The front desk attendant was great he was very sweet and polite. But the hotel itself is very run down ( I can deal with that). My issue was that my room wasn’t properly cleaned. For insistence the headboard to the bed was extremely dusty. The area around the phone had greasy hand marks/fingerprints and so was the small dining table. There was crumbs all around the bed frame. The floor seemed to not be swept or mopped. There was dust in the heater/a/c vent. What ever the cleaning people use for fragrance was very masculine and very overwhelming (I came home smelling like that). Some of the towels had tiny hair balls. I didn’t wanna wipe my face after the shower. The tub didn’t seem to be cleaned there was little fuzz balls from someone’s clothes. The bathroom sink had little hairs (maybe someone shaved and they did a poor job cleaning, they did attempt to clean it but did a poor job). I brought my own pillow and blanket and I was so glad I did!! I regret not bringing my own towel and fitted sheet to feel more comfortable. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job with little details.

Stayed here again since my stay last time wasnt that bad, but front desk staff needs to explain exactly what the $50 deposit goes to now that that is being implemented into the total. I was told if the room was left with damages, signs of smoking, or not checking out on time then they would keep the $50 deposit, Okay I get that. Not if you leave too much trash on the table or left something behind in the fridge, we're going to keep your $50 deposit.. Let's not forget to add that the room didn't even come with a full toilet paper roll, the previous toilet paper roll was there, half used, and triangled up to look presentable

We like to travel and we like a cheap, clean place to lay our heads. Our philosophy is that we are only sleeping there so clean, bug free, and not super sketchy are our main requirements. The rooms and hallways were clean, it was previously a smoking hotel so it still lingers but it isn’t gross smellIng like some places. It is cute in my opinion. It has a late 1960s early 1970s feel that lends it a little charm. The water is hot and the bathroom was clean. The beds are nothing special but comfortable enough and serves its purpose. It was quiet enough inside and out. If you’re looking for simple and a stop for a night or two this is a little hidden gem.

The rooms are great for the price. One of the cleanest Motel 6's I've encountered. However, although they are a huge perk to have in the rooms the refrigerator noise can keep you from getting a good nights sleep.. And be prepared to be in a maze to find your room as the number system can be complex if you are not used to it.

The room was clean and bug-free, the bathroom was really nice. The location is fine, there's a bus route nearby. Room service can be a bit pushy at times, but it's all good

My brother stayed here and due to some unforeseen issues unable to return to remove his belongings. I called to see what the process was so I can possibly go and the manager Muhammed was completely disrespectful. He did not listen to what I was asking then yelled at me and told me I have no authorization to anything. After I explained to him what I was trying to do he refuse to tell me what the process was until I told him why my brother couldn’t return. I don’t know how he even still has a job.

This hotel was awesome! Clean, easy location, and friendly staff. The rooms have clearly been updated recently and had some pretty awesome design features like a built in bottle opener . Also they offer room service which I was not expecting.

Nice location, good value to the price. Rooms were clean and well organized. Received deposit money back as checked out on time.

Only good thing about this motel was how close it was to ATT stadium. Room was disgusting, was given a non smoking king room. Walked in , reeked of cigarette smoke , had an ash tray and the comforter on the bed had (no exaduration) 15 burn holes in it that had been cut out. Comforter was stained so were the sheets. Hair all over floor and the bathroom was equally disgusting and stunk. The curtains kept no sun out so at 6 am the suns blasting you in the face. Only reason I gave one star is because it won’t let me give zero.

First 2m couple days, the grounds were very clean, and it was peaceful and quiet. Then suddenly there were a lot of men in the parking lot drinking alcohol and being really loud. The hallways were very clean, and it smelled fresh, and then a few days later, the halls smelled like piss and weed. I bebe my own trash bags in my room and when I empty the garbage, I actually walk the garbage all the way to the dumpster. It bothers me that other people throw their trash in the ground when there are garbage cans everywhere throughout the property. This would be a much nicer place if people just cleaned up after themselves.

I would recommend this place. The place is kept clean. Rooms are simple and convenient. Trash is collected every day and fresh towel were also provided. Parking lot is well lit. My key card stopped working during the stay, but front desk resolved it immediately. There are several food options near by !!!

Very clean rooms with less than 15 min drive to the ORD airport, best price if you are looking for a night stay closer to the airport. The hotel itself is like a maze, just be mindful as you might get lost looking for your room inside the hotel and some of the walkways were smelling little bad. They have free coffee in the mornings, do try and it was really nice.

If you book through 3rd parties, before you come to motel, call them to make sure it is reserved, otherwise they play games saying it didn’t go through to their system, guy in front desk doesn’t know how customer service should work,

Biggest problem was the internet not reaching the further back rooms and consistently dropped. Everything else about the room is fine

The AC wasn't working, they adjusted it not to get cold air. No hair shampoo or body wash at the shower . Not recommend at all

A lot better then it use to be. Finally none smoking however you smell it from time to time. They charge a $50 deposit now which all hotels do, they are just allowing you to pay it in cash instead of requiring a credit card to check in and pre-authorizing $50-$100 more at check in. Only complaint is the laundry sucks! Drier doesn’t dry and the general manager when I called about it was rude.

Rooms were simple and clean. Employees were very nice. Trash was removed daily, and we received new towels and soap daily. Beds were not made/sheets not changed daily, but that was okay with us and not expected given the price of the rooms. It was in a great location with a lot of restaurants close by. The area was nice and we felt very safe. Parking lot has a ton of lighting and some cameras so we felt safe coming/going at night, and that our vehicles would be secure. Only drawback was the strong smell of marijuana which we are not used to, so maybe next time I'll just ask for a non-smoking part of the building. I recommend it for a good place to stay for a great price.

Room was clean. Close to a lot of shopping places, including Mitsuwa. Maria at the front desk was nice. Had small fridge and microwave. Only negatives was that room was on the smaller side (but price is very good) and the neighbors around me made a lot of noise and was always letting their door slam.

Clean buildings. Great staff, the front desk employee is a gentleman. My room had no carpeting, nice hardwood flooring, best night sleep ever! Don't listen to the negative customers, book Today!

Area has many shopping centre's and food options. Stayed on first floor in the first building was clean, no bugs, no smells and working AC my only complaint about the room would be TV size as it was kind of small. About 24 inches. Overall well worth the money $50 DEPOSIT IS TAKEN IF YOU CHECK OUT ANY TIME PAST 11.

I've stayed at a lot of shady motels and this was not one of them. Motel 6 broadly is no longer a trusted name in economical motels, but this one is very different. Location was safe and secure. Rooms were updated and clean. Desk clerk wasn't amazing, but did the job fine. Good, inexpensive stay near the airport.

Stayed here for a night. Room was near and clean. Area is bit sketchy. Some of the cars parked outside were scratched pretty bad overnight. Lucky mine wasn't. Cops do rounds. But still a bit worry some.

I was pleased with the room features. It was very clean and in good repair. Nice TV, microwave and fridge. At the price we got, we could not have done any better.

This hotel used to be very clean and a good value when it was a Motel 6 corporate owned hotel. I had stayed here many times over the past ten years. Late 2020, it was sold to a Indian family who barely manages the place. It is becoming run down fast. My room was smelly and dirty. I asked for a room near the office because I am a female traveling alone, but was placed in the smelly room at the rear of the hotel. They have now lost my business. I will not stay here again.

Have you ever experienced the smell of popcorn that has been microwaved until it’s burnt beyond ediblity? We’ll take that smell and multiply that by 50 and that’s the smell of the room we were given. The microwave was unusable as it seemingly was the source of the odor. To open the window and get fresh air was not feasible as a couple of air conditioners were running loudly just outside on the roof which was the view outside of the window. The television was set to a dark screen with no way to brighten it. And the hotel’s fire alarm was out of commission leaving us all with the possibility of burning to death. But hey, the place can’t get any smokier/stinkier. (It seems like operating a hotel without a fire alarm should be illegal.) The walls are paper thin. So prepare yourself to be awakened when the others in the hotel get up and when they leave. Including the folks in the room directly above the room we were in, which I could clearly hear walking around at all hours. And there is the distinct possibility that you are also keeping up your neighbors as the bed creaked every time we shifted position. So if you were looking for a place to comfortably rest for a night or two, KEEP LOOKING. This isn’t the place for comfort or rest. This is a cheap hotel with many issues. You have to decide if your comfort, and your SAFETY is worth sacrificing to get a cheap rate on a hotel room.
