Went there shopping with my wife for some women shoes, and although the customer service was great and very professional, the heat was intolerable, I really feel sorry for those poor employees having to work in such conditions. 👎

I went in for bedding and they had a great sale. I found a complete bed set - comforter, sheets, and bed skirt for $32 reduced from $100. I've always found great deals here at The Falls location. What made it possible too were the associates who did everything to help me find what I needed and were so friendly in the process.

They should either staff the store adequately or permanently close their doors. You have a better chance of winning the lotto than finding a store clerk/ salesperson to assist you. Sadly it’s been this way for several years. Inventory is minimal, and store aesthetics seriously lacking. This location needs a major influx of money. Wish they would get their act together.

When I was shopping at this store, I found the product that I liked but when I asked to the staff where to pay and where's the registrar? They did not response ,so I went to the other one registrar who responded and served me quickly .

Huge, clean, with a lot of options for whatever you are looking for. I would come again and again.

This is about the 3rd year I have relied on Macy's during the holiday season. Why? The Macy's sales are a big attraction for me. I usually take advantage of the Black Friday deals and Christmas sales. I get all sorts of items. Holiday outfits and gifts for for my family and friends. The items I have purchased have been of good quality. My favorite find this year was a 3 year old toddler dress I found online. I decided to give store pick up a try. It was so easy to pick up the item instead of waiting for it by mail. I purchased items this year in store and online. I used my Macy's credit card to save on the deals. I even used the credit card for other Christmas purchases to rack up on points. Trick is to stay on budget and start paying it off right away to not get slammed with the interest rates. Great customer service. The one thing I noticed though is that I felt the children's clothing section in the store didn't seem to have enough variety. For this age group, it is probably best to check clothes online first.

Gloria the men's perfume consultant. Was nice, attentive and sooo patience, she helped me with the most difficult gifts of them all .. a perfume for my dear husband. She was so nice that I even bought me 2 perfumes that i was not looking for and applied for a credit card that I dont need. LOL

At the Macy’s located at The Falls, there is an employee called Darryl (please see. picture attached) who works at the jewelry department, this person mistreated my mother, she went to buy a Christmas present, when she kindly asked for a paper bag, he said that those bags are meant for very expensive jewelry, and he said so in a very rude manner. He should not be working with customers, nor be talking to a customer in that way, denying a bag to a lady for her gift just purchased. I’m very upset and disappointed with this Macy’s location and it’s choice of personnel is really weak, poor and they just really don’t care. This person shouldn’t be working in retail. I hope Macy’s HR sees this and does something about it.

This Macy’s is okay, nothing incredible and it could use more up to date styles. It’s also incredibly difficult to find an employee to help, so you’ll end up by the registers most of the time trying to catch their attention as they help other customers. I’m also a big fan of Polo Ralph Laurence, which well they have 3 shirts of and then empty wracks.

Macy's has an excellent selection. Also love their cafe. I always order their Pandebonos if available.

This location is one of the best organized and stocked. It's much better than Southland, and really matches evenly (sometimes better) with Dadeland. It also wipes out International Malls Macy's

I will suggest the managment of the store to “please” clean and paint the white entrance doors to the store. They are dirty , missing paint and they should not look like the doors of a auto mechanic shop.

Fix the AC I was in there on Thursday and as I’m shopping I overhear two employees say that they will not come back to work until the AC is fixed because they felt dizzy I proceeded to go ask another employee for assistance and also asked her how long the AC has been broken for and she said since the end of July it hasn’t been working, these poor employees!! DO BETTER Macys. I had a lot of shopping to do and couldn’t because of how hot it is, and it’s hotter in the second floor than the first floor. These poor employees are being out through hell and when you ask for a manager there’s none to be found. I much rather go to dadeland no matter how busy it is it’s better then this Macys location.

I went with my fiance and soon to be mother-in-law this past weekend to purchase some fine jewelry, and we had the best experience with Kristen. I would highly recommend buying from this Macy's. We arrived, looked at rings, and got a little worried as we didn't see too many associates. But when I approached Kristen as she was ringing someone up, she told us she'd be with us as soon as she finished with the other customer. And I'm glad we bought from her because she was an absolute sweetheart. Kristen took her time to talk to us, to see what we wanted, and even asked about our love story. She did not rush us through the process at all as we looked over the jewelry and asked about prices. She guided us with the best sales. We thought the price and quality of the rings at Macy's were incredible, but it only got better. By buying it with Kristen, she was able to give us 12 months with no interest on our purchase! I couldn't thank her enough for being so kind to me and my family. Kristen's service is like a meal in Italy, it shouldn't be rushed because she's cooking perfection; and when it's done, it nourishes the soul. I very much appreciate that because everywhere else it feels like customers are treated as numbers or a bother unless they look like they're wealthy. I did not feel that with Kristen at all. I felt she treated us with kindness and decency, regardless of what we could afford, and helped us make the best decision for us. I'd very happily make future purchases with Kristen at the jewelry counter at Macy's. She educated us on things we didn't know like sizing and quality of certain material combinations. And I invite you to do the same if you're willing to take your time.

Hi I went into the falls Macy 2nd floor to look for some winter coats . A lady by the name of Bianca helped us out she stopped what she was doing to help me She went the extra mile!!!!!!

This Macy's was huge. The best part is the parking lot. A lot of parking. To be honest everything was thrown on the floor and everywhere, however, I arrived there like very late so I am sure it is not the store to be blamed but the whole day they had. Overall excellent place to buy and customer service was great.

I'm not the type of customer that likes going shopping. Don't like crowded or disorganized or merchandise. This store is EXTREMELY organized. The merchandise is beautifully displayed. You get the opportunity to browse all you want.

Good prices when items are on sale. Exceptional sales people.

Macy's at The Falls in South Miami has a huge selection and some nice sales, but being an hour away from home it's become a once or twice per year trip.

This was my first time visiting The Falls. It was a nice overall experience. However, there were a few things in this store that were not pleasant to experience. The women’s restroom on the first floor seemed like it hasn’t been cleaned in a few days or week.. many stalls without toilet paper, trashes overflowing, and the stall I used wouldn’t flush. It smelled awful too. The escalator to go to the second floor was broken and the elevator was too. So we walked up the escalator. The dressing room that was open and I used on the second floor there were no attendants or employees there so I went in, the dressing room I went it was filled all on the bench with so many clothes. And my door on the room wouldn’t lock. I felt uncomfortable trying my items on but was able to.

I love Macy's at Falls. I always can find affordable price. I found crunchy peas, 10 OZ for $4.99.

Very clean store. Not so friendly staff. I was being followed around constantly by the workers like I was trying to steal something even though I had an arm full of shopping bags. I was constantly being approached by workers after I stated I didn't need any help, plus I was just too uncomfortable.

I love the Falls but this Macy's is not the best at all...smaller location and doesn't have a ton of variety by any means. The best part is the staff at the little cafe 🙂....they would get 5 stars from me!

Returned a gift at Customer Service. Also purchased "Mac" products. Both employees were very kind and knowledgeable.
