Very kind people here and wonderful service! Receptionist was very kind and helpful. The massage was very nice and relaxing. I’m sure I will be back here in the future and I would recommend this place to other people to try and and go to!

I have also recommended my family and friends to go here, and they enjoyed it as well. Everybody loves Joy Foot Spa!

Joy Foot Spa is hidden gem in Lake Forest and I recommend it! The staff are professional and friendly. I often go for 30 minutes of reflexology and 30 minutes of massage. It’s heaven! I have increased my reflexology appointments to 60 minutes and have experienced positive benefits. It’s very relaxing, healing, and my feet are warm for days! I appreciate this during the winter months. My daughter calls for last minute appointments and they have been able to accommodate her. I often purchase packages which is cost effective and always look forward to my next visit!

The massage was nice but it was not “reflexology” which is what I asked & paid for.

I took my colleague here after work for a 60 min. foot reflexology apt. At first we were not sure what to expect but the space is very comfortable and the two gentlemen doing our massages were fantastic. Both of us purchased on Groupon. We will be returning

Love this place. I drive 1 hour to go, they did raise their price but it's still a great place to go with friends. As it's one large room with about 6 massage tables. It's a little different than most massage places. Being it's in one room it's clothes on. So wear shorts and tank top if you can. Get the combo. It's I believe 60.00 for one hour. The last 30 minutes are spent on your feet, It's wonderful !

My wife and I purchased 4 one hour massages 5 years ago. We used two of them shortly after the purchase. We were pleased with the experience. Time went by then Covid happened which prevented us returning for our last two gift card massages. An appointment was made and we returned on 10/2/23. Upon checking in, our gift card was deemed too old to be used. In other words it expired. We were given an option to purchase one 1/2 hour massage and get the 2nd massage for free. I did not consider this acceptable. I was disappointed that my old gift card expired. I will not be going back to Joy Foot Spa.

This place is the best, but dont take MY appointment time!!!
