Lot fees have gone up $35 every year since Shapiro Real Estate took over 3 years ago. We use to get a $25 credit for paying before the first of the month, that was taken away also. Roads need to be repaired, mail boxes are in need of repair. Seems there is money for new playground equipment. Don't move here, you'll regret it.

I have lived in this community for 15 years. This small community is truly a hidden gem, where neighbors know and respect each other. Senior citizens and young families live side by side to the betterment of all. A management company supervises the rental of all land and those homes that are rentals. I would give 5 stars except for local management turnover/misc issues.

Used to be a nice place to live. New management is raising lot rent fees beyond being affordable for people on a fixed income. They also do not take care of their property. I am VERY disappointed, to say the least, with this new management.

Scott outstanding manager..corporate company who owns us are money grubbing thieves rent double last 3 years every lease once a year rent sky rockets...do not recommend buying a hone here unless you Want to pay over $500 per month rent plus a house payment...roads suck all potholes...rent raised for improvements I'm 61 don't need a park.....need no potholes so I don't have to dodge potholes blowing up my tires...

My good buddy recently bought a trailer out here as a starter home for him and his wife and their newly born son. It's perfect for a small family and didn't break the bank. Wish I would've considered doing this when my kids were little

For a trailer park court it's nice. Good parking for each unit. Good snow removal in the winter.

I happened to be delivering some Wendy's I think. I had to park and walk through a common front common lawn area. But cool I might look at housing for me.

The Manager Scott is the most hardworking honest personable manager since I've lived here! He tries as hard as to do whatever we can for everyone no matter what! Prior to him the two managers were thief's dishonest I'm very rude. He has made it feel like a community again and that's wonderful. I love my neighbors and the feel of the neighborhood everyone watches out for everyone. The only downfall is corporate! They keep raising the rents and don't do anything to improve the park streets are terrible the fence in the front is falling down and it's starting to look like trailer trash. It doesn't seem like corporate once to work with us as a community they just want to collect their money and run.

Stephanie was so kind to us! She talked us through all kinds of options and was extremely kind and patient!

Came to visit my dad and wrecked a tie rod because of the many many pot holes!! Drive with caution!
