3 large towers , parking garage with lobby business and office space in the 12 floors of the 3 towers. Poorly kept but making a come back. Remodeling and construction. Flower shop is very nice , conveniente store is privately own and price shows it- high and can pay with debit card if you buy 3 or more items , bistro style deli, expensive for the portions and choice. The convenience of the location will cost you, but there are plenty of choices in walking distance or a quick drive.

Got my second training session at the Rational offices. Great staff, great ideas, food came out service ready. Introduced the new unit to us that night too.

Google has the wrong location for tower 1. It's the building on the right side. Further to the right than shown online.

Went to chgo title to pick up checks for a real-estate closing.. for the fees I paid, do you think they would at least put the check in an envelope? The junk yard dog behind the desk didn't even ask me for an ID as she threw my checks and envelope towards me... customer service is really lacking these days .

Love the surrounding area with all the restaurants.

Very professional and clean. Nice landscaping. Always improving the interior. Awesome place. The gym had a basketball court, every piece of equipment you can ask for, trainers, a sauna, and an on-site chiropractor.

There is more than one building, so looking for any specific office can be a little confusing for first timers. There's a receptionist in the front building for anyone lost.

Plenty of parking... But only if you get here early. Visitor parking very limited. Tower 2 which hold Verizon Wireless has been renovated but the rest could use some work.

Always clean and well maintained. Some shady characters working in building 2. Car parts stolen from vehicles in lot a while back, but security has halt to that I think.

Work place building. Lots of amenities and common areas. Ample parking including a parking garage for poor weather visits.
