You store your belongings here at your own risk. Two of my three units were damaged due to a drain pipe bursting during heavy rain. I didn’t receive notice of this until days later. When I check my stuff it had mold growing on everything. Which only leads me to believe this was not first time water got into my units. Angie was super accommodating. She got me into a new units and help with moving my belongings. I feel bad for the employees here. They always seem stressed and overwhelmed. They walk around mopping and operating heavy machinery till this day. Every time it rains, water gets into this building. It smells like mold and urine. Lastly, I was told the District Manager would give me a call. I still have not heard from this individual. I am sure he/she is also cleaning up water. You store your belongings here at your own risk!!

Malik was a great help, answered any questions I’ve had in a professional manner. Definitely better than any other storage companies I’ve been to in the past. Highly recommend.

Clean. Organized. Perfect Temperature. Could use some relaxing elevator music to calm the nerves after a long day. I recommended that idea to Steve and he said he would look into it. I hope he does and I really think he will. Extra Space!

Always clean here. We did everything online. From signing up to getting the lock. The storage units are pretty nice, the building is new/renovated. My only complaints are that the motion sensors on some lights seem to be out because you can walk down a path in complete darkness and until the end of the hallway and the lights will finally come on. But my biggest issue is it seems like they email/mail you every 2-3 months with a price increase! We know it’s COVID, businesses are losing money, you guys are a monthly provider (like your notices states), but sheesh it’s a $10 increase every few months. But other than that it’s a great storage facility.

Armando Pena is amazing! My movers left my priceless artwork in walkway and Armando found it during his security check and called me. I wanted to hug him! I would have been broken if this was lost or stolen. I am so grateful to know that this place cares about my items just as much as I do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!!
