I had several procedures with mostly disappointing results. Customer service was outstanding the first time…However, the next subsequent interactions were non existent. There was no follow up and their once terrific customer relations took a drastic turn. That said, these procedures are a mixed bag so have realistic expectations.

I am revising my review because of the mind blowing dedication and attention this team showed me towards my bad experience with one person. They went ABOVE and BEYOND. For me and got me in the literal next week for a procedure. OUTSTANDING customer service and unbelievable staff here in Oakbrook. I went from being completely dissatisfied to the point where I will recommend this place to anyone I meet. It just goes to show you that one bad apple doesn’t mean the rest are! Thank you restore! Thank you to Dr. Adam and his teams for your wonderful job. So far I am very happy with the result and can't wait to see how the progress will be in the next 12 months. Total grafts for this procedure is 2751. Although, there was a slight misunderstanding about a 5% refund fee, Mr. Warren Krup HR manager quickly gave me a call to make it right. They are truly care about the customers and make sure everyone happy. If you need hair transplant, I am highly recommended RESTORE.

I went through the second phase of my two part procedure recently, and the entire process was actually quite enjoyable. The doctor explained the process for the day, and he began. The two and sometimes three technicians working on harvesting and inserting the grafts were efficient, very pleasant to talk with, and with to occasionally share a chuckle. I had very little discomfort, and to anyone considering the procedure, it's easy, relatively painless, and it works.

This is my second go around with Restore Hair. Both procedures were five star with five star results! However the second procedure under my extremely talented rockstar surgeon Dr. Cloniger and his staff I have to give ten stars! All of them from Billy to the very talented and experienced ladies who support the entire procedure. I have nothing but absolute positive remarks for the entire staff and procedure. So on the website you see a little banner that says qet a quick quote. Then a landing page pops up with a number of images of different levels of balding heads. You select the one that's closest to your condition. They tell you to fill out the information and they will quickly give you a quick quote. They then call you and tell you they can't give you the quick quote that you actually have to go in for a free consultation to get the quote. Very misleading and devise in my opinion.
