Highly recommend trying floating. If you like yoga and meditation then you're gonna love this. Float inside a tank with no light and no sound and turn all attention within. You may find what you're looking for.

I would give Flotstone a 10/5 if it was an option! From the moment I walked into the facility to the moment I walked out it was a priceless experience. The details in each and every aspect of flotstone is done straight from the heart. It is such a beautiful, very clean, and uplifting place to be in. I had my first flot yesterday and choose to do the 90 minute one and loved every second of it. I walked in feeling high strung full of stress and walked out just in a new state of calmness. If you have never floted before I highly recommend this over getting a massage any day. When I was in the flot I felt at ease as only my mind and body were just there in the present time. One day after my flot I am still feeling the effects that it had on my mind and body. I can’t wait to do another flot! The owner is extremely helpful and makes sure that each person has the best experience when they enter and exit their flot. If you are questioning if this is right for you I truly feel each person should have this experience. Don’t hesitate anymore just book your flot and see what this hype is all about!

A truly amazing experience. The owner Susie is very friendly and knowledgeable, she will explain everything in great detail. This was my first float experience and I will be coming back often. If you’re looking to find a way to relax and rejuvenate try floating it is truly amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect and wondered if I might even feel claustrophobic, but these are very large float tanks and the ceiling is seven or 8 feet above your head with plenty of room. I felt very comfortable. The entire business was very clean and they take sanitation seriously. After a great hot shower, I took a 90 minute float. What a great place to meditate just relax, and be in the moment. Also as a bonus, my hair and skin feel soft and amazing. Even my joints feel better. I had to figure out how to get myself in the position is comfortable for me, which was arms over my head. For me with my arms down to my side, kind of pushing my shoulders up but once I adjusted my arms over my head, I was in a blissful relaxation After your float, there is a very nice little room where you can make some hot tea or have a cold water relax talk about your experience or read one of the great books. I've been here twice. I love the feeling post float. I've had the same lady at the front both times and she's been great. Also brought my wife the 2nd time. More people should try this

The atmosphere is welcoming, I felt calmer and happier from the second I walked in; my shoulders just melted down and I started to relax. The place feels like an oasis. I loved the floating experience, I enjoyed connecting to my inner quietness and disconnecting from all the outside worries. The facility is very clean and modern, amazing staff. The atmosphere here is really calming and nicely designed. A few months ago, I met one of the owners once and he was super nice and informative, answered all my questions, and gave my friend and I a tour, even though they weren't open at that point. If you're worried about going into a sensory deprivation tank, there is an option to have tiny lights (meant to resemble stars) on if total darkness worries you!

Great experience. Staff was great, atmosphere was very relaxing and clean. They did a great job of explaining all the features and benefits. Tried the infra-red sauna. Next up flotation. Highly recommend
