We had a very nice experience here. The place is clean, great selections for hookah and cigars. The owner was very nice.. We came here after my sister engagement party and had a good time playing music. We will definitely be back!

Honestly, not the best. This was my second time here. My first time was better. This time they put 3 charcoals on the shisha and it tasted so syrupy because too much heat and they didn’t give me any prongs. I have spent time lots of time in Lebanon as a writer so I know quite a bit about smoking. Unfortunately, because I am Western and not Arab speaking, the service here wasn’t the best and the waitress just did not speak English. Their menu said $15 and they charged me $20. I spoke up and she told me prices changed and then gave me back $5. I appreciated that, but it honestly was the worst I’ve ever had. I was bored today and didn’t do this in like over one year. I was hoping for a good experience, but it was an awful one. Chicago needs some better places. There are not so many. Also, it’s like they don’t want people who are not friends coming in. It’s more of a private place rather than a public place. I also don’t like that there is a cigar smell. I would probably go back, but they should improve their service and $20 is a little expensive. I give an extra star because they were honest and gave me back my money.

Good customer service but leaves a little to be desired in the atmosphere. The place is small which I have no gripes about. The only thing I have as a complaint is the fact that the entire 2 hours I was there, both televisions had these odd videos of women belly dancing. One was clearly and instructional how-to of sorts and the other was the same dance looped on repeat the whole time. I get that it’s kind of part of the culture that is most commonly associated with hookah, but it was REALLY boring to say the least. Like I said, very nice owners and staff. Just leaves a lifting to be desired. Also there is no menu of what they offer, which I find really strange given that there was definitely a language barrier between the hostess and I. She was very sweet but could not adequately describe their menu items to any reasonable degree, so you’ll definitely feel as though you’re going in blind unless you know exactly what you want.

What a great find! While visiting Chicago, I did a search for a late night cigar bar and landed here. We met wonderful new friends, did karaoke, and my sisters enjoyed hookah. It was a laid back chill space, cigars were “okay,” but the atmosphere was nice. The do not serve alcohol. They were open late. There is plenty of parking. I would go again.

Walked in and seated by someone only to be told they close in 30 min. Google info said they close at 11pm but we were asked to leave at 9pm. We were told they have a different owner.
