    Paul went over and above the line of duty in helping me with a device I was renting. He made sure I was co.fortable using it. He was very kind and patient. I highly recommend Doubek for any of your medical Supply needs.

    Today an angel from your store went over and beyond to help me. His name is Alan Ward. I had ankle replacement surgery and I’m using a knee scooter. The back brakes weren’t working. So it was very unsafe. I called the store to actually purchase a new one. He told me he could adjust the brakes for me. Since I’m on no weight bearing and no driving he came to my house after work on his own time to help me. There are no words to say how much I appreciate his kindness. Thank you so very very much!

    My doctor sent a prescription for compression stockings end of April- got a message from “Marilyn” on May 3 she had some questions- I called the next day- had to leave a message on her extension. Have called several times since then, but no answer. Called today again - was asked which “Marilyn” do I want? There are two. Was told my “Marilyn” is still on vacation- was never told she was on vacation! So, no one checks Marilyn’s messages in over a month??? Was then connected to her department where no one answers the phone (perhaps they’re ALL on vacation) Waited 20 minutes for anyone to answer- finally hung up and redialed- was told I would be connected to the manager. He does not answer his phone either. If I could give Doubek less than one star, I would, because there is NO service. By the way, while you are wasting your life waiting for them to answer, they will torture you with a blurb about how they’ve been in business for 60 years and customers are their top priority. Bye, Doubek.

    The Respiratory Specialist Susan is the ONLY reason I am leaving a decent review. Customer service agents lack professionalism. But Susan, right off the bat, showed concerned about me getting my equipment ASAP. As soon as everything got approved, she called me (on a Sunday!) for scheduling and showed up two days later at my house with a full demonstration. Thank You Susan!

    Clinician was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know about my CPAP equipment very thoroughly. She was extremely patient with me as this is my first experience with Doubek Medical Supply. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical supplies

    Cyndi was wonderful during my visit & very helpful. She explained how to use knee scooter, helping adjusting it & going out of her way to give me & my mom great customer service. Made our 1st visit there easy & comfortable. Thank you Cyndi You are the best!!

    I was attending a large Bahá’i event in Chicago a couple of weeks ago from Omaha Nebr. and realized I had not packed a very key piece of my BPap machine, namely the air fit F20 elbow. I was able to replace that piece thanks to Doubek! You guys were truly a life saver. Thank you so very much! Jay Banta

    Incredibly frustrated right now with both Doubek and the insurance racket. Doubek was told that a prior auth was recommended but not needed when I switched insurance, they took this as a go ahead to ship and never informed me of any issues. Now insurance is denying it and doubek just now informed me there was a denial 3 months after the fact when I'm trying to fill my diabetic supplies! Who does this? Why would you wait three months to inform me? The gentlemen on the phone was kind, but stated the billing department doesn't have time to call the denials. That's a primary function of your business, if you're not informing customers that their life preserving supplies have been denied you're not completing your services! Now doubek is trying to charge me over $1200 3 months after the fact and leaving me without supplies needed to keep me out of the hospital while we wait for a prior auth to come through?! Horrible business practice, you're toying with peoples health.

    Our therapist Susan was very informative and detailed about the CPAC process. She took time to explain everything and made sure we understood certain particulars regarding this process before she would leave. We appreciate you Susan for taking the time as well as you kindness!!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!

    Doubek Medical Supply treated me with professional courtesy, insight and kindness. I stopped in to receive my CPAP machine and supplies. I was clueless in regards to which mask/headgear would meet my needs. Susan, the respiratory therapist, went above and beyond. She addressed my needs and concerns spot on. I’m very pleased with the fit. She thoroughly explained the settings on my Resmed Airsense 10, how to use it, the cleaning routine and how important compliance is to successfully treating sleep apnea. My transition into CPAP therapy therefore, has been seamless. A shout out to Shelbey Ward who directed me to Susan and finalized my purchase. A very pleasant experience.

    I needed CPAP supplies and happily received them for years from Doubek with my insurance. I now have Medicare. The Medicare website stated Doubek does not accept assignment, meaning I may pay a lot of money out of my pocket. I called Doubek and talked to Maria and her supervisor Becky. They said they do accept assignment. Becky even send an e-mail to confirm this fact, which made me feel much better. I stopped in to show Maria the nasal cushion I wanted. She went and picked my order and gave it to me right there. I want to compliment Maria and Becky for being so helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. It makes it a pleasure to do business with Doubek. I did not want to go anywhere else for my supplies.

    My husband just received his new cpap machine from Doubek. Victor Urbina was very helpful and knowledgeable about the machine and even suggested a different mask for my husband to use. The new machine and the new mask enabled my husband to sleep through the night. Thank you Victor!

    Visiting Doubek is always a pleasure. I had to visit Doubek to pickup a new wheelchair and cane for my mother. The customer rep greeted me as I walked in and provided assistance right away. She even helped me with the details on my mother's order as the doctor had not sent the wheelchair order yet. After providing me detailed information, I was able to make an educated decision and work with my mother's doctor to make sure the wheelchair order was sent successfully. I had to return to Doubek within a week or so and once again was greeted with a smile. Once again, the customer service was warm and the process to get both the wheelchair and cane was pretty easygoing. I would recommend Doubek to family and friends for their medical supply needs.

    Doubek was helpful when we picked up the cpap machine. With a respiratory therapist available, we learned all we needed to know about how to use and clean the machine. The therapist was helpful and patient.

    I've been getting my CPAP, actually VPAP supplies from them since 2014. They have always been extremely pleasant and helpful. Today I went in with a question and despite not making an appointment, Paul came out to see me almost immediately. I've only ever had 2 problems with my equipment and they have responded with solutions right away. I've never felt rushed or dismissed by anyone there, including an outside vendor they use for ordering supplies.

    Horrible customer service. I picked up new insurance, which made my previous insurance secondary. Doubek evidently doesn't accept United Healthcare and rather than reaching out to tell me, they just stopped autoshipping diabetic supplies. When I called to see why the much needed supplies hadn't arrived, the man who answered, who incidentally sounded like I had woken him up from his afternoon nap, informed me that they would not be shipping any supplies and "yeah, they probably should have called you...". As a supplier of medical equipment, you are responsible for SUPPLYING people's medical needs. This is not something that should be taken lightly, it literally could be life or death for customers, and Doubek couldn't be bothered. I would think there should be a level of responsibility and care that just doesn't exist with this company.

    My experience on 4/7/21 was great from beginning to end. I'm sorry I don't have the clerks name but she was outstanding and informative. I appreciate her guidance in my purchase of a transport wheel chair for my Mom. You went above and beyond in educating me on medicare policy and I am greatful.     My opinion has changed about Doubek Medical. Spoke with Paul in CPAP supplies out of all whom I have spoken. His listening skill gave me a reason to stick it out. We spoke for a lengthy time but in that time he caught on to something I said and found the error all was rectified. What made it great was 1. He was really listening to have caught the error. 2. He acknowledged where the error came from and 3. He shared with me the client that he the rep learned something new from me the client. That’s called great “TEAM WORK” between medico professional and patients/client. Paul is a great asset and I received my supplies immediately.

    My mobility necessitated giving up my cane and using a 'rollater'. Obtaining confirmation from my physcian started the process with Medicare. The doctor received updated Medicare forms. Having had a number of excellent experiences with Doubek Medical Supply - their friendly and helpful employees and the astounding number and kind of products, on-hand, I involved them from the beginning. Twice, while in the area I personally stopped by to inquire about the 'rollator'. They had observed, twice, there was some problem. They, had ALREADY made calls to expedite the process. Through - their intervention - I have my 'rollator'. There are always going to be problems. "It's not 'WHAT' you know-it's 'WHO' you know"!! Now, YOU, know who to call, to visit, and to trust for your 'just gotta have' products.

Patti went above and far beyond her sales duty; she was instrumental in making sure my 98 year old dad's physical and financial needs were met to our satisfaction.     Do not use Doubek Medical Supply!!! They have horrible customer service. After being called multiple times a week for months by their resupply department to verify my information the order was placed and then after a month was cancelled unexpectedly. After 4 months of calling multiple people, I'm told the order is placed and on the way, 4 weeks go by, I continue to get calls by the resupply department to verify my information. Then told they dont accept my insurance. It's been over 6 months, and now I'm told they dont accept my insurance. A complete waste of time. They have no clue what they are doing. Update 11/1/22.Do not use Doubek Medical! One year after using their services I get a bill in the mail for $10. It has been a whole year! Where has this bill been when I was getting harrassed by multiple calls every week to verify my information. I have no issue paying what I owe, but this is just another sign of their incompetence. To add insult to injury, I didnt pay the $10 within a few weeks they added a $15 late fee. I should sue for all of my time those 6 months I was using old CPAP supplies waiting on my order to arrive that was never actually on the way. Or maybe I should charge them for all the time that has been wasted using them as a supplier. I paid the $10 I owed and just want to get this company out of my life. If someone from Doubek reads this, please remove the late fee and then never contact me again. I have a new supplier who is much better.

    I have used Doubek Medical Supply for two years with excellant service and a friendly staff. Recently I had a problem with one of my home units. I brought the unit to Doubek and it was sent out for repair. I now have it back home in working condition again. Thank you Paul in tech support for your help and expecially for contacting me on two occasions to let me know the progress being made with the unit sent in for repair. I recommend Doubek Medical for your needs.

    I received a package today with a new "brain" for my CPAP machine. I called Doubek Medical and was connected with Jake.     Edit: After a difficult conversation of my supplies not being delivered, Justin came through and hand delivered the supplies to make it right The worst. They have completely screwed up all of my diabetic supplies. Horrible customer experience. Poor my run. I am spending too much time figuring things out with them and now I am out of my supplies. You are messing with peoples health. Shameful company.

    I did not expect Doubek to send a professional rep to my home and personally show me how to use the equipment. She was very professional and thorough as well as friendly and patient. She also provided a business card with her personal number should I have any questions. I was very happy with her presentation and I'm very content and satisfied with the equipment and the ease of using it.

    I just recieved a replacement CPAP machine for the one that was recalled. I called Dubek this morning and Jacob talked me through the setup. He was so clear in his directions and so patient we got it done easily. He answered all my questions. I would certainly recommend Dubek and Jacob to anyone needing assistance with the new machines.

    Diagnosed with sleep apnea, on Medicaid. Was told it might be 8 to 10 weeks before I got a machine cause there is a national shortage. Doubek got it done for me, with a new machine a couple weeks after my diagnosis. Caryn the agent that came to my home, was very professional and knowledgeable and patient as she answered all my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable using the machine after she left.
