I was in Germany and had to move out to chicago in few weeks and i had to book the apt before i had to come. Miss. Breanna Glover, went all out of her way to show the tour of the many Vacant apartments of all types which ever i asked for and Wow... i booked my Lovely apt with great views and got me keys the day i landed in Chicago. My apartment view is the best i ever had.. lovely and great gesture from Miss. Breanna , so nice to unknown residents and completed all my paper work online.. And you know what all these happend during non- Corona days🤪... She is kind enough to follow up with me during Germany business hours and helped me with all the details i looked for.. One should come and experience the stay here not just for the amenities this community offers but also for the love, support and Care from the office crew.. Don’t miss to be part of our community 😍

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for the last 2.5 years. The Maintanence team is THE BEST!!! Jeremy, Bob, and the rest of the Maintanence team are timely, professional, and provide the best customer service out of all apartments I’ve ever lived at. Overall, you can tell that they truly care about you as a tenant. Monica and Tiffani in the leasing office are very helpful and friendly. This is a great place to live!

The thing I like most about this property is the maintenance staff. Wow they are on top of it! Their attention to detail, quick yet precise execution to the needs of my apartment, and how friendly they are. Bob in particular has been the supervisor for my past building as well as my current one. He is fantastic! He understands the importance to a tenant of a clean and safe home and follows through with every request. Thank you Bob and to all of the Maintenace staff. You rock at your jobs!

Overall one of the best properties in the neighborhood. From what I saw, most of the units are rehabbed and in great shape. The leasing office has always been super helpful, and also their maintenance crew is outstanding. If you ever have an issue, they’re super quick to react and help you out. If you are looking for an apartment in the area look no further, they are the best.

I have been here for just over 2 years and I can say the maintenance director Jeremy goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I really love living here. The maintenance staff is also super responsive. I’ve never had a request take longer than next day. The grounds are especially beautiful and I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Stayed at the Green at Chevy Chase Apartments for over 2 years and don't have any complaints. Maintenance was fast and efficient and the leasing office worked with me when I had relocation issues. Ladies working in office are friendly and the location is just an overall calm and quiet community. Would recommend.

It is really a great place to live. Overall, entire community is being maintained very well. Internal Apartment maintenance is amazing with very quick responses. I would like to appreciate Aaron who is part of maintenance in this apartment community

Lived here for three years, loved it, the neighbors were all super nice, never had a package stolen, never had to deal with noise. There is a trail that you can use year around across the street. I was moving out early and had an issue, but management went out of their way to not only fix the issue but make it right, more then they had to do, which i really appreciate. I will miss living in BG and I will miss my Chevy Chase fam
