(Mouth full because I gravely wanted to give the property 5 stars but here are the reasons I could not) For starters I chose this building out of 3 others because of the layout and the color matched my existing furniture. I set a move in date originally of December 1 but had to move it back to December 15th due to a multi million dollar contract my bosses are signing internationally that is persistently being delayed due to legal challenges. The building originally agreed to allow my children to move my belongings in for me as I am out of the country and currently going through a LOT due to the recent loss of one of my grandchildren, a recent divorce, and so many other things that pains me. My family have took time out of their busy lives and have tried to pitch in to assist me with my move and they even bought household gifts for me. From the date of move in December 15th my family has been harassed incessantly, my gifts from my family members were threatened to be returned to sender because they didn’t have my name on them, our Task Rabbit handy man who we hired to re-assemble my furniture was literally chased by a doorman and building management over an assumption that they realized they were wrong about after banging on my door like the police, my daughter (who holds a durable power of attorney over all of my affairs and estates) was originally denied access to my belongings after the matter was already settled, and so much more. And to put the icing on the cake, now I have received an email from the building stating they will start towing our cars out of the parking spaces we pay $350 for if we do not register each car with the building (in hindsight if you have a family member visiting or a friend they have to pay for parking they can not use your $350 parking spot or their car will be towed at their expense). This is not a building that respects privacy or respects the amount of money you’re paying to feel safe and secure in your home. I don’t feel comfortable or safe to even move into this building as I am not even in the United States to defend my children and my family from the persistent threats and harassment of the staff members there at The Lydian. I feel I have made a grave decision in my choice to choose Lydian as my home as opposed to the other buildings at a better price point in the surrounding area. If there would be no legal recourse I would certainly opt to cancel my lease and get a refund but it is too late. Therefore the only option I am left with is to warn prospective tenants of the relentless harassment of the leasing staff and doormen here (not Marcus I am told he is great and extremely respectful). If you value your privacy and your space then this is not the property for you. I urge you not to make the same mistake I did.

It’s a new building so very updated with nice amenities. Nice gym, pool, and work stations. The maintenance staff deserve a full 5 stars, really prompt and communicative. The staff are friendly for the most part, but there’s a very high turnover rate so take that as you will. A few things to think about before signing. The walls are thin, and the convertible apartments share a bedroom wall with your next door neighbor so if you don’t get someone considerate you will hear….everything and management doesn’t really do anything about it but send out mass emails. Before signing I was told that the floors have concrete between them but I’m not sure this is true as you can hear/feel your neighbors drop things or slam cabinets. Despite being a newer build, the units are drafty as you can smell your neighbors cologne, whatever they cook, or smoke. Speaking of smoke, if you have kids this may not be the best place for you, as the elevators and hallways always smell like weed or some strange, hazardous chemical. The doors are also drafty so these smells enter your apartment. If you have a 1 or 2 bedroom you might be able to find relief but if you have a studio your whole place smells like weed or exhaust/chemicals. Lastly, our Wifi went out for nearly two weeks in August and we were still required to pay.

Friendly, accommodating staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were clearly excited about this facility and what it has to offer. The building is spectacular with the most complete set of amenities of any building we toured. We signed the same day!

Living at The Lydian has been an absolute pleasure, thanks to the outstanding management and maintenance teams. From the moment I moved in, I have felt welcomed and supported by the staff. They are always available and willing to help with any questions or concerns I may have. The maintenance team is incredibly skilled and efficient, always responding promptly to any maintenance requests I have made. They work quickly and diligently to resolve any issues, and they always leave my apartment in pristine condition. The management team is equally impressive, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and well-organized complex. They are always friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs of the residents. It's clear that they take great pride in ensuring that the complex is a safe and comfortable place to live. Overall, I would highly recommend The Lydian to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed community to call home. The management and maintenance teams are truly exceptional and have made my experience here unforgettable. Thank you for everything you do!

We literally just moved in and the staff is so nice and welcoming. Sarah, who was our leasing agent at the time, was wonderful to work with as we were going through the application process. She answered every question we had in a professional and timely manner. She is one of the reasons I felt so comfortable making the move here. The front desk attendants are so nice and friendly as well. As we were moving in, then made sure to welcome us and help us out with any questions we had. We just had to mount (2) televisions in our unit today and the maintenance team was awesome. Brandon and Jesús were so polite, professional and friendly. They took their time and still did the job pretty quick! They were very attentive to what we were wanting placement wise. I am very happy to call this place our new home.

Great place to consider as your perfect home. The atmosphere is impeccable and the entire staff is wonderful and nice - we enjoyed our tour with Sarah - she made us feel welcomed and as if we were already apart of the community.

I recently moved into Lydian, and I couldn't be happier with my new home. I would like to give a special mention to Sarah, the leasing agent who assisted me throughout the leasing process. She was incredibly helpful and made the entire experience smooth and easy. Sarah's knowledge about the property, prompt responses to my inquiries, and professionalism were truly exceptional. Her friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel valued as a resident even before I moved in. Overall, my experience at the Lydian Apartments has been outstanding.

I walked over during my lunch break and Sarah was able to accommodate me for a small tour despite no notice. I was with one of the current residents who showed me the amenities first and then Sarah showed me the available units in my budget. She was extremely nice, and we have been in great communication since; I immediately applied that same day. Thank you for wonderful impromptu service! And of course the building is beautiful: looks like a hotel.
