

It was my first time at a Trader Joe’s today and the first employee i ran into made my experience so spectacular! Leigha (sorry i forgot how to spell your name😅) made sure to help me out so much. she told me which vegetable looked the best, asked what i was cooking and gave some great tips! I really enjoyed my experience at the store because of her ! And i can’t forget about my cashier Arman (again, spelling, sorry!) who was spectacular!

Got there 3 min before they closed to just grab a bottle of wine and someone at the door was super rude and said they were closed. Me and other 5 people had to turn around and leave. I understand it’s a Friday night but in three minutes we would have been able to grab everything and get to the cashier. The guy at the door said he was “Mark” but I don’t think he’d give me his real name.

My first time here at TRADER JOE’S and it was an excellent experience. Everyone is very helpful and very, very customer service inclined. Love the store! Although is a little drive for me but it is all worth it. I had the pleasure of meeting NICOLE and JOJO at the registers and they treated us like FAMILY. Their customer service was OUTSTANDING and because of that, we are definitely coming back as soon as we ran out of goodies. The store is clean and filled with lots and lots of goodies. Thank you to you ALL and specially NICOLE and JOJO 👍

Trader Joe's is the only place my wife and I do groceries in, healthy, excellent quality, and there are always hidden gems 💎 that end up being a weekly pick up!. Highly recommend the cookies, milk, cheese, tacos, burgers, everything this place has to offer

This is a small local market close to Dadeland Mall and South Dixie Highway. They carry a great selection of unique, fresh, and healthy products that you won’t find at any other local grocery store. They also carry imported cheeses, and spices I haven’t seen anywhere else. On the downside parking lot is not easy to navigate in and has limited parking spaces. The other thing is, you have to bring your own bags to carry your groceries. In addition, Trader Joe’s is quite a distance from home, it’s not worth the drive for just a few items. For those reasons this isn’t my to go-to for grocery shopping.

Love there food options, store is small so be ready to get extra friendly with shoppers or just ram your shopping cart on them lol 😆

My husband and I come here frequently, yesterday we had an issue with our groceries. I came by today and Alex the manager was awesome at resolving the issue. Great customer service.

This girl didn’t check me out at the end of my shopping trip, but she is the taller blonde today and I overheard an interaction she was having with two other girls that were paying for their groceries and she was so friendly and i could tell she made those two girls feel important, not just people giving this store money. I thought to myself “i want to be in her line.” unfortunately it didn’t happen but she has great customer service skills. I work in the same trade so i know. But Keep her! or let her be a trainer or give her a raise. Something because she deserves it:)

Beautiful flower selection and wines. My roses lasted 2 weeks and the hydrangeas are still alive after 3 weeks. Amazing quality!

I love that they always have friendly staff and fresh food. But if you’re a big family it’s not going to be your favorite place to shop. Portions are for small families

Everyone is polite, kind, the place has everything I need when looking for organic and real food on vegetables, meat, cereals and frozen meals. The cashiers are super helpful and charismatic, is the best spot to go for groceries near Dadeland.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. I would never shop at this Trader Joe’s ever again and do not recommend anyone to come here. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. The manager Wilson Baez did not want to sell me a bottle of Bellini. I explained to the cashier that I lost my wallet and did not have my physical ID but I had my SmartID, which is issued by the Florida DMV. He told me i need documents that stated that my Driver’s License is valid, which i showed, with verifiable Picture ID… and after all that, he still did not want to sell me the bottle and just kept repeating the same thing about needing a physical copy. So he just didn’t feel like selling me the bottle… on top of that, the staff was making fun of me and giggling about not selling me the bottle. As a frequent and loyal customer of Trader Joe’s, I am very disappointed in the extreme lack of customer service and feel greatly disrespected. You’d get better customer service at a gas station than you would here.

Awesome TJ’s. Parking was a little tight, but totally worth it. They had the cheese I wanted and the team in the wine section was helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable. Cashiers and baggers were a well oiled machine. Great people, great products, great company.

I am a Trader Joe’s fan but this one is my least favorite location. It is always busy no matter the time of day. It is very stressful to maneuver around the sea of people shopping coming from all directions. The parking is also a bit wild but could be the norm for the layout of the lot. Nevertheless- the selection is pretty good and well-stocked. This is also a good location for the population in the southern part of the city so overall will only remove a star.

Staff is very courteous and will go out of their way to assist you. Great variety of products at very reasonable prices. I just love going to this store and exploring their products. When you just don't feel like cooking, they have a great selection of cold and hot entrées to choose from.
