We were very happy with our repair. Conrad called about 30 min prior to arrival letting us know he was on his way and arrived within our scheduled appointment time. He was very clear in explaining the repairs. Our repair was completed in under and hour and a half. Good service, clear expectations of repair and estimate. We were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. Prompt service.

I clearly explained the problem and you guys quoted me a price of $175 for repair and adjustment to garage door. When arrived you Charged me a additional $75 buck for the same repair....$75 more for a $5 bracket.

Conrad did a wonderful job tuning up my garage door(s) including spring adjustment. I especially appreciated that he taught me how to maintain the doors and gave me info on longevity of the apparatus. He was very polite, kind and knowledgible!

We called Four Season Garage Doors to fix our garage door spring. They replaced both springs, re-balanced the doors and did routine garage door maintenance when they came out. The receptionist was professional and timely. We were able to get an appointment right away. She also told us to make sure we understood any safety concerns involved with the broken spring. We received an email and text confirmation. We received a text from our technician, Michael C. It contained his picture as a safety precaution and expected time. I appreciated both. Michael was very professional and nice. He provided excellent service and was timely. He seemed very knowledgeable. The entire visit was one hour. It was also very heartening to see that this company hires and supports veterans. Michael was an Afghanistan Veteran. Thank you for your service Michael! Thank you Michael and Four Seasons.

Sal was great. Got the job done quickly and affordably but most importantly he had the go ahead to install a brand new opener. When he found out he could fix it he informed me and recommended we wait on the new opener. Honesty. You better believe we’re calling when we need new openers.

Called and a service man was out the next morning. Sal was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem and did an overall check of the door and opener. Reasonable price. Great company to work with.

Four Seasons Garage Doors Technician/Installer Conrad was truly amazing! He completely resolved and significantly improved on an issue that other installers failed to fix. In fact, he did so courteously, efficiently and in record time. He even gave some quick tips on how best to seasonally maintain my doors. They have a guarantee on their work...so you are assured top work with the highest quality replacement parts at a very reasonable price! It's a win-win! Highly recommended.

Saturday evening my spring broke on my Garage Door. I Google "Repair in my area" and found "Four Seasons Garage Repair". The customer rep was awesome, she was able to locate a repair tech in my area. The Tech arrived within 30 minutes and the repair(s) took approximately an hour. (Oz Caballero) the tech, was very professional and patient while advising on future Mantience and teaching how each component worked as he conducted the repairs.

Sal was great! Friendly, polite and informative. We weren’t sure when the springs and door were installed so I scheduled a preventative maintenance and assessment. He showed me the label that was not clearly visible with the date of installation. I decided to have new springs installed since they were over 10 years old. We spend a lot of in the garage so we are beyond the recommended life. All in all, a good experience. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend. My go to place for garage door issues. I had an emergency situation on Saturday afternoon with my garage door stuck open with 2 wheels out of the track. Sal was there in less than an hour. Fixed the problem, inspected the rest of the door and lubricated all the wheels. Price was fair. I have used them before and again did not disappoint.

I had service done today due to spring being broken. From the first phone call, to meeting the service technician, to the final call to Four Seasons Garage the overall experience was awesome. The service technician, Randy Taylor, was very honest and personable and thoroughly took the time to explain things. I could tell he wasn't trying to sell me things but just educating me on what and why things needed to get done. Called 12/15 at 830, came at 1230 12/16. Awesome support from start to finish. Had to replace springs and cables. Price was right and happy with Michael my installer. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Going to request his services in the spring when we decide on what garage door we want to install. We live in shorewood and he drove out to see us. Very happy with his attention to detail. I used four seasons due to their 4.9 stars and reviews. Well add a 5 to it! Technician Chris P was absolutely amazing. He was patient and waited until we got the kids from school, stayed in constant communication and I felt gave us the honest and best options to replace our tension rod/spring. He completed the job quickly and cleanly. On top of that. He took time after the job was complete to play catch with my two boys which is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend 4 seasons and if you can get tech Chris P you’ll be in good hands.

From start to finish, this was an awesome experience. Our garage door spring broke and my wife did some simple online research. Four Seasons had the most & best reviews, so she decided to give them a call. We scheduled an appointment for Friday, between 9am-Noon. We were contacted twice, providing updates on the technician’s arrival, as his prior job ran longer than expected. The proactive nature of the company to keep the customer informed about arrival time, was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, Salvatore (technician) was thorough with his explanation of the work that needed to be completed and was extremely professional throughout. Once we agreed on parts & pricing, Salvatore got to work. In less than 20 minutes, the old spring was removed and the new one was put on…and like that, our overhead is back in action. Top notch service & highly recommended!

Excellent service from Chris! We just moved into a new house where the garage door openers were original (from the 90s) and the door openers no longer worked. Chris laid out all of our options and made some recommendations with no pressure at all. We decided to get new ones and he was able to do the work there and then without any delays. Chris was also very thorough in how we maintain the doors going forward and have us some excellent tips. He answered all of our questions and seemed like an extremely genuine guy.
