Pond Doctor's new place is tremendous! Beautiful & healthy Koi, African Cichlids and many others. Jeff, the owner is a great guy, friendly and knowledgeable. And his son Zach is a joy to work with picking out Koi and just asking any question you might have. All of their staff in fact is friendly and very helpful! I love their place and visit frequently. If you're even a little curious about a new pond, adding to your Koi family, or just want to see beautiful fish, this is absolutely where you should go. Jen was great to work with. No one was available to meet her at the property but she stayed in constant contact through social media. This resulted in a solved problem instead of another visit and a still dirty pond. This company understands the importance of technology and communication and is leaps and bounds ahead of their competition!

Decided to stop by here for some pond inspiration. This place did not disappoint! The young lady at the check out counter on Sunday was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and taught us so much about building a healthy ecosystem for ponds. We definitely will be back to purchase fish and plants from here once our pond is ready.

Living abroad and Pond Doctors serviced small koi pond we inherited at house. At least 3 fish died and were never reported to me. Often left the pond with chords exposed (were hidden before service). Finally had fish picked up by sanctuary and they said all the fish were malnourished - feeder had been clogged so fish were literally starving to death on their watch. I shared this with them and not even an apology or explanation. Radio silence. So it will be interning if they respond to this review to save face because they certainly didn’t care when I shared what the sanctuary told me. No thanks.

Pond Doctors are amazing. Zak came out to my house on a Sunday to tend to some sick Koi. Incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their services. I visited their new store which is stocked with great fish at reasonable prices and terrific pond supplies. No need to call anyone else.

Beautiful store with huge variety of koi and other fish. Various sizes, for patterns and price points. Wide selection of pond equipment such as plants, pumps, filters, heaters, lights and more. Pleasant just to walk around and see the various tanks and pond set ups. It's almost therapeutic.

Everyone at Pond Doctors was very helpful and responsive in restoring our pond and stocking with beautiful fish. I encourage everyone to visit their new store and explore the beautiful koi and other exotic fish and turtles. We have had koi in our pond before, but never had authentic Japanese koi. They are truly living works of art. In honor of Pond Doctors, we named the fish: Zak (Hi Utsuri); Jeff (Goshiki); Blossom (Goshiki) and Darius (Shusui). We are so pleased to have found such a valuable resource.

Staff is extremely nice I went to look at the fish selection ended up taking 2 yellow lab and an aquascape table top pond. Definitely a go to spot if you're looking for koi or pond materials!

They’re clearly knowledgable and passionate about what they’re doing which shows in their quality of work and customer service. They now handle our maintenance weekly and pond looks great. This past Sunday, I cleaned out the filter of my pond, put it back together, and turned it back on. Later on, I went out to feed the fish. To my horror, I saw that I had put the filter back together wrong, so that it leaked severely, and the pump had almost emptied my pond! I knew that I had to something quickly to save the fish, but didn't know who to call! Luckily, I had the phone # of the Pond Doctors, and desperately contacted them. Jeff answered, and quickly agreed to come by with a air pump; he said that it would keep them alive for a while. He carefully explained that I could either have them clean and reset up the pond, which would cost about $300. Or I could let them find homes for the fish and the waterlily, then dismantle the pond (it had been an above ground swimming pool before). Jeff promised that the fish and the waterlily would have good homes, and that he wouldn't charge me for the use of the air pump or the rehoming of the fish and plant! I was very impressed by his honesty, professionalism, and friendly personality. Even though my amature attempt at setting up and maintaining a pond wasn't successful, Jeff treated me with respect, and seemed very concerned about helping me make the best decision. Thank you so much, Jeff; you're a really nice guy!

After a possum tore up my pond/waterfall and had dinner on my fish (and a large angel fish), Jen came over the same day and gave me tips about how to deter animals near the pond, how to maintain the pond, and she was not only knowledgeable, but she was totally professional and friendly! They will be maintaining my pond from now on. I'm so glad I was referred to them.

The Pond Doctors arrive on time, diagnose the problem, are professional, friendly, and explain what they will be doing in terms a layman can understand. Having never used any other service to compare them with I do feel their prices are reasonable and I am always happy with the results.

I recently purchased a home with a koi pond that was not well maintained, Koi pond doctors did an amazing job cleaning out the pond and bringing it back to life. So happy with the results, I wish I had found them sooner but will continue to use them future maintenance.
