Cindy is a wonderful yogi and person in general. I was a bit nervous going to a class as I hadn't been to a studio in a long time, but Cindy immediately put me at ease with her gentle demeanor. Like other reviewers mentioned, she tailors each class to the students' specific needs. She truly cares about her students and wants them to have the best experience. I always feel much more calm and centered after going to one of Cindy's classes.

Cindy Huston’s studio is an oasis of calm. The moment you walk in, you feel enveloped by serenity and deep, positive energy. There’s just something about the place that every time I go there, when I leave, I feel “aligned” spiritually, mentally and physically. What’s most remarkable is that Cindy herself is so down to earth, yet she provides a heavenly service. Whether you’re doing a yoga class with her or she’s doing body work on you, you will feel the difference she makes in your life. It’s palpable.

Woo! I partnered with Cindy for Uptown Art Week in 2021 and 2022. She was a supportive, thoughtful, & helpful collaborator in the community workshops we did together. I’ve been to some of her outdoor classes in the summers, which are a great way to intentionally move and enjoy meeting others from the neighborhood.

Tonight I got to experience the healing of the Biocharger and I’m so grateful to Cindy for sharing this modality with me. I had been sick all week and my chest had been hurting from coughing so much. When I arrived I still had this tightness and my breath intake was difficult due to phlegm build up. Cindy gave me two healing options and I chose the booster.
