There is a Costco across the way. Go there. 3pm on a Sunday and there were more people getting gas than were inside. That being said, there were 12 people in line to leave waiting for one person to check them out. Lots of wait for the food court too. Everything is old and outdated and I'm really glad I stopped going here years ago. Costco is miles and above better. It's almost like looking in the past and seeing your abusive ex after you've been married with kids for years with your soul mate. How in the world did you ever put up with that?

Love it here. You can buy things in bulk. I love also the free taste sections where you can taste the product before buying it. Love the sushi, its tasty and yummy. Love also their pizza you can get a big slice with little amount.

I used the scan & go from the Sam's app I love it definitely recommend this it's just so much faster and no contact. Just went to the pharmacy. Fast trip was awesome.

Waited 1 hour for a warehouse item, got the wrong item, made to wait an hour more waiting for the correct one, decided that this service is terrible so got a refund instead and canceled our membership. Costco is better.

It's so hard now days to find someone who does a fabulous job and to deliver great customer service. Everyone is always so polite and pleasant. Today I did a pickup and encountered Yvonne Rose. An amazing personality. Her attitude immediately made me smile. Awesome!!

Sam's is the best place to shop my favorite thing about shopping is the samples they hand out to shoppers very delicious and the sushi bar is out of this world we will always be back.

Good place to shop at! Prices a decent especially if discounted. I love the scan & go serice although their was a glitch in the scanning. The food court is not bad but too much salt. In many sams club places they boil the hotdogs so is less salty. Here it appears to be fried & is very salty so do not recommend it over there! We threw them away. I wish they can start looking at salt in their food court.

I used to enjoy shopping here, but lately I've been underwhelmed. The store needs a major face lift. And the Cafe is always dirty/unkept. I doubt I'll be renewing my membership again.

This review will be short and sweet...I've been a member of Sam's Club since my son was born 22 years ago!! It's one of my favorite big box stores hands down!!! I would highly recommend this business to others!!!

I had such a great experience in the tire and battery center. First of all, I had a little Greek prince helping me. Such a handsome man, he took real good care of me. I had a nasty little dirty hole that needed filled, in my tire. Well that man with his strong hands filled my hole so tight that no air would leak out, not one bit. Thank you to my super hero, strutting around with such confidence and expertise. Seems like he has a fun time at work. Anytime time I need a hole filled, I’m coming right back to him. Love, Billy.

Was hoping to find some larger size spring jackets but no luck. Nice Sams though. Easy self check out.

The first time we went was great! We bought probably $200 worth of items we thought were a great value from other stores. The second time we went, the food court was already closed at 6:20 at night. Disappointing. We just went today to get a pretzel as a snack, we got there and they had zero carts inside and were directing members to go get one from outside. We got to the food court, the line was not moving. They had one employee and she was doing everything soooo slowly. Like rolling one side of one churro for 30 seconds. After 10 minutes we talked about just giving up and leaving. It’s Sunday afternoon, why is there one food court employee?? Finally another girl came in. We waited another 5 or so minutes. Line still isn’t moving because the second girl started on pizzas. Finally Gabrielle walked by and noticed the line and she jumped in to get the register and got the line moving. She was absolutely the highlight of this visit. The other two girls in the food court were terrible. And, our pretzels were like.. soggy? It felt like they put water instead of butter. Very odd texture to the salt topping.

Had difficulty with things ringing up. Lady helping me was great! I wish I had gotten her name. She helped me all the way through, and we even restarted the transaction. She was kind and polite the whole time.

Always clean store, items they have are a good value

Sams Club is my favorite! We shop at our local club and order online. Check out my kids' Haloween costumes from Sam's. Reasonable price & quality!

Pretty good store to shop at if you can't get a Costco membership. The hotdogs are better than Costco's and the staff are really nice.

Drivers this location sucks. Woman working in receiving is SLOW. Water load scheduled for 4 am. I arrive at 1am. I’m the only truck there until 3:45. Then it’s Doritos.and a reefer truck. 20 degrees outside. She doesn’t open the door until 4:10. She tells me she’s gotta do the reefer first so I’ll need to move away from dock area even though 2 doors are open. Reefer is already frozen. My water will freeze shortly, but whatever. Anyway its now 5:40 and she still hasn’t pulled first pallet off. $50 an hour detention now. Real start woman you’ve hired Sam’s. Every other Sam’s I do in this area has me unloaded in 30 or less. Then again it’s Walmart employees never they brightest workers.

This is my store. I love to shop here. I shop here 2 or 3 times a week

Sam's Club is a nice place to visit once a month or so, and not on weekends. This particular Sam's Club is generally well-organized, clean, and the employees actually seem pretty helpful... Which is a nice change vs. Wal-Mart. They had a lot of cashiers on a Sunday afternoon, and the lines moved nicely despite the store being very busy. We mostly buy bulk goods at Sam's. We find a lot of good values here, but sometimes we can do better at Meijer. The reason I only gave this place four stars instead of five is the location. North Prospect is terrible, and the roads around Sam's are no exception. I just hate driving around out there, and I avoid Sam's like the plague on weekends.

I love the scan and go option and how easy it is to operate, able to skip the line NO WAITING, would like more discounts when ypu use scan and go

Not the biggest Sam's club, mid-sized but still most those things you want in bulk at a reasonable price.

Normally would give a sams club 5 stars. All the stores are out of stock on a lot of stuff this store no different. Over all clean and well organized.

Loved it got a standard membership for $45. With current promotion of you sign up online they give you a credit of 45 to save on a shopping trip in the next 60 days. So that's a win. Meat selection was great as were the offered products and savings!
