Stopped for lunch and was happily impressed…. Got the crispy fish tacos, Carolina dog and chips with dips…. All was delicious, service was exceptionally fast and efficient; the only problem was sitting area; too small and crowded😊 I guess a good problem to have😀

Fantastic find. Limited seating inside (20 perhaps.) but tables outside with mountain views. Star of the show are the tacos and respectable beer/cocktails. It's a great find. Perfect stop over from Denver to Moab.

This is a great place! There’s a good variety of dogs, tacos, and drinks. Everyone in our party found something good. I tried the Carolina dog and my husband’s barbacoa tacos and really liked both. The fries were fresh cut and incredible too! I thought the service was excellent and would definitely recommend going!

I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile, but of course, it had been quite busy the last few times we were in town. We finally went, and it did not disappoint! We shared the Al Pastor and Grilled Fish tacos. They are a generous size, and you get two per order. Perfect for sharing! It came out quickly and we were able to eat at the outdoor tables adjacent to the restaurant, even though they do not have an official patio per say.

This place is a vibe! Reminds me of a local restaurant in Downton Boston. Loved the historic building and aesthetic. Staff was very friendly! Food took awhile to come out but I’m sure that’s because it’s fresh and made-to-order, so expect to wait. The Carolina Hot Dog was incredible.

Really enjoyed this place for lunch. We visited on a Tuesday and came in at 11:30 am with no one else there. But within 20 minutes, the place was full, and people had to start sitting at outside tables. Tacos and hot dogs - but all kicked-up with amazing flavors and portions. My wife and I shared the Caribbean jerk tacos (two) which were large, and the Cajun smothered fries. Just excellent!

Place was popping on a Saturday afternoon, and with the small seating area inside, luckily there’s some seating outside. Food was a quality mix of hot dogs and tacos. Def enjoyed the fish taco and carnitas. Prices are fair for the portions.

The Slope and Hatch in Glenwood Springs - visited on May 21 little after 1 pm ready for lunch! They definitely could serve up Tacos for days. They’re huge and not shy on the meat portion. Small, quaint, place with a little room on the inside, and ample room to sit outside to enjoy that fresh Mountain Time Zone air. Minus One Star: Customer service so-so, the person working the register and taking orders was a bit rude and unfriendly. But the tacos are where it’s at!

Yummy tacos! Ordered the grilled jerk chicken tacos and everything in them created an awesome combination of flavors. The green salsa is to die for! It’s not spicy at all, but has incredible flavor. The service was great and even though it’s a small restaurant, they have a great system to move things along quickly.

Fantastic little Taco & Hotdog joint! Unique combination, I know but worth the stop. Tacos were flavorful and delicious. You can’t mix and match, only downfall. Wish I could have tried multiple 😀 Limited indoor seating but they do have outdoor seating options. Great in house drinks to match with the food!

I read good reviews and chose the place. Lived up to the expectations. Ordered Thai veg curry tacos and they came hot. Love them. For the side you can replace nacho chips with French fries. The price will be separately charged for taco base (flour) around 2.50$ They also kept a variety of sauces available, if you would like more flavors in your tacos. The only downside I noticed is there’s not much space inside to sit during busy hours

Decent taco place. Reasonably priced. Each order contains two good size tacos. We ordered three tacos that made us quite full.

Some of the best specialty tacos we’ve had and the place has great service, a cool vibe, and terrific craft beers. Their chips and salsa were so delicious. Food came out quickly too. We’ll be back!

Good place, close to being a 5 ⭐️ place. The hot dog was great, excellent seasoning and very tasty, the fries were great too. The tacos were a bit of a letdown, we thought the shrimp were lacking flavor and we didn’t notice any hint of grilled flavor. One of our tacos was loaded with shrimp and the other had maybe three in it. We ordered the corn tortillas and they were not very good, they fell apart and were flavorless. I’d return for a dog but skip the tacos.

Had the jerk chicken tacos and chips. The tortillas are chunky and firm which gives a great mouth feel together with the slaw and meat, and they don't fall apart even when the tacos are loaded. All of the salsas were great, fresh and flavorful, but the salty guacamole was the clear favorite at our table.

This is a small but great place right in the heart of Glenwood Springs. I had the Chicago dog, and I was blown away—one of the best hot dogs I’ve ever had. You need to check out this place.

Amazing little taco place. The beef barbacoa tacos are absolutely delicious and very addicting. We also had the shrimp and jerk chicken tacos... both very good. Only downside is this is a small place with limited seating options. So try to go early to avoid the crowds. We ate outside at the concrete tables (there are three).

Great unique fusion of traditional street tacos with a variety of cultural elements. I did Curried Lamb, very similar to Gyros. My wife did Thai Veggie Stir Fry. Our table also ordered Beef Barbecoa, jerk chicken and cantina grilled fish. We all ended up sampling from each others plates to try all the variations of tacos offered. We really enjoyed this place. Also staff were fantastic! Very worth the visit while in Glenwood Springs.

I was visiting Glenwood Springs for a day with my family on a cold Sunny day! We were very hungry and so decided to grab a quick bite. Ordered falafel tacos and Thai Stir Fry tacos. We loved the flavor of Thai tacos! It was very filling with lots of veggies. We also ordered their chips and dips, with avocado mousse and pineapple salsa!! Yummy!! I felt that falafel in falafel tacos were over fried! It is a modified version of Mediterranean falafel in falafel tacos! Their service is very good. Highly recommend!!

Several friends suggested here. We were not disappointed. Beef lovers and vegans alike. Wildly interesting and delicious tacos. With adult beverages. Still child friendly. If your in the area of Glenwood springs definitely should stop.

My fish tacos were superb! Best I've ever eaten. My wife's barbacoa tacos were very tasty as well. I'd enthusiastically recommend this for a great lunch.

Our first time here yesterday won't be our last. If you are looking for wimpy street tacos you won't find them here. Great drinks and yummy full meal tacos! We'll definitely be back for more and anyone should go and see for themselves.

Great flavored tacos. Got the jerk chicken taco which comes with two. The chicken was a bit too crispy in my opinion was well seasoned, very spicy. Definitely worth a try, especially if you love tacos. Comes with a small side of chips and salsa.

Great atmosphere, unique tacos, and delicious beverages! The jalapeño margarita was amazing. The place is a little small, so be prepared, but we were able to seat 8 on short notice by going to Slope & Hatch at a traditionally not very busy time. The restaurant staff was friendly and the vibe was fun and casual!

We had the shrimp po boy tacos and the chorizo hash tacos. Both were delicious. My wife will be jealous when I tell her about the shrimp po boy taco. Had great flavor and texture. Big, meaty shrimp

I did not expect to have such an amazing taco experience. My 11 yr old daughter ordered the cantina grilled fish, my son the kids hot dog, my husband the margaritas grilled shrimp and I the Thai veggie stir fry. Our food came in less than 10 minutes, piping hot and delicious. No food, and I mean no food, was left in our baskets. I understand why Slope & Hatch is highly rated.

Best tacos I’ve had perhaps EVER?! I don’t say this lightly… perfect balance of savory, sweet, acid and fat. Delicious through and through. Drinks also f-ing fantastic!!! Highly highly recommend !
