Liana Healy has been attentive and supportive and led me through this difficult time. The burial of my husbands urn was done with grace, compassion and dignity. The funeral director Ken was compassionate and helpful. Laurie Solomon helped me with post burial decisions; making everything clear. I deeply appreciate her help as well.

My husband passed away just two weeks ago at the age of 63 and I was lost in trying to plan a service and burial that would honor him in the very special way that he deserved. Mt Nebo, together with Pearl Prince Levitt, Planning Consultant and Myles Allison, Funeral Director, along with their staff, lead me thru the process with patience, care, humanity and respect. They made such a sad and difficult experience so much easier to endure. They helped me cry and laugh at certain moments. They felt like an extension of my family. In the end with their guidance and support, they helped me plan the funeral that both my son and I hoped we could give my husband. He was my JFK and planning his funeral was my honor so Mt Nebo, Pearl, Myles and the entire staff are now part of my family’s story. All of our friends and family commented on how lovely the service was. If you find yourself in a situation as difficult as this, I recommend you put your trust in their hands. It felt as if they treated me in the same way they would treat their own family. Also the grounds are just beautiful and so peaceful and well taken care of. God bless this staff for helping people at one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Ken and staff were extremely professional and helpful during the most difficult time of our lives, planning my Dad's funeral services. They assisted with listing the obituary online, ZOOM Services and with products that represented our loved one. All details were attended to. They also assisted with the burial. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Arrangements had been made ahead of time and all of the staff was very professional, calm, and very aware of our needs. Miles Allison was very helpful and made everything very easy for us. He went the extra distance to make sure that all of the paperwork was found (arrangements made very long ago!) That helped tremendously!. The whole day went well and we are grateful for the help and comfort that Riverside Gordon provided for our family!

Dealing with Riverside Gordon during a very stressful time proved to be a good experience. Myles was very professional as well as extremely compassionate. He attended to every detail and answered all questions. The funeral took place without a hitch.

I cannot express my gratitute to everyone at Riverside for doing a phenomenal job at a time when I was not able to get myself together. I couldn't have done it without their help. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I literally did not have to do a thing but attend.

Ken was terrific-he made sure everything was set up for us, Mom’s casket was beautiful, he made sure it was treated with the utmost respect and he stayed until everything was done and done right. He was so easy to deal with on the phone and he even checked to be sure Mom’s casket had a Star of David, rather than crosses that the picture sent from the cemetery showed. The Yahrzeit candle and stones were very much appreciated, too. Ken obtained made sure to send the death certificates in record time. We highly recommend Ken to direct and organize your operations. He was a pleasure to deal with and answered all our questions with compassion and patience. One suggestion is to provide the family thank you notes so they do not have to order them and wait for them to be delivered. This was done at my Dad’s funeral 6 years ago and it was one less thing we needed to do while we were mourning. Thank you for your excellent work!

Thank you to Myles and team for making this experience run so smoothly. We had my mother flown to her final resting place and they took care of all the details. The service was beautiful. When my mother passed away, I was a mess. We couldn't have done this without Myles help.

We left feeling like the last details of our life have been arranged; our son does not have to go through the heartache of dealing with his parents' demise. Lori Soloman was very business like, but very friendly. She took care of all the explanations and answered all our questions. Be prepared to spend much time in planning and working through all the possibilities. It's long, but you leave knowing that the details are taken care of. There are financial plans that can help in the costs. Don't expect that your plans will cost just a few thousand dollars. The plots, stone, services, etc. will be in the five figures for two people. If you travel, I suggest getting the transportation program, costing about $500 each. For example, without that program and someone dies in Europe, just sending the body back to the united States could cost over $6500. We travel and we believe it is well worth it. ,
