We went to the store to buy some craft supplies and when we were checking out Ann helped us and she was super sweet.

Christine and Zach are the real deal and are experts in the Michael’s custom framing department. Christine is the true seasoned expert who truly has an eye for the right frame, matting and additional trim bordering if necessary according to the customer’s needs. Zach’s art background brings another layer and level of depth to helping to decide what will fulfill the customer’s hopes and dreams and purposes for the framing of their art and or illustrations/ pictures. We haven’t even gotten our product back since we just placed an order today, but they are truly amazing and an asset to the company and should be rewarded handsomely. Customer Service and character and kindness displayed by both Christine and Zach are the reason why we will be back! Five stars out of five stars for Christine and Zach!

I shop here somewhat regularly. They usually have things I am looking for. Always load the online coupon before entering the store. Cell service is terrible inside. They often seem short staffed, but the workers are nice.

All the store employees are super helpful in making sure you get what you want!

Buyers beware. I'm a veteran and in no way asking for hand outs, but when I go places I ask of they give a discount. This rude little Emo/punk rock girl Evelyn said yes but I had to sign up for their rewards by asking all my information. I explained that I was just there a month ago and they gave it to me without giving all my information. She rudely tells me well I dont know what to tell you (while looking high on the job). So I explain that I'm going to have to research into this and to just ring me up. I go out to my car and low and behold I find on the website that all I have to do is show my veterans card (as every other store does because its illegal to force someone to give their personal information for a discount). So I go back in to inform her and the manager. Evelyn continues to talk nasty under her breath and the manager says well thats how the system is set up but acknowledges that it says differently on the website. I asked "even though it says differently on the website?!" Explained that I would be calling corporate to report this, both the manager and rude little girl say "go ahead and call them!" I told the manager she should be teaching their employees what the website says as well as what the computer saysand if there is a disconnect then it should be them of all people to figure it out. Not the customer. Evelyn then shares that she doesnt care if I call corporate on her. Apparently this location doesnt know what the company offers and doesnt care if they are rude to their customers in the process. I hope Evelyn gets fired. Rude behavior should never be rewarded especially when working in customer service. Apparently they dont care about veterans either since they want to steal your information for $7.

There are several craft stores in the area, not sure if anything stands out nor offering competitive pricing... I guess for me, most of the time it comes down to which store has the inventory and customer service.

If you are a beginner to art n craft, do ask for help from the floor personnel...you will land up making a better choice from the vast array of stuff available here!!! 😀

Nice crafts store. Art lovers would love this place. The best part is the photo framing section. They have got numerous photo frames of different sizes and they can be customized too.

I went in to pick up some Yarn for a project. The yarn department was unorganized and very messy. Reminded me more of Walmart's yarn section. Many shelves in other areas of the store were near empty. I got the feeling that the store might be closing.

Bought a "Buy Two Get Two" deal on canvas and they charged for BOTH of the more expensive ones! That means that I spend $15 more than I needed to - that's unfair!! Highly disappointed as I'm a loyal, long term customer and made a point to ask an associate if they'd be rung up as we chose them to be... ugh!

Great place to find craft materials. This store has a great collection. Items are on sale pretty much every day.

Probably the best buy online pick up in store experience I have ever had. I ordered a few items and received the pick up notification within 1-2 hours. Arrived and my order was in the pick up bin. So easy.

Picked up some high quality tee shirts for 4.95 each ..... Got a hot pink and a green and black

Once a favorite go to for crafting this place I think is past its prime right now. The choices are pretty much the same as they were many years ago and the discounts have practically disappeared. Still a good go to for a craft store

Anita helped me pick the perfect friends and proper matting for three different pieces. She had great patience and excellent advice. The store is well stocked with great ideas as well. Consider making an appointment for the best experience.

I was so happy to see they still had the mini marshmallows in stock for cocoa bombs.

I never write reviews but this was SUCH a bad experience. - trying to open the Michaels app for the coupons while waiting for 10min pre checkout, no internet connection available so instead of scanning their codes for me at checkout the lady made me go to the parking lot in the freezing cold, load up my app and come on back in. - after requesting a gift receipt I loaded my items (3 huge bags) into my car I realized I didn’t have my gift receipt. Went back in. She says ‘oh yeah I forgot to print it’. No apology. Then she makes me bring my items back into the store to do a return and repurchase just so I could get a gift receipt. - no apology. Just a straight face. Worst store, worst customer service.

Worst experience at this location EVER. Normally don’t do any negative reviews or anything but this was just ridiculous and worst customer service ever. Didn’t catch the supervisor/managers name but she was the worst. Had an online order for 1 Christmas tree and I didn’t get the message to pick it up yet but just figured I would go in and ask if I could get it ahead of time. The girl at the counter said she would help and she started looking for it through there their system and she was very nice about it. She asked for help over the mic. Then she told me her manager was coming over to help and I said perfect thank you. Once the manager got over to where we were she explained that I had an order but it wasn’t ready yet and the manager gave her the meanest face ever and she followed with “if you guys stop bothering me I could finish these orders” she looked so angry and was being very rude to the girl that was trying to help me. Then the girl asked the manager if she could help me and The manager kept staring at the girl like she did something wrong. the manager said sure and just walked away. The manager went to the back office and then came out and started walking towards the trees. I saw the manager coming towards me with the tree and then just passes me without saying a word to me and puts it in an area where all the online orders are and then puts it behind more orders (and she knew I was about to take it I don’t know what she would block it with other orders) then she completely walks away without saying anything to me STILL. So I’m just still standing there so I go to the online order place where she put it and another girl that works there is there and I ask her if it was alright just to take it or if I needed anything and she looked at the box and she said yes I’m good to take it. So I grabbed it and started walking out, next thing you know the manager starts yelling at me across the store “SIR SIR SIR!!!!” And I look back and she was like “you don’t want your receipt!?!” Everyone in the store just stopped and stared at me. I took the receipt and left. Just feel very disrespected and the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a manager. Also she was so rube to her employees. Who would want to work with a manager like that!? To better describe this manager she was working on 11/27/22 around 11:30am. She had glasses. And not to forget VERY mean.

Love going to Michael's for my craft needs! I get my paint and wood crafts and canvas and paint brushes and anything else I might need when it comes to crafting. Here's some of my latest work And buys!

Michael's is okay. They still had some decent Halloween stuff there amidst the Christmas decorations (blech!). There should be a law that Christmas stuff doesn't come out til November, but that's my take on it. The staff aren't the friendliest, but I guess that's the way of such places, like Hobby Lobby and JoAnn's. Too bad.

I walked around the store maybe 5 times trying to find an employee to help me find something, no luck. I called the store phone 3 times and no answer.. after my 5th lap around the store a woman (who I am hopping was the manager) followed me around. I suffer from anxiety so the situation was making me more than uncomfortable. Definitely finding a new Michaels after this. This isn’t my first issue with this store…

I waited curbside for over 10 minutes and nobody came out. I called inside to let them know I had to leave for work and was told their system was down. I would have waited forever! If you see someone sitting in curbside pick up and your system is down, maybe step outside to advise me or let me know I need to come in.

This Michaels location is pretty good. I do wish they had a bigger fabrics selection. The tool selection for leather working is decent, and they have a great selection of tshirts for custom apparel crafts. Overall a pretty standard Michaels but may not carry everything that another store would.
