Just had one of the, if not the best experiences at a retail store ever. George, the cashier, is outstanding and helped me out tremendously, what an amazing person to represent your company! He needs a raise! Just moved to the area and I’m so glad this is now my home target!

I had a great experience. I came here trying to use my student discount but was met with technical difficulties. I thought I had it figured out when I went up to the checkout lane. I did not. But Leonie was really helpful and pulled a manager to ask how to make sure I was given my discount. They manually took the time to get the discount right. That really made my day because it was really kind and they did not have to go out of their way, because I said I could just pay. But they made sure my discount was honored. Go Target! Go Leonie!

This Target is a great location for what it's worth! However, especially compared to larger Targets like the one in Mundelein, the selection can be a bit more limited here depending on the day. However, the location still has a very sufficient selection of items, and the Starbucks is a nice touch. :)

I went to the store for 3 items, 2 of which should have been in the CVS within the store. The other item was a hair care product, Bed Head conditioner. All 3 items were NOT in the store. This is not the first time that this has happened. In fact, I believe it has happened at least 6 times. Target employees were very nice, but the store itself always ends up being a huge disappointment.

My husband and I went in today (23Jul23) approximately around 10. We went in to exchange cat and jack clothing for our baby and we were greeted by a lady working the returns desk stating "I'm not very good at that". But shouldn't all returns/ exchange employees be proficient in this? She made us feel cheap and embarrassed for exchanging our things by huffing and puffing the whole time, and seemed like it was really inconvenient for us to be there, even though there wasn't a line. I just had a horrible experience with this woman. I don't even want to return to this target to do cat and jack exchanges. Very disappointing at such a nice location.

We love Target in Lake Zurich! Friendly faced and lots to browse. Always able to find the one thing we need to complete our regular shopping trips.

This target sells expired produce. I purchased these mushrooms today (10/3) and the label said “best by”September 30. They also sold my husband expired trail mix a month ago.

It used to be better than Wal-Mart for inexpensive clothing, but Wal-Mart has expanded their selections and gotten more quality choices, while this Target has kept selling the same kind of things. The food selection is not as expansive as the Wal-Mart down the road. The store is clean, and the merchandise is quality. Parking is easy and they have a specific section for you to park if you ordered for pickup.
