The
food
itself
was
good,
but
the
service
was
hot
garbage.
We
are
on
a
trip
out
east,
and
stopped
here
for
breakfast.
Got
our
food
and
was
on
our
way
about
20
minutes
down
the
road
before
we
realized
they
didn’t
give
me
my
debit
card
back.
Upon
calling
them
to
confirm
that
they
had
my
debit
card,
we
received
no
apology,
and
nothing
for
the
inconvenience
that
this
45
minute
turn
around
costed
us.
We
got
back
to
this
Wendy’s,
and
the
lady
at
the
window
was
all
exasperated,
shrugged,
and
said
it
wasn’t
her
fault.
Again,
no
apology
or
anything.
The
manager
comes
to
the
window,
and
again
no
apology,
or
compensation
for
our
turnaround,
and
seemed
indifferent
to
their
mistake.
There’s
another
Wendy’s
heading
East
on
I-70,
at
exit
163.
I
recommend
trying
that
instead.
Aside
from
my
ranting,
I
understand
that
people
make
mistakes,
but
it
was
just
overall
bad
customer
service.
