Delicious BBQ in Glenwood Springs one of the best places I recommend everybody try at least once. Brisket and pulled pork Mac and cheese entree and definitely most definitely try fried okra appetizer... Everything on the menu is amazing you can't go wrong. Belly up to bar more likely you'll run in to a friendly long time local who will be more than happy to share Glenwood history an other hot spots around town. No new update still an amazing BBQ place I am adding new photos.

The REALITY OF A GREAT SMOKEHOUSE is the flavor of the meat WITHOUT bbq sauce. SMOKE nailed it ....perfected it .....scored. There are pleat of BBQ joints out there and alot of them could use a crash course in SMOKE bbq.

Excellent place to eat BBQ with plenty of food and nice atmosphere with good service. My drink 🍸 was always full! Good prices especially if you get the deal for 2 which brings u food for 3! Enjoy

Arrived just in time for a fresh set of ribs out of the smoker! Ribs with baked potato and beans were delicious. Great staff and fast service.

This was my first visit at this establishment! Was a girls dinner/work meeting! We sat outside it was perfect weather our waiter Conner was very attentive, fast and made us feel welcomed. Great locations and clean! All the food was amazing! Fried pickles are the bomb here! The corn bread was super good to! Everyone enjoyed everything they ordered no complaints at all! Will definitely be bringing my husband here! He’d love the food and the great service! Great team worked together great! Seemed to all communicate well and all worked fast! Thank you! Ps. A coworker thought Conner was cute!

Very good BBQ . With excellent service, very much appreciated. The ribs were big juicy and meaty ! The brisket was very moist and tender. And 2 yummy sides! Nice beer selection and a excellent bourbon selection! Will be back again. Thanks ....

Nice space. Good portions. Food felt fairly average as BBQ goes. Sauces were disappointing (and unlabeled). Real weakness here is service. Sat unattended for 15 minutes before finally asking if someone could help. Then, appetizer and entree came about 60 seconds apart. Nothing really stood out except maybe the cream spinach side. This place is fine, nice place to hang with friends, just nothing special to recommend the food.

Kinda disappointed because a few friends have eaten here and loved it. Our waiter was decent but we heard the other waiter tell the specials in great detail so we asked our waiter for them. He didn’t know the Happy Hour very well and also didn’t know what the specials were for the night. Wish we would have listened to the other guy. Ordered the smoked wings and onion rings for apps and they were excellent! Some of the best wings I’ve ever had! Then we got the Mac and cheese with burnt ends. The burnt ends were so dry it was like eating jerky. And the mac and cheese had a super weird flavor and was not good at all. Kinda old tasting. The brisket sandwich was ok but pretty dry. And the baked beans tasted like pure ketchup. Would have ordered only wings if I would have known everything else. Also no hot water in the bathroom so that was super odd.

Absolutely delicious! Mac & Cheese is so good. Brisket was juicy, tender, and probably the best I’ve eaten. Husband got the fried chicken sandwich and really liked it. Had some spice, but still good! He was a big fan of the Bloody Mary as well.

Great food!! Great service!! Fun place to go after soaking in the hot springs. We spent about 120 dollars for 6 people with no drinks, but it was worth it. Very good selection of food. Mac and cheese to die for... sliced Prime rib sandwich amazing...good smoked meats to choose from as well as a great selection of bbq sauces.

I ordered the chicken Cobb salad with grilled chicken. The picture shows how much chicken I got with my salad. It's horrible that any place can think this is okay. There is not one single person that would feel fulfilled with this amount of chicken. To top that, it was hard, dry and chewy. The fried pickles tasted like they were coated with a pound of salt. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak, his bread was soaked through. Don't waste your time and hard earned money on this place.

Amazing place. We went to Colorado from Puerto Rico. This place was on our list for food places to go. We almost could not find it as it is a hidden gem. Food was delicious and the service amazing. We loved it!!! To bad is so far away. Try the Mac and cheese!!!!!

This was some good barbecue! We started with the pork nachos and fried pickles. Who serves honey mustard with fried pickles? Not my favorite...but the pulled pork nachos were delish! So good and would recommend! For dinner, 2 of us got the pulled pork sandwiches. One got a special which was the Scampi Mac N Cheese...which was pretty good. I enjoyed the 2 meat plate with pulled pork and spare ribs. The kc bbq sauce is yummy. They had some Brussel sprouts on the side which was fantastic. My hubby got the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork. He had the creamed spinach which was also tasty. Our waitress didn't seem to know drinks..she served him a darker beer on tap she said was like Blue Moon. I got a spooky margarita which was pretty good! Overall, would definitely recommend and come back.

Smoke catered for our family's memorial service. They were very accommodating on adding extra people to the order, and when we had to change the time of pick-up the day of due to road closures. Jamie and Makayla were very responsive and easy to work with. The food was delicious, cooked well (not dry) and worked well for such a large gathering.

This place is a gem in Glenwood Springs! Great barbeque with lots of sauce options. I had the Smokin' Q Combo with brisket, pulled pork, and jalapeno cheddar sausage with a stuffed of Mac n cheese and a side of creamed spinach. Outstanding!! All of the food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the creamed spinach. It was recommended by the bartender and he was right that it was great! I also had a bloody Mary and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Smoke BBQ!!!

The food here was mediocre at best. The burnt ends ontop of the queso we got was literally like eating jerky. The brisket was so dry it wasn't edible. When I told the waiter this he goes "oh sorry" then walks away.. To come back 5 minutes later offering me a different meat that I wasn't about to wait for to come out.. Says oh sorry again and walks off. They decided to take off the meat portion of the bill.. Didn't say anything about it just dropped the bill and walked away. Customer service definitely needs help. Don't expect the sauces to make your dry brisket any better either cause the sauce options were flavor less and literally came out of the bottles like water. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Fantastic food ! Brisket was so tender and flavorful.. but the service was sub par . Our waitress came over initially and asked about drinks and was reluctant to take our appetizer order and said “ she may have time to put it in now “ then took our order with very low enthusiasm. She never smiled or tried to guide us through the menu . We are locals here in the community and we all work in the service industry . It’s a major deterrent when your table isn’t prebussed and we had to flag her down and go to the POS to even pay the bill . Great food ! Poor service :(

Had the beef brisket and chicken and mac & cheese side salad and loaded baked potato was really good. Large variety of barbecue sauce the triple X is really good.

Food was amazing! The burnt ends Mac-n-cheese is a must (add jalapeños). Service was one of the best and staff was friendly, quick and helpful. Dave was extra helpful and we had a fun dinner out at the place. Local/indy beer selection is also great. Try all their BBQ sauces!

Tasty food! Loved it. Literally everything was great!! Even I’m pretty picky. Cooked the way I asked. The staff is friendly. Great service. 5 star!
