I have been a patient of doctor Williams Dam for over 10 years. He was a great doctor in my opinion. He did listen to what you have to say. its just shame that the new doctor that took his place is very rude I try to talk to him but he just cut me off and didn't let me talk at all. To bad that the name of doctor Williams Dam still there but he is not there anymore. Do your self a favor go to different doctor To a Real American Doctor the one who will hear what you have to say. Is better for you to drive the extra mile You be happy that you did. Trust me. CHECK ALL THE REVIEWS HERE NOW. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU. A FEW PEOPLE CAN'T BE WRONG.

I was a patient of Dr.Dam for many years.Dr. Dam and his staff were great. Always knew your name when you walked in to the office, if you called last minute they would get you in. I don’t know who this new practice is but they are with out a doubt the ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional, the receptionist is extremely rude. Will not be returning!!!!

My recent visit to all time was prompt, and a very good experience. It seems they have worked out the bugs from merging with the Libertyville office and are back to running like a normal practice. Everyone was very polite and Victoria was great at offering suggestions and very good at listening. All in all a great experience.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY KIND OF CARE. THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE. I HAD A BAD EAR ACK AND NEEDED TO GO IN FOR MEDS AND THEY TOLD ME THE DOCTOR WAS TAKING THE WEEK OFF CALL BACK ON FRIDAY? CALLING TO GET ALL MY RECORDS FOR MY WIFE AND I TO CHANGE DOCTORS. Had a great new-patient experience and have already referred the office to others. Victoria and Daniella are very thorough in the jobs they perform! There's no match for the overall way they handle the patients and I am glad I chose them, quite a relief 😃

I had a wasp sting that caused my leg to swell with a 6” raised circle. I was seen quickly. I was prescribed two medications. And I’m looking forward to my recovery.

I walked in and was welcomed immediately. They took my blood, gave me health advice with smiles, and called me the next day with the results of my blood work. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 in everything they did. Thank you

The front desk staff is nice, especially Danielle. I would have to agree with some of the other posts, it is no longer close to Dr. Dam's office. The answering service is terrible I find it difficult to understand the operators. They seem offended when asked for the Fox Lake office

I drive all the way from Chicago to come see these wonderful people. Todays visit was much faster and efficient.

The last time I went to All Time Urgent Care I had a very good experience. The nurse practitioner diagnosed me quickly and prescribed medication which was ready at my pharmacy when I got out of work.
