Great stylists ruined by terrible management and customer service. I had a child care issue come up on a Sunday and I needed to move an appointment the day of. At first Indira refused this request unless I paid a cancellation fee of 1/2 the haircut ($30). I said if they were going to do that I would just leave the appointment as is. Then Indira reached out to me via text and offered me a new appointment on Tuesday. Problem solved, right. Not quite. They still charged me the cancellation fee and then refused to refund it even though it was their idea to move my appointment. Despite being a loyal customer for years, who had never missed or cancelled any appointment, the manager refused my refund and offered to give me a credit on some other spa service (not a haircut) which I never have or will use. I will never go there again and told them as much. Too bad because the stylists are nice and do good work.

I absolutely adore my stylist Renee so so much! I started coming to Indira when I donated hair to a charity. Although this place pretty far from where I live, I have been a faithful customer since then! She always delivers a beautiful cut and makes the whole experience so delightful!

Beautiful modern spa. Had a great facial with Olivia. Haven’t had a massage in several years but the aromatherapy massage I had in 2019 is still one of the best massages I’ve ever had (plus it can be hard to find places that incorporate aromatherapy which is why I love Indira). Thanks to my boyfriend I have a gift card to come in again soon so guys hint hint

This was my first time after moving to the neighbor. Joey at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating from when I first walked in. Renee took her time with my cut and did a beautiful blow out. It’s so comforting when you find a great salon with talented stylists!

Went for the first time for a haircut with Michaela, it was great! She was very kind and gentle and listened to all my hair wants. The salon itself also felt very clean and welcoming. Will be back!

Michaela is a delight to be around. After one appointment I knew I was in good hands. Not only is her technique top-notch, but she also makes it look easy with her laid back vibe. I usually have my appointments in the evenings after work and my stress melts away. As a Chicago transplant, Michaela’s warmth and hospitality made me feel more at home here. Yana is absolutely amazing! I always wind up with amazing hair (cut, color, balayage). Sometimes I provide pictures of style or color ideas and sometimes Yana starts the appointment telling me about some ideas she has been thinking about. It's become an exciting, collaborative experience that's left me with very happy and healthy hair! I've enjoyed going to Indira so much that I have also been going there for facials and a massage. Added bonus are the Lifestyle rewards, which I was able to use for a free facial! Everyone is supper nice and welcoming as well!
