Really good. Super accommodating. Jim helps us as needed. We did the “wizard” puzzle and the “red wire” Setting for the wizard trials was Magical. Really loved it. I think we needed one hint or two. One of the areas didn’t work properly. But quickly was helped by Jim. I liked the red wire best. It had a great flow that made sense. One area/puzzle wasn’t working but that seems, to happen at every escape room we’ve been too just from the large usage over time. We liked it and now we have to change locations to another escape room challenge.

Absolutely amazing escape rooms! I’ve done many and these rooms are definitely more tech based than traditional lock and key, but are a great challenge for escape room lovers! Jim was a great GM, and the room was well designed and fun! My friends and I had a great time, can’t recommend it enough for escape room fans!

Great escape room, we did the Red Wire and escaped. It was a challenge but still doable! Also shout out to Jim, he was very welcoming and explained everything really well! We are definitely going to come back and do another one!

Excellent birthday outing for a group of 12 years who love to play brain games. We did the Wizard Trails and everyone had a blast! Will definitely be back.

I went today for my first ever escape room and absolutely loved it. My friends and I are definitely going back. I forgot the names of the 2 dudes working tonight but they were wonderful hosts.

First time at PanIQ this weekend, but it definitely won't be the last. Facility was welcoming, spacious and they provided storage for our coats and such so we didn't have to lug them around. The wizard trial was fabulous fun and our guide, Alex, was superb - set us up for success, gave small hints when needed and celebrated our efforts upon escape.

One of the best escape rooms in the Chicago area!! We did Onyx Tower and Medieval Madness and both were amazing. The game masters were also on point and very helpful. We will for sure be back.

I just finished up with The Red Wire escape room and had a blast figuring out the clues to solve the puzzle. Jim was an amazing host! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique group activity.

Great experience! I was surprised we were able to finish the onyx room in 30mins. I also did the medieval room a while back which was pretty difficult but fun nonetheless! My only little issue would be the price, but honestly it’s worth it once in a while. I hope to come back later in the year when my fun funds have replenished 💸

Housed in a beautiful old building. A really fun experience for our puzzle-loving teens. After our great escape, we enjoyed exploring the surrounding shops and restaurants in Logan Square. We're looking forward to trying the other rooms soon.

It was 4 of was. We randomly picked this place on Wednesday evening not knowing exactly what to expect. Medieval Madness was the path we chose and it was absolutely epic. Decoration, attributes, riddles, lightning, sounds, story, timer, all of that was brought to perfection. Staff is super helpful and friendly. If you are stuck they are always there to assist you with either hint or straight direction on how to solve the task. Made it in 63 minutes due to very first task(opening the door to the room). Oh yes, they let us finish the story, which I find to be a key for the whole experience, that ending boosted the morality. Super enjoyable spent time with you guys, definitely recommend and will be back. Salut!

We had a great time! We finished the Wizards room with 1 minute to spare! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And the room was tricky but the clues flowed together in a way that made sense. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommend!

2 of us went for the wizard room and had so much fun, we tried the medieval room too! The medieval room was quite difficult but was so much fun. The staff were friendly and provided helpful and clear hints when we asked. It’s also great that they provide unlimited hints!

My friends and I did the medieval madness and were told it was expert level, when we booked we didn’t know that, it was challenging because we had to do everything in the dark but they gave us torches so it gave us some source light. It was literally puzzle after puzzle after puzzle. You had to figure out one thing to get to the next but in small increments. We ran out of time but our game host gave us more time due to the cancellation of the group after us. We really appreciated that! Super fun!! Definitely can be done by anyone, don’t let the expert level scare you!

Did the wizard room with some friends and it was a blast! The room was stunning and Alex was super helpful and wonderful! Highly recommend and I can’t wait to try the other rooms. Hope we can snag Alex next time as well!

Have previously been to PanIQ with my daughter for "Wizard Trials" and loved that experience. Returned with my daughter to tackle "Onyx Tower" - the perfect escape room for newbies, it's ideal for 2 people and includes a ton of fun and challenging puzzles/tasks. Our Game Master Zach was clever with hints and made it an extra enjoyable experience. Enjoyed Onyx Tower so much that we stayed to book "Red Wire" directly afterward, very glad we did! You become immersed in the backstory and theme while you play, and the puzzles/tasks are super creative and clever. Much to accomplish for 2 people in 60 minutes but by no means impossible - it's a large enough environment for up to 6 people. Props to Zach our Game Master, he stayed in character the whole time and was careful and strategic with hints when we needed - he's also a super nice human overall! All escape rooms in the Logan Square location are must-tries for newbies or enthusiasts. Will be back with a larger group to conquer Medieval Madness! \m/ \m/
