I really go out of my way to try to avoid thier version of "food", but they have the best ice tea of any drive thru.

The two managers, one in blue and red, Mexican ladies have no customer service skills at all. Purposely did not help out with the app, and issues with my order yelled at me saying I don't know anything about the app and I asked to get the manager she said we both managers walked over to the other one spoke in Spanish and came back saying she don't know anything about the app either. Don't go here they are very disrespectful.

Every time we come to McDonald’s in rifle there is always something missing. We ordered sauce and they said they would need to charge us which was fine then had us wait around the corner for our meal and there was no sauce and we didn’t get our McFlurry that we ordered and a fry either. We had to come back and get what was missing and we literally waited about another 15 min for them being us our missing items from our original order. Then we were approached with a whole different order and it seemed like they gave our missing items from our order to someone else.

How many times do they ask you what you want and then have you check the screen to see if it is correct. Then you go to pay and they Verify your order is correct. You pay and then go to the next window and pick your order up and it is nothing you ordered and it is not even what you wanted so you can’t eat it because it is nasty! I ordered no lettuce and on the box it says no lettuce but you open it and low and behold… lettuce! But that wasn’t a big deal I am not a complainer i was going to just wipe the lettuce out but it wasn’t even a spicy mcchicken it was a dried up over cooked grisly piece of chicken. I will never waist my money again at McDonalds over $10.00 for a meal that you can’t even gag down. The fries were cold and had no salt at all also. I don’t understand how they mess things up when they ask you several times. I know what I want when I order thank you! For asking me three times and then trying to predict that I wanted something else! Very unsatisfactory!

I stopped here twice while passing through on my way to other places in Colorado. Both times I got my order quickly and it was up to par for McDonalds. Staff was very nice. Manager seems to always be in a great mood.

It’s not very often I have a bad experience at one of your restaurants. That’s why I was a little bit surprised at how rude the girls in drive thru were. I didn’t even get a receipt. The fries were stale. Burgers were alright for processed food

They messed up my drink and and asked me to pull forward so she could remake the drink. A soft drink. I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes. They finally came with my good but forgot the drink.

They call this a bacon cheese burger I can't even see the bacon

They didn't have a couple items that we ordered and some of our food was messed up so we had to get it remade, but the service otherwise was good.

They won’t take your order at the front anymore. You have to use the kiosk. We had a coupon but woman behind counter couldn’t speak English and told us to use kiosk. She could say that much. Last couple times it was so filthy with trash overflowing onto the floor, tables encrusted with scuzz, and mud on the floor. It’s been so bad the last few times I don’t think it’s safe to eat there. If it’s that unsanitary in the front of the place I can’t imagine what’s going on where no one is watching. Yuck. I ordered coffee and I then looked up at the hygiene of one dude and just threw it in the trash after paying for it. Place screams “I don’t give a dam- and if you get food poisoning so what.” I’ve never seen a McDonald’s this dirty in my life. Typical Rifle though. Restaurants have extremely low standards.

Haven't had a good meal from here in awhile . They mess your order up in drive thru. Give ya the wrong stuff. Ask for no pickles , receive pickles. Definitely the worst one between junction and Glenwood springs

Drive through. I have lived here 30 years. My family worked grew up and worked here The quality of people that have moved here and work in this community have declined severly. I used to love this place. I will never come back here again. Sad what this place has become. I-70

The new GM is driving this place to the ground, she’s rude to customers AND to her employees. She needs to be checked. I miss the old GM, the old GM actually had good customer service.
