Great location near the airport. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The facility seemed to perhaps be understaffed since simple requests took much longer than promised. The bar (Flight) and dining area are spacious and look very nice. The breakfast offering in the spacious dining area was plentiful and delicious. Having a mini Starbucks near the front desk was convenient and it seems that most of the staff are trained on how to make the drinks. The outside parking on premises close to the entry was convenient. Something that seemed odd during our visit is that some aspects of the hotel seem to be like new or recently renovated, yet others were in a state of disrepair. The elevators look like they are 50 years old. Some buttons had the floor numbers worn off, and when arriving on the third floor, the readout in the elevator showed the number two. The air conditioning in the room had very little airflow, so even though the output vent measured at 65°, the temperature in the room and the humidity were much higher. So we were sweating. We finally were able to get two fans delivered from the front desk, but that took a long time and repeated requests. We were visiting at a time when the temperature outside was over 100° so that is probably why cooling was not functioning as well as it usually might. The phone in the room was not working. A reading light on the headboard of one bed was not securely fastened so it flopped around. The reading light on the other bed was bolted down properly. The desk chair was very wobbly and almost seemed unstable or dangerous. The bathroom seemed newly renovated, but the air vent was dirty and had a little rust. I'd say a top priority for ongoing improvement would be fixing the air handling in the rooms if that's possible. Some of the less than ideal aspects during our stay could frustrate certain guests. Having expectations set correctly ahead of time can help.

This hotel is middle-of-the road for a Sheraton. A renovated common area adds to the aesthetic. Breakfast buffet isn't anything special, but it's consistent. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The dining area is spacious and airy. There are two private work areas that are a boon if you need to hop onto a work meeting in a pinch. Add to all of this, if you need to pass through O'Hare airport, this a great location. The O'Hare multi modal facility is a 5 minute walk, and the hotel does have an airport shuttle.

After a canceled flight ended up looking a room at the Sheraton Suites at Chicago O'Hare airport. Rather than accepting the voucher provided by the airline, thought the room at the Sheraton would be a closer and better sleeping experience. Sadly, the room smelled musty, the furnishings in the room were inadequate, and the service was adequate at best. Normally I'm quite happy with the Sheraton brand. Was appreciative of the room, though regretted bypassing the airline voucher to spend my dollars here.

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it. This was a refreshing experience. The staff seems well supported and ready to go out of their way for you. The hotel is beautiful, well appointed and well cared for. All around well-done! I look forward to spending more time here.

The AC doesn't go below 72 degrees in any of the rooms. My room was changed 3x and someone then acknowledged that they have been having AC issues. Window shade was broken. When staff was notified about all this...they responded with "sorry." The one good thing about the rooms was that it was very quiet. Food sound proofing. Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but definitely not the best.

We stayed here for two nights during an unexpected layover and absolutely loved our experience. The shuttle service from O’Hare is a super convenient amenity for travelers, and the staff at the front desk were beyond accommodating. My only gripe is that the hotel doesn’t include free WiFi, but that’s out of the team’s control. If you’re looking for a hotel within close proximity to O’Hare, I highly recommend giving Sheraton a try!

The property was dirty, when we checked in, there were wine glasses right outside our door, the bedding had small hair everywhere on it like it wasn’t changed after the previous guest. We also found used underwear from probably the previous guest right under the couch. The rooms are very different from online photo descriptions. The furniture was dirty, the website says there are microwaves under room amenities, but there weren’t. The common microwaves available for guests were dirty and smelt. It was such a horrible experience. The food is bad, nothing like what’s shown in hotel pictures!

I an discouraged with hotel. They take advantage of people that get stuck in Chicago between flights. They have a subcontracted company the shuttles you 11 miles away from airport. They check you in and don't shuttle you back after 9am. You have pay someone. They don't tell you. They restuarant only has #2 people. I waited hours to receive the wrong food and then kitchen is closed. I tried to call manager and it goes to voicemail. When I contact staff, they just say I'm sorry and they will look into it. ☹

Was thoroughly impressed by the staff and cleanliness. Got a basic 1 king bedroom, and it came with a little living. Worked out perfect for our family of 4, since our little one slept in the bed with us and our teenager took the couch. They also offer shuttles to and from the airport.

Very nice stay. My only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to control the temp in my room. My room did have an amazing view of the airport. The guy who drove me to the airport was extremely nice too. 9/10 all around. Will stay again.

Excellent hotel close to O'Hare Airport. I consistently choose to stay here when the rates are reasonable. The suites are roomy and well-maintained, conveniently located within walking distance of the Chicago car rental center. Options like train or shuttle services to the airport are available. Shopping and dining choices are within a 3-5 minute drive. Plus, both Panera and McDonald's are just a minute's walk away. I highly recommend the Sheraton Suites, part of the Marriott group.

The hotel is 7min walk from Airport Tram Service “Rental Cars” stop. So it is very easy to get to. The hotel also provide shuttles to the airport every 30min. I am not sure it has a pickup service from the airport. The hotel is old so the room are big but not necessary “functional”. It like to stay here when I have to stay overnight for my international connection flights. One thing I like is that breakfast starts early enough at 6am so if you have a 8am flight you can still have a chance to eat.

Bad communication from staff as to how to park and fly. The garage is a hike from the hotel, and they don't bother telling you how to access it. Room wouldn't get cool no matter how low we put the air, the toilet wouldn't flush. We won't be doing this again.

Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but don't be fooled! Full renovated inside. Rooms were upgraded, very clean. Lobby is awesome lay out with restaurant/ bar. Staff was very attentive. Free shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. Was very impressed as a first time guest!

Location was perfect since it's very close to the airport and they have free shuttle. The employees were fantastic. However, I was not satisfied with my room. There is no way you can control the AC in thr room and for my entire stay the room was hot.

This is my go-to hotel when I am in Chicago. The staff are all wonderful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It is located right next to ORD but it is surprisingly quiet. I always get an airport view room and as a result get great sunsets! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is clean & spacious! Friendly staff. I did notice quite a few room service dishes in the hall on the floor that we stayed on. The bed was comfortable, I brought my own pillows. There was a random buzzing noise in the ceiling…it didn’t bother me, I sleep like a rock…hubby was bothered by it. I did not have time this trip to check out the fitness facilities or if they had a pool. No need to pack toiletries besides toothbrush, tooth paste. They had full size soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion! The room would be great for a family with an air mattress. We had a king suite with a pull out couch for the two of us! I was concerned about the air traffic & noise, but I never heard a plane, but I saw many!

The staffs, especially those who were taking care of the breakfast line and at the bar (except the bartender) were not very friendly. A lady at the bar did not let me order drinks although I was there 20 minutes before the last order. The room is spacious but not very clean.

Stayed here when we went to the Queen concert. It was near the airport but far from the venue. We only stayed 2 nights so being close to the airport was a great option. The rooms were clean, fresh, and spacious.

The hotel was very nice and lobby is very spacious. Fitness center is larger than most hotels as well. We did not eat at the hotel but there are multiple options around. Hotel room was good and spacious as well. Main reasons I’m giving them 4 stars is the toilet in our room was very low. Then parking is $30/ a night, which is a bit steep in my opinion.

Pros Great location close by airport , ambience etc good ,Large room , Cons Rooms smells like 100 years old , not a renovated one , carpet or rugs smell like anything too much dust ,my nose start itching as soon as I enter my room # was 711 though large room double bed hard it fit two, they advertised as queen. AC is joke i really doubt it does anything They really needs to spend money on renovations, I don't know what Marriott quality control is doing these days.

This hotel looks pretty on the outside but is disgusting on the inside. I stayed there this past month for an in-house conference. My room smelled like mildew and mold. It 100% grossed me out, but even worse, I woke up with my lungs hurting. ( found out other colleagues had the same issue). The ac did not work in my room (also other people's issues). One friend even had to request a box fan. To top it off, the food was meh. The bar service was 10/10. The check-in staff 3/10...aka go in with a deep cleansing breath.

This was one of the best hotels experiences I've had. The atmosphere, location and staff were all amazing. The two staff members who stood out the most above them all were Christiana and Tammy. Those ladies really made our stay enjoyable. From the tips on how to navigate Chicago to the best restaurants to try. And the drivers!!! Oh my. How was I going to forget them? Anthony and an older white gentleman were the best drivers. They also assisted with how we navigated Chicago. Overall, I would rate this establishment 5 star.

  • 2/5 Bradley S. 10 months ago on Google
The staff were very kind and helpful, but the air conditioning at this hotel is very weak and does not cool the rooms well. We were shown to 5 different rooms and they were all the same. Very weak air flow and not very cold…Impossible to sleep. Furthermore, there was a loud event being held in the inner courtyard of the building until late hours in the night disturbing all guests. I will never stay at a Sheraton again. The reputation of the name is ruined for me.

My wife and I was stranded and I called for an airport shuttle. Not only did the driver wait for us But Ms.Q took care of us after a long day. Even made us free coffee! She has a wonderful smile and is sincere with her effort. We needed that after horrible customer service. Thank you Ms Q and the gentleman that picked us up too ! My experience here Feel like home

Not a bad stay except.. Desk staff did not make it clear where to park in their parking garage, which by the way is about 3 blocks away. So beware , they need a shuttle or even a closed golf cart to help people back and forth. As we found out after our car was towed, we should have parked on level 3 or 4. I stood next to my husband after he parked the card and told the desk girl that it did not seem like the right spot to park. She said " there is no wrong spot " only to come back from vacation and find out car gone and Sheridan wanting $300 for tow from garage to their front lot. The day we parked, another man parked next to my husband, so he was not informed either. And when we got our car from in front of the Sheraton, there was another car parked there with a tow sticker. So be Aware. Manager said he would reeducate his staff. Really, signage workstoo. Spend some money.

A brief overnight stop after a late arrival and early departure. Covered parking is a great option although a could of hundred yards away from the hotel. Bright lobby and the two room suites are spacious but feel dated (popcorn ceilings). Convenient location for airport and from the tollway.

Nice place, recently remodeled. Big rooms, King bed in middle and at least 5feet open on either side. The entry room is decent sized also. Bathroom is a little small, but nice fixtures. Bed is sleep number 70-90. Plenty of power outlets on one side of the bed. No table or outlets on the other side. Minimal noise from outside.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your place. This website will compare countless booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Beautiful stay at a great price. Our family loved staying here. There were amazing views inside the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, well kept, and very comfortable. We even got the secret spot to grab a deep dish from the hotel staff.

A very convenient hotel if you are flying out of O'Hare. The exercise room is large and well equipped. The hotel bar is being renovated but the temporary bar in the conference room is adequate. If staying close to Christmas, there is a cute park down the road that has a well done Christmas light display that even has a sheep and goat barn.

Very enjoyable. The room was clean and freshly renovated. We did the Park and fly and liked the shuttle to the airport gate. Shuttle also picked us up after our flight and brought us quickly to the hotel. Very reasonable price and room service wasn't bad either.

Overall: the whole suite looks dark because of decor (wall paint color and curtain) Bedroom: looks clean. Bed feels comfortable, can compare with Weston’s heavenly bed. Work desk: Comfortable to sit and work. It has outlet hanging on the side of the desk 👍👍 Bathroom: looks bright and comfortable 👍👍👍 totally different feeling than living room and bedroom. Bathroom tub faucet is new. No dripping on the bottom faucet when taking shower.👍 The ground floor is renovating. Limited space and eat.

$10 per night internet charge! sofa in front room pulled from dumpster, nasty carpet, if you’re near the elevator you’ll hear the rumble all night, under construction with reduced amenities, to-go only restaurant was pricey but chicken wrap and fries were very good, airport shuttle was reliable. Bedroom and bath very comfortable also

Great hotel but needs a refresh. Must be quite old. Elevator doors squeak all night so I recommend rooms away from the elevator bank. Breakfast was great. They were tolerant of our many athletes running around at all hours. Surprisingly the bar closed early on a Saturday night. Parking is expensive! $25/night. Great location and the aircraft barely make a sound in the hotel.

Update 2 | 🚨MAJOR INJURY CAUSED BY HOTEL 🚨 While checking out of the hotel a member of our party was utilizing the accessible ramp into the parking lot and fell due to poor upkeep of the ramp and parking lot, resulting in a steep drop off. This fall resulted in a fractured ankle and an ER visit on Easter. If I could amend this review to be 0 stars, I would. Stay FAR away from this place. Update: when they reissued our room keys for the parking lot they also once again deactivated the mobile key and they removed the complimentary club access they’d issued as an apology for the original room issue. Thankfully the same gentleman who assisted us the first night with moving rooms was able to calmly and quickly resolve this issue. This team member has been the only redeeming aspect of this stay. When we arrived our room was dramatically different than the photos provided on the website with multiple pieces of furniture missing. Because we planned to spend a lot of time in the room we asked to be moved to a room that included all of the furniture. A brand new supervisor did eventually come to help us move rooms and was courteous enough to move us to Club level, however in the process he deactivated our digital key despite asking specifically that that remain activated. We were tired so decided to rest and just use the physical keys. The phone and TV didn’t work in the new room so they had to send maintenance up. In the morning we had an appointment and were trying to leave in a rush and our new room keys wouldn’t allow us out of the self park lot. The woman at the desk, Eunice, was extremely rude in trying to get the situation resolved, blaming us for our keys not working. Now we are late to our appointment after spending nearly 10 minutes attempting to exit their parking lot due to their error. All that to say, if you prefer a stay where you know what you’re going to get with your room and you receive better than basement level service, choose a Hilton property instead.

We were helped by Leah at the front desk who could not have been kinder. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and had a great attitude and is a great extension of the hotel. The rooms were amazing and clean, and the experience was like none other. We had a great time. Thank you Leah for your help as well!

Overall great experience. Pricing was fair, service was excellent, food was pretty good. Rooms have seen better days, but everything in the room is perfectly serviceable. There's a free bus that goes to and from the airport too. Only complaint was a few odd sounds heard after midnight, but that was probably another guest on the floor above. I will be coming back.

Nice spot for a quick overnight stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do offer shuttle service, that's always appreciated. There's also a few options for restaurants in the nearby vicinity. I liked the extra sense of security since they have a deadbolted door separating the main room from the rest of the suite. I'd stay here if I were traveling through Chicago again.

My week long stay was excellent in every way. I was there for a work conference and the staff went above and beyond the entire time! The food was outstanding as well. Erin made sure everything was set up and perfect for our group. Mary was in charge of our food and beverage service and was FANTASTIC! Can't give the staff enough kudos! Will recommendd this Sheraton to everyone! Thank you all for everthing!

Great location if you are flying out of O'Hara Airport. They have a package to park your vehicle while you are gone. A lot more affordable than the airport. I did have to use an uber instead of the shuttle because the service doesn't start until 4 am and I had to be at the airport earlier. Rooms are more like a studio apartment.

We did the park-sleep-fly.. It worked out perfectly - We stayed a night, parked our vehicle in the hotel's parking garage while we were away in Hawaii (the Sheraton shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up when we returned) and then we left in our vehicle from there. Our stay even though it was short was quiet and relaxing. And all of the hotel staff were very kind and welcoming.

I travel often for business. I like the layout and my room was large and welcoming. One of the better beds I’ve had in a while. Tried to get breakfast and there were only half a dozen people eating. Waited several minutes at my table and saw absolutely no staff anywhere - so I left to eat elsewhere. That was a little frustrating.

I would not stay here if I had the choice. My room is in very poor condition. Lots of scratches, carpet stains, and even a spider web. It’s especially concerning because traveling during covid makes room cleanliness all the more important. Aside from that, something in the room gave me an allergic reaction. Their proposed solution was to de-feather the room because they insisted it was the feathers in the blankets and pillows. I didn’t believe that resolution was adequate because I normally sleep with a down comforter and pillow without an allergic reaction. I suspect the issue is either dust or mold. It would also require me to leave my room for a time, which I was not able to do. I called Marriott corporate customer service to see if I could get additional help. It was not a helpful call. It didn’t seem like they understood the severity of the situation. They were unwilling to provide another resolution beyond what the local general manager offered, and said that since I did not accept the resolution, any consequences of the allergic reaction would be my fault. These point to very serious issues with the hotel management. I would recommend staying somewhere else.
