Walked into this amazing local joint by blind luck. Never even having Filipino food before. Chris the owner is super nice and walked us through the menus and made some recommendations. OMG is the food yummy. If you live in the area, you should really make a point of visiting. We had the sampler platter that has pork belly, mini egg rolls, fish, rice and noodles. All great.

First time having Filipino food, this place was amazing and the owners were so nice!! Loved our experience and can’t wait to go back!! Family friendly, and outdoor patio is nice. Even our picky eaters loved the hot dog on a stick.

We first came here during the pandemic (Fall 2020) and were shocked by the quality and quantity of food. We've ordered just about every platter (which is great for 2-3 undecided eaters) each time we've come here, and we've yet to be disappointed. Don't let the prices fool you, you get SO MUCH delicious food, and it's worth every penny. Personally, I'm in love with the fried siaobao, and I could eat several of those in a single sitting. Literally the perfect texture of fried dumpling and the pork is so dang good. I wish I could give this place more than five stars, but I'm not allowed to. So I'm begrudgingly giving Pinoy Grill five stars even though it deserves more. Also, do know that the food takes a while to come out since they're making them to order, so make yourself comfortable and wait patiently for some incredible food.

The food was delicious! So happy there is great Filipino food in the burbs. Everything was cooked fresh and the pricing was low given the quality of the food. This was better than the Filipino I've had in LA and SF. We had the chicken and pork bbq. Both were sweet and savory and incredibly tender. The pork belly was rich and the chicken adobo was flavorful.the Lumpia Shanghai was crispy and light with no oil flavor or grease. The halo Halo was cool and crisp and not as syrupy sweet as others I've had. It was fantastic. The service was great given it's counter ordering. This is going to be a new regular place for us.

Great Taste Filipino Cuisine Located in Arlington Heights, the place has a relax vibes given it wasn’t too busy when I visited. The inside is somewhat limited in space but, they have outdoor patio in good weather days. The staffs are very attentive and will take the time to explain you what the food consists of if, you have little idea about Filipino “Street Food”. I always knew what shoepaw is, but never heard of fried version of it. IT-WAS-SO-GOOD! And the spring rolls were also excellent with vinegar. The barbecue items are the best IMO. Very tasty in a smoky way yet, flavourful. The pancit noodle was also good the next morning as I headed back home to Georgia. I would highly recommend this place, however, they require proof of vaccination if you are dining in.

My goodness is this place wonderful! We ordered the crispy favorites platter, kwek-kwek, chicken gizzard, and pork isaw skewers. We got the halo halo dessert after as well. When we told them it was our first time, the staff was kind and offered helpful suggestions. Everything was deliciously crispy in the favorites platter, the pork isaw is a great texture, and the halo halo had great proportions and flavor. Just excellent.

This place was highly recommended by a friend so we decided to come here for my brother’s birthday. The place is cozy, clean and well-decorated for the holiday season. They even have a nice fireplace! Unfortunately, even with the fireplace burning and a space heater we spotted near the door, the place was really cold. It’s hard to enjoy your food when you’re freezing. We got their platter - - good for 4 people, a side order of lechon and some halo-halo. My family said everything was delicious except the milkfish seemed too salty. We also requested for the pancit to be meatless, but it had little pieces of pork mixed in. It’s difficult for a vegan/vegetarian like me to enjoy food here since most of their menu has some meat in it. The owner, however, was very nice and even gave my brother a dessert topped with a birthday candle!

The taste of their food comes really close to street food back home! Of course iba padin yung talagang nasa Pilipinas but I’m very satisfied na rin so 5 stars for me. We got the street food platter, love everything but especially the isaw!!! (I wish may isaw din ng manok 😋 sana next time). The halo halo was very delicious, also! Almost complete rekado! Good service and clean place!

Pinoy Grill Authentic Filipino Street Food is a culinary gem that transports your taste buds straight to the vibrant streets of the Philippines. From the moment you walk in, the inviting aroma of sizzling meats and flavorful spices envelops you, creating an enticing atmosphere. The menu boasts a mouthwatering array of classic Filipino dishes, each one bursting with authentic flavors and made with love. I was blown away by their selection of traditional favorites, like adobo, sinigang, and sisig, all cooked to perfection and served with generous portions. The friendly staff adds to the warm ambiance, providing excellent service and even sharing stories about the origins of the dishes. The highlight of my visit was trying their halo-halo, a heavenly dessert that's a true work of art, with its layers of shaved ice, sweetened fruits, and creamy toppings. For a genuine taste of the Philippines and a memorable dining experience, Pinoy Grill is an absolute must-visit for food enthusiasts and curious palates alike.

This is one of our family filipino favorites! The service is friendly, reliable and just super top notch for being a smaller restaurant in the heart of Arlington Heights/Mount Prospect. The food is savory and delicious. We always get the large dinner platters, full of variety. This is just really a fun and family friendly place to gather and eat well. We highly recommend Pinoy Grill - it’s an adventure every time. Thanks Pinoy for serving with excellence.

There was a fair amount of seating available. Ample parking. Prices were average. We got the street food platter. We were two people, I think next time I would order this plus an additional entree. This platter was just an okay amount for two people not family size. The street food platter includes 3 BBQ chicken skewers, 2 pork BBQ skewers, 3 veal isaw skewers, 2 pork isaw skewers, 2 kwek kwek skewers, 2 tokneneng skewers, 2 fishball skewers, 2 squid ball skewers, 4 crispy spring rolls.

I love this experience with Filipino food! I came here for my daughter’s birthday celebration! We did the Boodle Fight Feast(need to make reservations ahead)! You eat with your hands and they do give you gloves if you don’t want to get your hands dirty! It was quite a spread! There were plenty of food! My favorite were the lumpias and all the fruits surrounding the real food!

Delicious Filipino food, affordable pricing and good portions. The space is small and got packed quickly, but the service is really good. The people there were very friendly and we felt at home.

We were so glad we had our dinner here for our quick vacation from Toronto. Boodle was overflowing with extraordinary filipino food ranging from grilled pompano to the street delights such as red hot dog on a stick, bbq stick, pansit… the bangus sisig was amazing! We’ll be back when we visit! Thanks to our gracious hosts- Chris and Sharon!

We tried the balbacua and it is so good that you'll definitely want extra rice. Everything else we had was super flavorful especially the isaw. Very highly recommended if you are craving for Filipino food, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

The restaurant is great. You come in and see the menu on T.Vs above the cashier area. It would have been nice to have a physical copy of the menu or a to go pamphlet to have. The service inside is nice and the people are kind. For dine in, you are given a buzzer and could choose any table; inside or outside. It is self serving, so you pick your own utensils, plates, and the meal once the buzzer starts buzzing. My family and I chose the outside seating. The scenery is nice during a warm or summer evening with the hanging lights.
