We just got our hot tub installed today. From the first meeting in the showroom with Craig to the actual installation with Tyler and Rick today, I can't say enough good things about this company and the people working there. Their prices are competitive with anyone in the area and their products are top quality. We went with a Marquis unit based on Internet reviews and the recommendation of Craig. The features and benefits were all explained fully in the showroom while shopping, and all the chemicals, maintenance, and operation was explained in great detail today by Tyler and Rick. Communication through the whole process was extremely good. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a hot tub. And just for the record, yes... the duck is free with a hot tub purchase.

I feel The Hot Tub Company went above and beyond my expectations!!!! Rick (service technician) knew that the hot tub inside the spa room would be difficult to service, 1st of all the manufacturer of this spa was long gone, 2nd to do any service would be from the confines of a crawl space located in the basement, and 3rd the electrical line to the spa had issues. Rick had two solutions for my problem spa, replacing everything that could possibly be replaced and install a new proper electrical line with appropriate gfi circuit breaker, or start over with a new spa. My wife and I are so happy with the results, Rick spent hours replacing every component, pump and heater and new control module. I want to give a special thanks to Bob (the electrician) for completely replacing the service line and gfi circuit breaker, he’s a great guy and electrician! Purchased a hot tub in fall of 2020 and was completely happy with the service that I have received. From the sale to delivery and installation, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Hot tub has been working great for almost three years with no issues. I have called with questions a few times over the last few years and Heather and the rest of the team have always been very gracious and helpful. I needed hand holding to go through everything, it is a big purchase but also an investment for my health needs, Heather did just that with a welcomed smile and accommodation for my shortness (a pillow to sit on in the hot tub) I couldn't be more impressed with the whole team that works there, thank you so much for your time, expertise and making us feel so welcomed.

Terrible 8 weeks to come out issue not fixed another part supposedly is ordered. Cant get in touch with anyone by phone or email. Literally no clue how this place has any good reviews or ratings or is in business at all. No one returns calls or messages. Hopefully this wakes someone up over there. Worst experience ever. Do not use at all costs.
