Ordered a pizza via the internet 18 inch ground beef and spinach. I called in and requested to use my free 12 in pizza coupon. The young lady on the phone said okay. My phone rings about 5 mins later, and another girl is on my phone stating they can't take the coupon because it was an internet order. When I read the coupon, it states delivery or carry out only. Not valid with any other specials or coupons.

I have ordered from this restaurant many times and have always been happy, but the last several times I’ve ordered the food has not been good to say the least. This last time our pizza came the driver must have take turns quite fast and the pizza was over to one side of the box and All smashed together. I sent a picture over and they replaced the pizza. The replacement pizza that came was undercooked the sauce was ice cold and the cheese was barely melted. Don’t think I will continue to order from here. 🙁

Great food, but customer service could have been better. We stopped here on a weeknight for date night. We were immediately prompted for IDs (both well over 21) before even being asked why we were there. We just wanted dinner, no alcohol. My dates ID was expired. The girl at the front just said "we don't accept expired IDs." We offered her other forms of ID such as a valid FOID card which has all the same info on it and matches the ID. She just said "We can't accept that." She never offered us any alternative to solve the issue. She could have offered to seat us in the dining area vs the bar or recommended ordering food to go, or even said we can seat you but not serve alcohol. If I had not spotted the takeout booth they would have lost a sale that night. We ordered our food and left. We drove by today and I suggested Pyramid for lunch, but my date reminded me his ID was expired so they did lose a sale. Again we weren't planning on drinking alcohol, just wanted some good pizza. We have not had a problem with the expired ID anywhere else... even from places that scan IDs like gas stations. Overall the food is good, but a rude conversation just left a bad taste for us and will impact our visits in the future.

Great food and drink options and the prices are good. For the size of this place you would think it would be difficult to get service but they are on it and do a great job. I’ve had the fried shrimp and the pizza and both were great. There’s no shortage of game options. There are pool tables, Cornhole, steel tip and soft tip darts and big screen TVs all over the place. This is a great place to enjoy sporting events or just gathering with friends or family.

Awesome place! Warm welcome right off the bat from the gentleman working the door, great atmosphere & music, lots of fun activities to do while there, the menu has a variety of different foods (everything we ordered was delicious & even better the next day warmed up in the air fry), their beverage selection is reasonable priced, and the staff members we encountered with were absolutely friendly & definitely made us feel at Home! I'm from Wisconsin and my husband and I were in Illinois for his company's Christmas Party when everyone decided the night was still young & keep celebrating together...so about 12 of us decided to go on over to Pyramid Sports Bar & Pizzeria! We had a blast & will definitely return the next time we're in Illinois!! Very poor customer experience! The person who was at the door was a huge jerk and bully. You do not bully your customers and pick on them or make fun of them. Sure the place is good on price but I still wouldn't compromise the customer service since the service isn't being given your paying for it. The least you can do is treat all customers with respect and kindness, not just the people you feel like or think deserve the treat meant. I guess we looked very young and that's why it was hard for the employe to treat us kindly. That in my opinion is very unprofessional and management should really consider in coaching more on delivery and ton of message with all their employees!! Won't be coming back even though it looked like a cool place but time like this I prefer to give my money to someone who understand and truly values their customers and goes above and beyond to make that felt as soon as you interact with them. This place isn't it!

I went a couple weeks ago to order some pizza. I was rudely asked for my ID by the lady on shift who seemed to be a manager. Then when I stated I was just ordering pizza she proceeded to tell the owner (male) to check my partner and I’s IDs. Overall the male was very sweet and server was attentive. Wouldn’t come back due to the horrible woman.

Believe it or not, we had Pyramid make all the food for our birthday party at home and it was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up and wow everyone was so impressed that the food we served was from a sports bar! We love your home style cooking and great staff. Now that we have kids we don't get to come spend as much time here but glad we can still get your amazing pizza and pasta and huge Italian salads. I'm there a min of 4 times a week 4 pool 🎱 leagues thru out the week & the weekend daily special. The food's good n the portions ul end up takin some home. Im not on it, but there's also a dart league n Thursday. Many drink specials as well. Plenty opportunities 2 join one bring family n friends & have a team of ur own 🎱😁 big areas 4 guests n 🥳 or jus choice of other games, n machines 2 try ur luck 🎰. If it wasn't a good place 2 come n hang out w friends or get a pizza delivery, I wouldn't choose to spend that kinda time there. Come n find out 4 urself

The pizza was very very delicious, the customer service as we walked in the door was garbage! We were asked for our Id's upon entry even though we were only dining in for pizza. Our waitress however was very attentive and sweet! After dealing with her I knew we were in good hands. I would have given this place a 5 but the greeter was rude!

Tried going in and I couldn’t get in because the girl at the front said my driver’s license was expired. I explained to her that Illinois had extended the expiration date for all residents’ IDs but she still refused to let me in. I wasn’t even planning on drinking alcohol, just eat pizza and hang out with friends. A bit misleading calling your business a pizzeria but won’t even let people go eat pizza. Go figure. Will definitely not be going to this establishment in the future.

You wouldn't think of going to a bar to get anything but mediocre food, but guys their food is AMAZING! Even my picky eater kids loved it and we had to fight over the left overs. It was really reasonable too. We didn't even get to enjoy the full place because we stopped in with the kids for a quick bite but we will definitely be back with friends for date night very soon! This place looks so fun for a night out. I can't wait to go back 😊

Great place to watch sports and play pool with the guys. They have a lot of tables to play even when the leagues are playing. Lots of working dart boards and corn hole toss boards. Pizza and wings are good too. This place has it all. Even hot slot machines to gamble. I liked this place and will be back.

Everyone is very nice, but what makes me give this review is the bartender, Michelle. She was accommodating in allowing me to charge my phone, very pleasant and attentive. The turkey wrap was the best I've had in a long time. I'm not in the area often, but next time I am, I'll definitely grab another wrap.

Was here for a birthday party. One server for drinks so hard to be true judgement since not just regular dining. Great party room in back with access to outside patio they allowed smokers to use. Pizza was great. I did not try the other food at this time. But has pool, darts, bags, gaming but did not get to utilize this time.

Food is ALWAYS on point. They actually have really good quality food for a bar, service is always good to. But whoever this new person was that took my order tonight was the rudest person I ever placed an over the phone order at a restaurant ever. I understand bar & grill restaurants can be busy on weekends, but the “okay, $16.50. Will be there within the hour” and then hanging up on me made me wanna go up there and speak with a manager. She was rude and cutting me off the entire time I was trying to place my order. Pyramid pizzeria sports bar, please find a new host!

Pyramid Club provided exclusive space for our event on Saturday 10/14/23. George, Joe, and the Staff were more than accommodating. The Wait Staff was attentive and friendly throughout our entire Party. The space was set up with Serving Tables, Food Warmers, Pitchers of Soda, Water, Cups... as we arrived. We pre ordered a Tub or Beers (that was continually re-stocked as requested), Hordourves, a Salad, and Pizzas. All the food was brought out on schedule, hot, and fresh.

Great place for drinks & billiards but also, to my surprise, the pizza was delicious! I thought it might be like little Caesars or dominos but it was so much better and delicious! Will definitely go again.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time, very disappointed on how I got treated today. Definitely not coming back here. Didn’t let me in because I didn’t have my ID ( I was not going into the bar). All I wanted was to eat. They let other people in without their ID (white). They pick and choose, what a bunch of racist.

Great food! Prices are very reasonable. Lots of space and TVs. Owners are nice and friendly. The service is always great and attentive. Wings, pizza, and apps are always done well. Drink prices are great as well. Tons of pool tables!

The environment was really nice. Good food. The customer service was not great. Our waitress left and didn't return for over 20mins. When she returned, we informed her of our needs and she stormed away while we were speaking to her. The manager came to our table and completely ignored our concerns of the waitress.

Great friendly staff, my friends go here all the time. I’ve only been a couple times but never had any issues, the drinks are priced reasonably, they have pool tables, games and food also. I definitely recommend for a chill Friday or Saturday night. Plus their location is right off the main road with plenty of parking lot.

Always fantastic food. Place is very large so never really a problem getting seated right away. Anytime I'm going to be in the area I try to work in eating here. I've been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed.

I have ordered their pizza 3x and it has never been good. I've ordered cheese sticks and again not good. With a great deal of reluctance I decided to dine in and I ordered onion rings, calamari, chicken fingers and their fish. Calamari was under cooked and I sent it back. It didn't get any better and it had zero flavor. The onion rings you would think is a hard dish to screw up but they did. Again zero flavor. The fish and the chicken fingers weren't good either. Once again, zero flavor. If they have a cook someone should have a conversation with them. However, I think they microwave most of their menu. I will stop in again hoping they've improved but for right now I'm done.

I was looking for a place to get a few close friends and family together to celebrate my birthday, and Pyramid was one of the places that popped in my mind. Many years ago, when the Blackhawks were good (LOL) I had remembered coming for a Blackhawks’ Watch Party and really enjoying my time. When I called to make a reservation for 20, they were very accommodating and even allowed me to bring my own cake! They went the extra mile and offered to refrigerate the cake for me, as well! Pizza was great, and the service was spectacular. When more people than expected showed up, they even brought an extra table and chairs over. My dad LOVED the “Pyramid Special” pizza with mushroom, onions, green peppers, sausage and pepperoni! Highly recommend! If you plan to head to the bar area, be sure to bring your IDs. 😊

Really nice place to go for drinks, shoot pool,and get some food. Pizza was good.I was expecting frozen hole in the wall neighborhood bar type Pizza but it was surprisingly good.
