    Before I started working with Jumha I felt lost and hopeless. I’ve done the fad diets, I’ve starved myself, and I’ve never reached any type of goal. I told Jumha I wanted to understand the exercises and diets that I go through with him more than anything. He was an amazing teacher, coach, and mentor. He never left me in the dark and everything he said made sense. I didn’t feel like he had a “one size fits all” approach. I really felt like he tailored my plan to me, and my body. He did that by asking questions, following up, going through my tracker. He even records himself looking at your uploaded information and reviewing his insight. Another aspect I was hesitant about was that being a girl with a male trainer I felt a little shy in the beginning to disclose certain goals or set backs- Jumha made me feel so comfortable, and he was understanding more than anything. My biggest breakthrough was that aside from hitting certain muscle gain and weight loss goals, u understand my body now, and I understand what exercise truly means for me. For the first time in my life, I enjoyed going to the gym, and I was never on a restricting diet. My measurements went down, my weight went down, and my body is more toned than ever. Those were the results I asked for and that’s what I got. More than anything Jumha taught me how to trust myself because you definitely need to put in the hard work to be able to succeed as well. My lifestyle is fast-paced. I’m an RN, I work 12 hour shifts, and I travel 2-3x a month. If you’re busy like me and find it hard to coordinate with an in person personal trainer than Jumha is definitely the person for you. I’ve lost so much money at gyms that have scheduled class times, gym trainers, or anything of that sort. My schedule just didn’t allow me to be there. Jumha handed me the schedule and what I need to eat on a weekly basis and I did the work on my own time- and that’s what I needed. Most importantly, he’s honest. I found it very difficult to trust professionals in this field because it’s hard to trust promised results from a person you just met. His programs works if you work, and he’s honest with your results and progress. He’s exactly what I needed to get to where I am, and I’ll always relate my fitness success to him.

    Just when you think you know what you’re doing and feel like you’ve been doing this long enough that you could start coaching yourself, you get hit with that StoopidSmack of reality…there’s always room for improvement. As someone that’s been lifting for years and has even worked with Coach Jumha before, I was pleasantly surprised by his Fast Track to Fat Loss Challenge. I went in questioning if I could hit the goal I wanted (6lbs in 6 weeks). I felt that my activity level was already so high and it would be difficult for me to diet (so I dreaded it). I couldn’t imagine it actually happening. Fortunately for me I had a coach that took all the guesswork and doubt out of the picture and instead empowered me with all the right tools, education and support to make me believe and commit to my goals. The challenge is designed in a way that you can easily adhere to it by giving you built in diet breaks, workouts designed to cater to your individual needs, built in progressions based on your level of activity, weekly live lessons with interactive Q&A/feedback with Coach Jumha, a dial back system for when you need a break and so much more. I’m happy to say not only did I surpass my weight loss goal but I actually progressed in most of my lifts as well! I know for a FACT that if I tried to do it on my own I wouldn’t have been as successful. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be humbled and inspired to keep my mind open to learning from people like Coach Jumha 🧡 1 year ago… Working with coach Jumha at StoopidFit was everything I never knew I needed. Not only have I transformed physically but I’ve had mindset shifts in multiple areas of my life. I never viewed myself as athletic or strong until I started working with a coach and now I feel it’s become part of my identity. I’ve become a live role model to my children and have more confidence than ever in my abilities as a woman, mother and lifter. The knowledge and experience I’ve gained from working with StoopidFit are invaluable. My only regret is not starting sooner!

    Training with Jumha literally transformed my life physically and mentally. Jumha lead my journey by first understanding where I was at, what current habits were, and what I wanted to achieve. Jumha kept me accountable and taught me how to implement a realistic mindset when it comes to fitness & nutrition that I will carry with me for a lifetime! For some insight, I started training with Jumha with an existing injury on both knees. Jumha helped me strengthen my entire body and tailor exercises that helped improve my injury (way more than any physical therapy ever did). I look in the mirror and I have abs, toned arms, tight back, and a functioning body. Coach Jumha is the realist period!

    Jumha is very knowledgeable when it comes to health and nutrition. He helped me tremendously during a low place in my life when it came to my health and nutrition. He designed a healthy eating and workout plan tailored made for me. I still practice his recommendations. And he is always available to answer questions.     Jumha is one of the most intelligent and inspiring coaches I have had the pleasure of working with. He has changed my life for the better and I have gained so much knowledge both fitness and lifestyle related. I would recommend him to anyone seeking to get the body of their dreams.     I have to say, Jumah is a class act from start to finish. I have been working with him since August and he does a wonderful job of educating his clients in a way that they can make measurable and achievable results. To start with the results, I have to put a few things in context: I have insulin resistance alongside a form of pre-diabetes which is what led me to this journey to begin with. So for those who are familiar with this, it is EXTREMELY difficult to lose weight with this type of condition. Your body essentially does not reasonably lose weight in a normal way, you almost have to work twice as hard to get results. With that being said, I was able to still lose 20+ pounds, which easily could have been 50+ pounds. And my initial body fat percentage was 23%, which isn't the easiest to also begin to shed weight rapidly from. What Jumah does tremendously well is a couple of things: 1. He helps you understand and educates you on your own bodily needs and challenges. Assessing the AS-IS, is tremendously informative as you begin to understand how to create tweaks. 2. He then creates a plan that is custom driven towards your goals, whether it's muscle building or weight loss. In my case it was lowering my A1C level, alongside losing weight. 3. He also helps you consistently push your body to making choices and goals that put you towards a calorie deficit and consistently creating training plans that give you muscle activation in different ways. I have learned maybe 100+ workouts using this method and I practically know how every machine at the gym works. 4. He helps you understand your adequate macro planning, meal planning alongside helping you navigate your blood work to understand the deficiencies and tweaks you need. 5. He helps you navigate plateaus, this is tremendously informative as you begin to understand how to get your body in the correct state. The result? I am now able to eat much more, I feel much less bloated, more agile and much stronger than I have been before. Really recommend working with Jumah for the educational piece alone, he also provides a lot of custom made content alongside a network to help reference as needed. Overall, he employs a very educational, measurable and result driven approach that is sure to resonate with any type of person. Heavily would recommend him!

    I had always been skeptical of fitness coaches and the online fitness business in general. I was hesitant to invest financially in coaching personally having manipulated my physique on my own multiple times in my ~15 years of exercise and diet. I decided to take the plunge with Coach Jumha after seeing the impact he had on a close friend. The only regret I have is not doing it sooner! Coach Jumha has a special gift for relating to his clients and coaching them through the multitude of obstacles that arise during their health and fitness journeys. He completely reshaped my perception of food and exercise and taught me invaluable lessons along the way. What you gain from working with Coach Jumha is far greater than the numbers on any scale can tell you. I carry the perspective I gained with me daily. Coach Jumha is exceptionally clear, thorough, communicative and accessible. I highly recommend working with Coach Jumha for resetting your relationship with food and exercise and kickstarting your transformation.

    Working with Coach Jumha was an awesome decision. He was very attentive to what I was looking to accomplish and was continuously available to make adjustments and tweaks based on my lifestyle. Before i started working with coach, I would do various workouts with no rhyme or reason and mostly stayed flat in terms of strength and weight. Coach really broke down my workouts based on my body, goals, and even available equipment. The biggest thing was learning about nutrition, the right way! He taught me you don't have to sacrifice everything in terms of what you want to eat, you just need to track and control portions. This allowed me to enjoy what I ate and see results in my strength and definition. I'd recommend Coach Jumha to people who aren't sure how to go about fitness and nutrition or have tried and failed fad diets or workout programs. You won't be disappointed!

    There's a lot of information out there about how to be responsible and take care of our physical health, and it can be overwhelming. I partnered with Coach Jumha and he provided me with so much support, guidance, and clarity in owning my health (physical, mental, and emotional). He does a great job of creating a health plan that meets your needs and lifestyle and is there to coach you through the emotional and physical hurdles that come about in the journey. The biggest lesson that I've taken away from our work together is now I'm making conscious choices of what goes into my body: total calories, protein, fiber, and sugar. Also, I've learned how to actually workout in the gym to build muscle and lose fat. Totally recommend Coach Jumha!

    Where do I start...? Coach Jumha changed my life! I've struggled with losing weight for a majority of my life. Going from diet to diet, gym to gym, feeling like I was going no where. It wasn't until I started working with Coach Jumha that he completely changed the game for me on fitness, nutrition, and just my overall health. He taught me so much about my personal health and wellness, seeing what works best for me. I appreciated how Coach Jumha always took the time to educate me along the way, answering my questions, and helping me to understand why my body responds the way that it does. I also appreciated how kind and encouraging he was. During my journey, there were so many times I felt like I was hitting a road block and that I wasn't reaching my goal, but Coach was there pushing me to keep going...and it worked! I lost 50 lbs!!! Coach Jumha, taught me how to live a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle where I can still enjoy the foods I like with a balance, and to incorporate movement and exercise in any way that I can. These are all things I plan to take with me long-term so that I can continue to progress on my ongoing journey. I highly recommend Coach Jumha as a personal trainer, not only if you are trying to lose weight, but if you just need to adopt to a better lifestyle.

    Finding coach Jumha was the best thing that happened to me. After many tries with different programs and different methods, his coaching was the first thing that actually helped me look and feel better. The nutrition aspect was very helpful and that was something I struggled a lot with before Jumha. A lot of the food in my diet would constantly cause me stomach pain and I was always struggling with gut problems. After the changes I made because of Jumha, I saw a lot of improvements in my gut health and the food I was eating was enjoyable and healthy at the same time. I would feel better after eating these meals, unlike previously where I would eat and always feel horrible immediately afterwards. I tried many diets before and they didn’t help me the way Jumha’s suggestions did. It wasn’t a diet but more-so little lifestyle changes so that made it easier to maintain even until now. Regarding the physical aspect, Jumha’s workout programs were very helpful. It took a while to get used to them, but his workouts definitely pushed me and helped me to feel better and stronger. His workouts were tailored to me and tailored to the issues I was having regarding my physique, and because of that I was finally seeing results, unlike before with my previous workout routines. On top of that, Jumha was constantly there for me whenever I had any issues or concerns. If I was confused or concerned about any part of the program, he would talk through it with me and we would work through it together until we came to a mutual understanding. He was very helpful throughout the whole thing and he was extremely kind and motivating as well. All in all, I’m very glad I had Jumha as a coach and this program was life changing.

    Coach Jumha is seriously one of the best you can work with! Before, I had some healthy habits but I was seriously at a loss with my diet and exercise. I was relying on youtube videos and 15 pound dumbbells. He showed me that I could definitely lift much more if I just tried and made the commitment! I honestly cannot believe that I can flex and have arm muscles now...it's crazy! I also super excited about the fact that I can eat foods I enjoy while also losing fat and eventually maintaining a physique I worked for! Having a coach seriously does not compare to doing this on your own because I'm a FT working student struggling with sleep, shift work, and managing my time and mental health in general. Coach Jumha helped me with that too! No matter the difficult time constraints in my life I felt supported throughout the entire journey! Thank you so much!!!

    Before I started working with Coach Jumha, I really didn’t like who I was. I stopped taking pictures of myself and hid from the camera, I was always tired, my stomach hurt all the time, I never wanted to go out because of embarrassment and I knew nothing about nutrition. I tried quick-fix programs that didn’t work, but this time I was looking for a lifestyle change. I found Coach Jumha on Instagram a month before I turned 27. I just quit my previous job because of burnout and I told myself, my priority this year will be to invest in and take care of myself. I used to feel sad for myself because of the way I looked and felt. I can say after 6 months, this investment changed my life for the long run as now I have the tools to take care of myself. My new normal is SO good and optimistic, I want to keep it this way forever. Coach Jumha is a positive force who genuinely believes in you. When I’m down and not doing my best, I learned that it’s okay and to listen to my body. I also learned that feeling down is temporary and I strongly believe I can pick myself up. I used to have gut issues and very painful, debilitating periods. My period symptoms have dramatically lessened that I barely feel anything! And now, I know what it feels like to not have my stomach hurt — it’s amazing and made my life so much better. I also love that I can still eat the foods I enjoy now that I have a better understanding of nutrition. It feels empowering. I have PCOS and while I’m still tackling it and it’s made my journey more difficult, the impact this program had on me will stick with me always. It truly is sustainable and I recommend this program to everyone who is ready for a change. Coach Jumha graciously accommodated and curated everything to what worked for me and my life. I am so thankful for him caring to want to help. Throughout this program, my friends and family have also seen a change in me. I’m kinder to myself, I am way more active, I have more energy and I have a more positive outlook on life. I got to inspire others in my life! While visiting my grandma 2 months into the program, I was embarrassed to work out at home, but she encouraged me and did a stretches with me. Before I left, she asked to keep my exercise band. My mother-in-law got a gym membership at my gym and works out with me sometimes. My friend who has never been to a gym before went with me and did the same exercises as me. My husband from the beginning has been working out with me and supports me. I used to be scared to go to the gym alone as a Muslim woman who wears hijab, but now I do most of the time! I even prefer it and love to prioritize myself. I never imagined myself to be a gym person, but I’ve been consistently going for 6 months! I’m proud of myself and I’m excited for the future with my new lifestyle.

    My introduction to Coach Jumha was through a Fasting Fitness course in Ramadan 2022 which applied spiritual awareness to improving physical wellness. And that is exactly how I would sum up my experience with Stoopid Fit. Initially, my goal was to lose some weight, get back into routine exercise and maybe get some nutritional pointers to regulate my blood pressure and fit my clothing better. What I got was a complete overhaul of my view and approach to well-being. I gained a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Wellness; how true improvement in one leads to improvement in all. Highly individualized and flexible, the Stoopid Fit program model helped me see where I could make small, intentional and impactful changes, even with my hectic and at times unpredictable schedule. Coach Jumha is great at meeting you where you are then pushing you to where you want to go. Even though it's all virtual, he makes a sincere effort to get to know you as a person, your current day to day circumstances, and factors that into your daily/weekly goals. If I was extra energized this week - The weekly goals pushed me to go hard and set personal fitness and/or nutrition records. If I was stressed out and not really feeling it the next week - The weekly goals centered around me taking time out for self, prioritizing sleep and mental well-being. I’ve had trainers in the past that were good at creating total body workout routines and repeating key phrases for motivation. Then I’d get busy with life, fall off my health kick and all their tips went out the window. Stoopid Fit has been completely different. Coach Jumha helped me focus on developing better personal awareness and introducing wellness habits into my daily life which lead to results, not just results. Have you ever had a trainer tell you to Prioritize Your Self-Care outside of their nutrition and exercise plan? Or emphasize the importance of consistent quality sleep? Well I hadn’t until I started working with Coach Jumha. He helped me build a mindset, conscious of how intentional diet and exercise, along with mental and spiritual clarity on the bigger picture play roles in getting to the end result. That has made a huge difference in my approach to improving my physical well-being. Instead of getting down on myself when things don’t go as planned I look for alternatives, no matter how small, to keep me on track with the end goal. I’ve learned how to prioritize myself and make the best out of non-ideal situations. It says fitness & nutrition coaching but low-key Coach Jumha is a Lifestyle Coach. I’ve built an appreciation for self-reflection and personal accountability. If you’re sincerely committed to reaching and maintaining your fitness and nutrition goals, Stoopid Fit is the way to go.     The Fast Tract to Fat Loss Challenge was exactly what I needed at exactly the right time! Coach Juhma has an awesome program put together that gave me all the tools I needed to finally get some real forward motion towards my goal. Lots of resources provided including super fast responses to all my questions. This was the perfect balance of instructions, information, accountability and challenge. I lost over 6 pounds, but more exciting, 3.5 inches around my waist, 2 inches in my hips and 1 inch on each leg! All with a flexible diet that I chose and was not deprived. I can’t wait to get started with the Stoopdfit Pocket Trainer App to reach my goal. Thank you Coach Juhma and the StoopidFit Team! 🧡
