    After a long wet day I stop there to ordered #7, get to the hotel and find that the hamburger isn't cooked see pink meat come on Wendy. I know the hamburger suppose to be cooked it's cooked on the outside edge but the middle is pink.. Will that be the time I'll stop there?

    The food itself was good, but the service was hot garbage. We are on a trip out east, and stopped here for breakfast. Got our food and was on our way about 20 minutes down the road before we realized they didn’t give me my debit card back. Upon calling them to confirm that they had my debit card, we received no apology, and nothing for the inconvenience that this 45 minute turn around costed us. We got back to this Wendy’s, and the lady at the window was all exasperated, shrugged, and said it wasn’t her fault. Again, no apology or anything. The manager comes to the window, and again no apology, or compensation for our turnaround, and seemed indifferent to their mistake. There’s another Wendy’s heading East on I-70, at exit 163. I recommend trying that instead. Aside from my ranting, I understand that people make mistakes, but it was just overall bad customer service.

    Your basic Wendy’s. Everything came out as ordered and hot. Employees were nice.

    The chicken nuggets were bland and nothing like they used to be. The frosty lack flavor too. The restaurant was clean and the kiosk ordering was convenient. I'm glad my name made the staff laugh when the order came through. Thanks 21 jump street.

    Drive thru order . . Wrong food, wrong drinks, no receipt and $27 later and was told 'too bad you don't have a receipt ' to get it fixed. Two burgers and a fry for a family. Total theft. No one cares. Never again Wendy's!! Never again!

    Customer service was the best. The older gentleman that took our order was great at his job. People in the back were busy and focused. Food was as expected for Wendy's

    Traveling on the evening of July 1st from Denver to Hotchkiss Colo. I pulled in for a sandwich and get a break from my drive to finding the dining room closed at 9:04pm. I used the drive thru & asked for my single to be cut in half since I would be eating and driving. I was told, "Sorry, we don't have sharp knives to do that. We will give you a plastic knife & you can cut it yourself." I explained why I wanted it cut & again was told, "Nothing I can do. " I left & drove to Glenwood Springs. They happily prepared my meal & cut my sandwich. Wendy's is pushing advertising of being open until midnight; it must only apply to drive-thru. This weary traveler could have used a break from the road, but that didn't happen at this Wendy's location.

    Workers sucked. Never felt so unwelcom e anywhere. With so many ppl needing jobs you'd think they'd have just a smidgen of respect . All I gotta say Is I really am glad I don't live here so I don't have to ever go there again.

    This 4 star rating is RELATIVE to this being fast food obviously there is better cuisine all over the area BUT also the kids that work at this location are very kind and doing a good job and the quality and speed is up to par almost always... There aren't many affordable options between Eagle and Dillon but this place is a solid value.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. The customer service is horrible. While trying to order at the drive-thru window (with no one behind us), we were told that an item on the menu was not available. We asked our son what else he wanted and were quickly told to move to the next window. At the second window, the girl explained that we “really need to know our order before we drive up because it’s ruining her times.” She proceeded to forget part of our order and we had to ask for it several times while she tried to argue with us. The food wasn’t good either. I’ve requested a call from the manager several times and have never received one. No apologies or any attempts to make things right. BEWARE. Not a good experience, to say the least.

    The burger was inedible. Took a single bite, gagged and tossed it. At least the soda fountain has a nice organic mold flavor to it?
